Expect performance to turnaround Laba FY15 ASII tercatat sebesar Rp14.46tn (-24.6%YoY) atau hanya mencapai 79% dari perkiraan SSI. Penurunan tajam tersebut terutama sebagai akibat pengakuan kerugian penurunan nilai aset anak usaha (UNTR) dan pelemahan kinerja operasional yang terjadi pada semua segmen bisnis, serta memburuknya kinerja 4Q15. Tanpa kehadiran impairment loss, laba ASII turun -20.2%YoY atau Rp16tn (90% proyeksi SSI dan 96% konsensus). Terlepas dari berbagai tantangan yang kami perkirakan masih akan terjadi, kami percaya Astra berpotensi membukukan kinerja yang lebih baik, seiring dengan ekspektasi membaiknya aktivitas perekonomian. Kami juga memperkirakan segmen otomotif akan membukukan perbaikan kinerja yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan bisnis Astra lainnya. Untuk segmen jasa keuangan, kenaikan permintaan yang akan didorong oleh dampak penurunan BI rate kami lihat akan menjadi katalis utama penggerak pertumbuhan, sementara untuk segmen commodity related kami perkirakan masih belum akan banyak mengalami perubahan, kecuali UNTR yang berpotensi mencatat kinerja lebih baik seiring dengan asumsi tidak adanya impairment loss untuk tahun ini. Sambil menanti kinerja bulanan segmen usaha ASII, kami masih mempertahankan rekomendasi HOLD, namun menaikan target harga menjadi Rp6.800/saham, merefleksikan 14.9x P/E16E dan 2.6x PBV16E. Harapan 2016 lebih baik dari 2015. Tahun ini, kami memproyeksikan laba Astra berpotensi bertumbuh positif menjadi Rp18.51tn (FY16E). Dorongan pertumbuhan kami perkirakan akan datang dari segmen automotive, seiring dengan asumsi perbaikan aktivitas perekonomian yang berpotensi mulai terlihat tahun ini. Sudut pandang yang lebih positif juga kami berikan untuk segmen heavy equipment dan mining, yang kami perkirakan akan memberikan kontribusi signifikan, sejalan dengan asumsi bahwa harga batu bara tidak akan turun tajam kedepannya sehingga impairment loss yang massive seperti tahun lalu tidak akan kembali dicatat oleh UNTR (lihat report UNTR SSI 29/02/16). Sementara untuk AALI, sudut pandang kami masih sama, seiring dengan harga komoditas dan pencapaian volume penjualan yang berpotensi belum akan banyak mengalami perubahan. Kami juga melihat bisnis jasa keuangan ASII akan memberikan kontribusi yang lebih baik dengan asumsi perbaikan ekonomi akan terjadi lebih cepat dari harapan dan mendorong kenaikan permintaan KKB maupun unit jasa keuangan Astra lainnya. Potensi perubahan sudut pandang menjadi BUY. Hingga laporan kinerja FY15 kami masih belum merubah rekomendasi untuk ASII. Di sisi lain, ceteris paribus, kami memiliki sudut pandang yang lebih optimis terhadap Astra tahun ini dibandingkan dengan tahun lalu. Target SOTP kami sebesar Rp6.800/saham adalah menggunakan skenario moderate, sedangkan skenario optimistik saham ASII pantas mendapatkan nilai sebesar Rp7.400/saham. Sementara untuk skenario pesimistis, dengan asumsi kinerja perekonomian kembali memburuk, maka nilai saham ASII sebesar Rp6.200/saham. Adapun kontributor penting dari ketiga skenario tersebut masih akan datang dari bisnis auto sebagai salah satu proxy pertumbuhan ekonomi. Untuk bisnis non-keuangan lainnya akan disumbangkan oleh UNTR (asumsi no impairment). Right issue AALI kami perkirakan akan memberikan keuntungan tambahan modal yang dapat digunakan untuk aksi korporasi perusahaan, sedangkan bisnis keuangan Astra, kami lihat akan menjadi beneficiary atas potensi berlanjutnya tren penurunan suku bunga. Valuation. Sambil menanti kinerja bulanan dan kuartalan unit bisnis ASII, kami masih belum merubah rekomendasi. Ceteris paribus, upgrade recommendation akan kami lakukan pada 2Q16. Kekhawatiran kami terletak pada tertundanya perbaikan aktivitas perekonomian dan berlanjutnya pelemahan harga komoditas serta pelemahan nilai tukar rupiah yang pada akhirnya akan berujung pada kinerja unit bisnis yang tidak jauh berbeda dengan tahun lalu. HOLD untuk ASII dengan SOTP target Rp6.800/saham, merefleksikan 14.9x P/E16E dan 2.6x PBV16E.
