Stock: All offices larger than 500 m² lettable floor space used as such and available on the market for occupation. Only office space in use or available on the market is taken into account.
Transactie/opname: Elke transactie waarbij een huurder meer dan 500 m² vvo opneemt. Alle huur- en kooptransacties worden meegenomen.
Transaction/Take-up: Every transaction where an office tenant takes up 500 m² or more lettable office space. All letting transactions and purchase transactions are recorded.
Aanbod: De hoeveelheid bestaande kantoorruimte vanaf 500 m² vvo die direct beschikbaar is of binnen zes maanden beschikbaar komt. Nieuwbouw en te renoveren kantoorruimte welke speculatief in aanbouw is wordt eveneens meegenomen.
