Market Update Bursa AS dan Eropa bergerak relatif sideways seiring hampir tidak adanya berita ekonomi siknifikan. Hanya sejumlah stock-specific news yang mewarnai pasar. Investor menunggu pidato Obama nanti malam. Di dalam negeri, BI hari ini akan mengadakan rapat dewan gubernur dan diperkirakan akan mempertahankan suku bunga pada 5.75%. Bursa Jepang dan Korea bergerak mixed pagi ini dan beberapa bursa regional masih tutup memperingati Chinese New Year. IHSG diperkirakan akan cenderung mixed hari ini. Di bulan Maret, sejumlah besar emiten diperkirakan akan melaporkan kinerja FY12 dan domestic-consumption-driven sector berpotensi mencetak kinerja yang cukup baik. Manfaatkan koreksi pasar yang ada saat-saat ini sebelum earnings season tersebut untuk buy on weakness saham-saham berfundamental baik.

12 February 2013 Indofarma (INAF) : Diberitakan perseroan berniat meangakuisisi produsen
bahan baku obat, PT Riasima Abadi Farma, yang berlokasi di Gunung Putri, Bogor. Riasima
merupakan produsen paracetamol hasil patungan atau joint-venture antara pemerintah Indonesia (BUMN) dan perusahaan Korea, Dhaewoo.
Akuisisi
ini juga dilakukan Indofarma untuk memperkuat sektor hulu dalam industri farmasi nasional. (Sumber : Kontan)
News – cont’d Modernland Realty (MDLN) : Perseroan menjual tanahnya seluas 150 ha senilai Rp 3
triliun, atau setara Rp 2 juta/m2 kepada PT Tangerang Matra Real Estate, afiliasi ASRI dari Grup Argo Manunggal. Investor
Relation Manager MDLN mengatakan dana tersebut akan digunakan untuk mengakuisisi tanah di timur Jakarta dan akan dibangun kawasan industri yang terpadu dengan residensial. Pasca penjualan tanah, land bank MDLN tercatat 651 ha, yang tersebar di Cikande, Kota Modern dan Cakung. Adapun perseroan menetapkan capex tahun ini Rp 1,9 triliun, yang didanai dari emisi obligasi 2012 Ro 500 miliar, pre sales revenue, dan kas internal.

sepanjang 2012, perseroan membukukan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp5,62 triliun, tumbuh 19,57% dibanding pencapaian tahun 2011, senilai Rp4,7 triliun.
Pendapatan
yang berasal dari penjualan eceran menyumbang Rp3,17 triliun, penjualan konsinyasi Rp2,41 triliun, dan pendapatan jasa Rp35,23 miliar.
Laba bersih meningkat 65,55% menjadi Rp770,88 miliar
