Latar Belakang
Rekrutmen dan Seleksi Berbasis Kompetensi merupakan salah satu metode dengan tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode tradisional biasa dalam mengidentifikasikan kesesuaian calon karyawan dengan tuntutan kompetensi pekerjaan. Metode ini didasarkan pada prinsip bahwa semakin banyak kecocokan antara persyaratan jabatan dan kompetensi dari calon pemegang jabatan maka diprediksi akan semakin tinggi kinerja pada suatu jabatan dan akan tercapai kepuasan kerja.
Tujuan
