JOINT COORDINATING COMMITTEE

The Joi•'t Cootdinating Committee composell of representatives designated by the Parties will be established with a view to formulate. implement. coordinate. and mo01tor the collaborative activities determmed under this t'l1emorandum of Understand1n9.

The members of Jomt Coordinating Comm1Uee composed of representat•ves from tOe government tesponsible for Cooperat•ves and SMEs development and
cooperative at\d SMEs representatives when necessary. 3.
The funclion of the Joint Coordinating Committee is to develop and discuss the po::isible areas of cooperation agreed upon by the Part•es. coordinate and monitor the implementation of aelion plans ot lhe agreed cooperation UasetJ on th•s t•Aemo1andum of Understanding and to conside1 i~~ues of mutual 1nterest an!)1n9 from its implementarion.

The mechanism of the involvement of the 1hird party is agreed vpon the Paflies.

ACTIVITIES Any pe1sons engaged in act~vities related to this Memorandum of Understandtng shall respect political independence, sovereignty. and tercitonal 1ntegrity of the host coun1f'Y, and shall avo1d any ac.tivities inwnsistel\1 with the pu1poses and objectives of th•s Merno1andum of Unde1standing.
