PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN METODE “ROLE PLAYING”TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PRESTASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MATERI PENJUMLAHAN BILANGAN BULAT ANAK TUNAGRAHITA KELAS VIII DI SLB-B-C BINA KARYA INSANI KARANGANYAR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2012/2013. Skripsi, Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta,Juli 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui pengaruhpenggunaanmetode pembelajaran Role Playing terhadap prestasi belajar matematika materi penjumlahan bilangan bulat anak tunagrahita ringan kelas VIII di SLB BC Bina Karya Insani Karanganyar Tahun 2013. Sesuaidengantujuanpenelitiantersebut, penelitianinimenggunakanmetodeeksperimendenganone group pre post test design, dimanasekelompoksubyekdiberikanperlakuandalamjangkawaktutertentu, danpengaruhdariperlakuantersebutdiukurdariperbedaanantarapengukuranawal (pretest) danpengukuranakhir (posttest).Populasinyaadalah8siswakelas VIII SMPLB-C Bina Karya Insani Karanganyartahunajaran 2012/2013.Sampeldalampenelitian ini adalah 8 anak tunagrahitaringankelasVIIISMPLB-C Bina Karya Insani Karanganyardenganmenggunakantekniksampelbertujuan, karenadalamsatukelasterdapatsatusiswa yang tidakdapatditarikmenjadisampeldansudahtersisihkandenganpertimbangantertentu. Teknikpengumpulan data menggunakantekniktes dan dokumentasi, tes yang digunakanyaitutes prestasibelajarmateri penjumlahan bilangan bulat. Penelitianinimenggunakanteknikanalisis data statistik non parametrik, TesRangkingbertandaWilcoxon denganbantuan program komputer SPSS 20.Berdasarkananalisis data tersebut, diketahuinilai Z hitung -0, 2533denganAsymp.Sig (2-tailed) 0, 011padatarafsignifikansi (α) 5 %.Hasiltersebutmenyatakanbahwa Ho ditolakdan Ha diterima.Disimpulkanbahwaadapengaruh yang signifikanpenggunaanmetode pembelajaran Role Playing terhadapprestasibelajar Matematikaanaktunagrahitaringankelas VIII SMPLB C Bina Karya Insani KaranganyarTahun2013.

THE EFFECT OF “ROLE PLAYING” METHOD USE ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF MATHEMATIC LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT IN INTACT NUMBER ADDITION MATERIAL IN THE MENTAL RETARDED VIII GRADERS OF SLB-B-C BINA KARYA INSANI OF KARANGANYAR IN THE SCHOOL YEAR OF 2012/2013. Thesis, Surakarta: Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Surakarta SebelasMaret University, July 2013. This research aimed to find out the effect of “role playing” method use on the improvement of mathematic learning achievement in intact number addition material in the mental retarded VIII graders of SLB-B-C BinaKaryaInsani of Karanganyar in the school year of 2012/2013. In line with the objective, this research employed experimental method with one group pre-posttest design, in which a group of subject was treated for certain period of time, and the effect of treatment was measured from the difference of pretest from posttest. The population consisted of 8 students of VIII Grade of SMPLB-C BinakaryaInsaniKaranganyar in the school year of 2012/2013. The sample of research was 8 mental retarded VIII graders SMPLB-C BinakaryaInsaniKaranganyar taken using purposive sampling technique and had been taken aside according to certain deliberation. Technique of collecting data employed was test and documentation; the test used was learning achievement test for intact number addition material. This study employed non-parametric statistical data analysis, Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with SPSS 20 computer program help. Based on the data analysis, it could be found Z statistic value of – 0.2533 with Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) 0.011 at significance level (α) 5%. This result stated that Ho was not supported and Ha was supported. It could be concluded that there was a significant effect of Role Playing methods on mathematic learning achievement in the mild mental retarded VIII graders of SMPLB-C BinaKaryaInsaniKaranganyar in 2013.
