Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi Pratanto (NSMP) adalah sebuah firma hukum Indonesia yang didirikan pada tahun 2005 di Jakarta. Pada perusahaan ini belum memiliki aplikasi sistem basis data kepegawaian, dan masih melakukan pengolahan data secara manual, sehingga Firma Hukum NSMP membutuhkan sebuah sistem aplikasi basis data untuk mempermudah mendapatkan informasi tentang data para pegawai, yang mencangkup data – data pegawai yang dapat diakses oleh perusahaan.
Ruang lingkup yang di ambil untuk skripsi ini mencakuppPendataan pegawai, proses absensi, proses penggajian pegawai, proses cuti pegawai, proses pelatihan, proses penilaian, proses pemutusan kerja pegawai, dan perancangan basis data yang efisien. Proses pembuatan basis data kepegawaian ini dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data dari perusahaan yang dilanjutkan dengan analisis kebutuhan. Setelah menentukan ruang lingkup sistem berdasarkan kebutuhan perusahaan, perancangan dimulai dengan perancangan basis data yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu perancangan basis data konseptual, logikal, dan fisikal. Setelah itu proses perancangan dilanjutkan dengan perancangan desain antarmuka. Hasil dari rancangan basis data dna antarmuka ditunjukan kepada pihak perusahaan sebelum dilanjutkan ke proses pemrograman untuk mengetahui sudah sesuai atau belumnya rancangan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.
Setelah desain basis data dan antarmuka disetujui, prosesnya dilanjutkan dengan pemrograman yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman MySQL dan PHP. Pengerjaan bagian ini dilakukan sesuai dengan hasil rancangan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Hasil dari pembuatan sistem basis data ini selanjutnya harus melewati proses evaluasi sistem dan evaluasi user. Hasil dari evaluasi sistemnya adala sebagai berikut : 1. Hasil evaluasi domain integrity adalah bahwa seluruh tabel telah sesuai dengan domain yang ditentukan sebelumnya. 2. Hasil dari evaluasi entity integrity menunjukan bahwa tabel yang ada telah memenuhi kriteria lulus uji. 3. Hasil pengujian referential integrity membuktikan bahwa seluruh tabel telah saling terhubung dengan baik dimana terdapat foreign key dengan nilai yang sama dengan primary key dari tabel yang terhubung. 4. Hasil evaluasi security menunjukan bahwa seluruh tabel sudah dapat berjalan dengan benar mengikuti mekanisme keamanan dengan baik. Sedangkan hasil dari evaluasi usernya adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Sistem basis data kepegawaian Firma Hukum NSMP mudah dalam penggunaan dan pengaksesan. 2. Fasilitas yang ada pada sistem basis data kepegawaian mempermudah kinerja pegawai yang berhubungan dengan data kepegawaian. 3. Sistem basis data kepegawaian memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan akan perorganisiran data kepegawaian secara komputerisasi.
Berdasarkan analisis dan perancangan aplikasi basis data kepegawaian yang telah dilakukan pada firma hukum NSMP, maka dapat diambil beberapa simpulan sebagai berikut : 1. Dengan adanya sistem basis data kepegawaian ini, user dapat mengakses dan mengetahui informasi – informasi yang berhubungan dengan kepegawaian.
2. Sistem basis data kepegawaian ini mendukung proses pengelolaan data seperti misalnya proses pencarian data pegawai, penambahan data baru, perubahan, dan penghapusan data. 3. Sistem basis data kepegawaian bertujuan untuk berperan serta dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan operasional oleh pihak perusahaan. 4. Sistem basis data kepegawaian ini dapat membantu user untuk mengakses dan mengelola data yang berhubungan dengan kepegawaian dengan lebih mudah dan terorganisir. Beberapa saran yang dapat diusulkan dengan tujuan untuk pengembangan sistem selanjutnya dan agar sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Dilakukannya sosialisasi atau pelatihan terhadap user – user yang akan terlibat langsung dalam penggunaan sistem basis data ini agar pengoperasiannya dapat sesuai dengan ketentuan dan hasilnya juga lebih maksimal. 2. Penambahan fitur – fitur didalam sistem basis data agar cakupannya lebih luas dan dapat lebih mempermudah kinerja pegawai. 3. Penambahan user lain selain Admin HRD, Admin Accounting, Divisi, dan Pegawai agar hak akses dan keamaan basis data lebih terjaga. 4. Penambahan memory sebagai media penyimpanan serta melakukan backup secara berkala untuk mengurangi resiko kehilangan data.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to create a database application system of employee on NSM P law firm to facilitate employee access to all of company files relating to the employee and organizing files that exist, and to optimizing the performance of the employees at the company. The research methodology that used is analysis method which describes the system into small part of components system with the aim to study how well the component performances. After the requirement analysis method, the next method is system designing method that includes database system design and interface system design. The result of this study is to create a database application system that support the performance of the company employees, organizing files related to staffing so it can be more composed, and as a medium to precessed the whole file of employee at the company. The conclusions of this study is with the existing of employeement database system at the company, all the work of the employee that related to employeement system can be more composed and all file that associated with staffing can be organizing really well, so the performance of the company will increase too. 1. Introduction Nurjadin Sumono M ulyadi Pratanto (NSM P) is an Indonesian law firm, founded 2005 in Jakarta. NSM P offers a wide range of legal services, ranging from general corporate criminal defense, civil and procedural, mediation, and intellectual property. NSM P law firm doesn’t have an employment database application system, and all the files processing are still done manually, so there’s more greater chance of the occurrence of errors that can reduce the efficiency and effectiveness of the company because it will takes more time and more effort and also higher accuracy. Because of that, NSM P law firm need a database application system to facilitate the process of getting information about the employee files shich covers files that can be accessed by the company’s employeess.
2. Scope The scope of this thesis is taken to include: 1. Documenting employee, HRD employees to enter data that has been accepted. 2. Employee absenteeism process conducted every day and carried out by the HRD recapitulation. 3. The process of payroll employees who do the accounting for employee salaries and generate reports. 4. The process starts off employees from filing to approval of sabbatical leave. 5. The process of training provided by the division for their employees. 6. Results of employee performance appraisal process and employee behavior. 7. Employee termination process by HRD.
8. Database design to accommodate the data obtained from the research object is a clerk in N SM P. 9.
Development of an analysis of web-based database design is more efficient.
3. Purposes and Benefits The purpose of this paper include: 1. Identifying staffing system is running. 2. Analyze information system requirements to support the needs of the information needed. 3. Designing a database system in a structured and integrated employment to facilitate data collection and data control personnel. 4. Generate an application system that supports the company's performance. The benefits obtained by the company include: 1. Facilitate the provision and delivery of information in the search process employee data 2. Facilitate the calculation of HRD in attendance, providing employment assessments and employee behavior, and the process of termination of employment. 3. Facilitate the division to provide training, granting leave, and agreed to the assessment process conducted HRD. 4. Accounting facilitate the process of payroll calculation and submission of payroll information to employees. 5. Facilitate employees in the process leave requests, training requests, providing information on salary and assessment. 6. Streamline the work on a part time employee in providing the required personnel information. 7. With the implementation of the new system can improve process performance data for applications that have been integrated employment.
4. Methodology M ethods to be used are as follows: 1.
System Analysis M ethod M ethods of systems analysis is a technique that describes a problem solving system is a part - the component with the aim of studying how well the parts - the components work and interact. The approach used in the invention is a technical system requirements or fact finding fact-finding technique that is done by: •

2. System Design M ethods Once the system requirements obtained through the first method. Next we run the system design method by: •

5. Facing Proble ms From the results of the survey and analysis has been done, we can conclude that there are some problems in NSM P Law Firm. Those issues are: 1. Employee data processing system and the document is still done manually and not well integrated so it is difficult to obtain accurate information about employees and documents. 2. Existing data stored in multiple files so that when data stored grows, retrieval of data required will be more difficult and takes a long time. 3. Less safety data collection system maintained so that it can happen employee fraud in the data collection process and documents. .
6. System Evaluation To evaluate this system, testing the Domain Integrity, Entity Integrity, Referential Integrity, and Security on the basis of data that has been designed. 1. Domain Integrity The results of the evaluation of domain integrity is that all tables are in accordance with a predetermined domain.
2. Entity Integrity The results of the evaluation indicate that the entity integrity of existing tables have passed the test criteria. 3. Referential Integrity Referential integrity testing results prove that all tables have been well connected to each other where there is a foreign key with a value equal to the primary key of the linked table. 4. Security Security evaluation results indicate that the entire table has been able to run correctly follow the safety mechanism properly.
7. User Evaluation Here are the results of the evaluation is based on interviews with users of the system, namely the evaluation of the HRD, Accounting, Division of Law Firms and Employees in NSMP. 1. Personnel data base system is easy NSM P Law Firm in the use and access. 2. Existing facilities in database systems facilitate employee performance-related employee personnel data. 3. Personnel data base system to meet the needs of the company will perorganisiran computerized personnel data.
8. Conclusion Based on the analysis and design of database applications that have been done on employment law firm NSM P, then some conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1. With a system of civil service data base, the user can access and find information information related to staffing. 2. Personnel data base system supports data management processes such as employee data search process, the addition of new data, change, and deletion of data. 3. Personnel database system aiming to participate in support of operational decision making by the company. 4. Personnel data base system can help users to access and manage data related to employment easier and organized.
9. Suggestion Some suggestions that may be proposed with the aim to further system development and for the system to run properly is as follows: 1. Socialization or training to do ¬ user - user who will be directly involved in the use of this data base system that can operate in accordance with the provisions and the results have more leverage. 2. Additional features - features in the data base system for a wider scope and can better facilitate employee performance. 3. The addition of a user other than Admin HRD, Admin Accounting, Division, and employees to access rights and database keamaan more awake. 4. The addition of memory as storage media, and perform backups at regular intervals to reduce the risk of data loss.
