What is NSDI
The NSDI is a national initiative to provide better access for all essential geospatial data The goal is to realize the effectiveness and efficiency of data collection, sharing and use
Long before NSDI, BAKOSURTANAL had already shown an initiative toward providing easy access to geospatial related data in a national context The initiative was the development of national atlases, presenting the geographical information of a country in great detail and in concise manner pertaining to the physical, economic – NSDI campaign in BAKOSURTANAL started at around 2001
Promote sustainable environment Economic development Better government among other aspect Disaster awareness and provision of emergency aid

Pengaruh Variabilitas Iklim terhadap Karakter Indeks Vegetasi
a) La Nina-Normal El Nino (2006) berpengaruh terhadap penurunan indeks vegetasi, kecuali selatan Jawa Barat yang terjadi peningkatan indeks vegetasi. La Nina (2008) meningkatkan indeks vegetasi, kecuali daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, yang terjadi penurunan indeks vegetasi sebesar
