ABSTRACT
Success of a firm in accomplishing its objective is highly determined by quality of leadership within the related firm. In other word, leadership entity within a firm is dominance over carry out its functionalities. One important aspect of leadership is leadership style. Objective in this study is to found out about leadership style, organizational culture, and employees’ development toward industrial performance of Bosowa Maros cement in South Sulawesi. Sample collection in this study consists of 266 employee of cement industry of Bosowa Maros in South Sulawesi. Data collection technique is by using interview with questionnaire model and observation technique. In order to test model correlation it is using analysis device which capable of explaining those correlation simultaneously by Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS program. Result of this study has proved that leadership style has positive and significant effect toward organizational culture with p=0.000 (< 0.05) and coefficient value of 0.908, this coefficient has showed that the more appropriate of leadership style implemented by superior therefore organizational culture will become better in PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. Leadership style also has positive and significant influence toward employee development with p=0.045 (< 0.05) and coefficient value of 0.398, it showed that the more appropriate leadership style being implemented by superior therefore the better possibility exist in employee development according to employee development program within PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. Organizational culture has positive and significant effect on employee development with p=0.000 (< 0.05) and coefficient value of 0.952, this coefficient has showed that the better organizational culture, the better possibility exist in employee development in accord to employee development program within PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. Leadership style has positive and significant effect toward performance with p=0.039 (< 0.05) and coefficient value of 0.250, it showed that the more appropriate leadership style implemented by superior therefore employee
performance will become better. Organizational culture has positive and insignificant effect toward performance with p=0.737 (> 0.05) and coefficient value of 0.174, it showed that organizational culture has indirect contribution toward performance. It is seen from analysis result showed that organizational culture has indirect effect toward performance through employee development with coefficient value of 0.774. Employee development has positive and significant effect toward performance with p=0.039 (< 0.05) and coefficient value of 0.250, it showed that if employee development is becoming better, thus performance is also becoming better.

ABSTRAK
Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya sangat ditentukan oleh mutu kepemimpinan yang terdapat dalam suatu perusahaan yang bersangkutan. Dengan kata lain bahwa entitas kepemimpinan dalam suatu perusahaan yang dominan dalam menjalankan seluruh fungsi – fungsinya. Salah satu aspek kepempinan yang di anggap penting adalah gaya kepemimpinan. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, pengembangan karyawan terhadap kinerja industri semen Bosowa Maros di Sulawesi Selatan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 266 karyawan industri semen Bosowa Maros Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan wawancara dengan menggunakan model kuesioner serta teknik observasi. Untuk menguji hubungan model digunakan alat analisis yang mampu menjelaskan secara simultan hubungan tersebut yaitu dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan program AMOS Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi dengan p = 0.000 (< 0.05) dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.841, koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tepat gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan semakin

Gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan p = 0.039 (< 0.05) dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.017, koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tepat gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat.Budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan p = 0.737 (> 0.05) dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.520 koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa apabila budaya organisasi tidak berkontribusi langsung pada peningkatan kinerja. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui pengembangan karyawan dengan nilai koefisien 0.223 Pengembangan karyawan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan p = 0.039 (< 0.05) dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.439, koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin berkembang sesuai dengan program pengembangan karyawan maka kinerja akan semakin meningkat.
