Ringkasan Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya fenomena munculnya pesaing-pesaing baru dalam ekonomi global yang menuntut adanya perluasan seperangkat ketrampilan yang ”hard” (teknologi) dan ”soft” (interpersonal dan komunikasi) secara seimbang. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma knowledge management dengan unit analisis adalah transformasi pengetahuan antar hirarki pada organisasi Industri Kecil-Menengah berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Jawa Tengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan di antara variabelvariabel disiplin learning organization (berpikir sistemik, personal mastery, model mental, berbagi visi, dan tim belajar) dengan variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai variabel pemediasi. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model kualitas jalur transformasi pengetahuan sebagai salah satu strategi mengelola perubahan di lingkungan IKM berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Pada metode analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan analisis jalur / path analysis. Lokasi penelitian yang diambil adalah Kerajinan Tembaga Ukir Tumang Boyolali, Kerajinan Batik Pekalongan, Kerajinan Keramik Klampok Banjarnegara dan Jasa Software berbasis open source di Kota Tegal, dengan total responden adalah 200 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variable personal mastery terhadap variabel model mental, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel personal mastery terhadap variabel berbagi visi, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel personal mastery terhadap variabel berpikir sistemik, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel model mental terhadap variabel berbagi visi, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel model mental terhadap variabel berpikir sistemik, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel berpikir sistemik terhadap variabel berbagi visi, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel model mental terhadap variabel tim pembelajar, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel berpikir sistemik terhadap variabel tim pembelajar, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel berbagi visi terhadap variabel tim pembelajar, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung antara variable personal mastery terhadap variabel berbagi visi melalui variable pemediasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel personal mastery terhadap model mental tanpa melalui variabel pemediasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan ada hubungan positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung antara variabel personal mastery terhadap berpikir sistemik melalui variable pemediasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Saran yang bisa diberikan kepada pengelola industri ekonomi kreatif adalah sosialisasi visi, misi dan tujuan perusahaan, team work training, briefing sebelum dan sesudah bekerja, serta diskusi terbuka antara pimpinan dan karyawan di sela-sela melakukan pekerjaan.
ABSTRACT This research is based the existence of the phenomenon of the emergence of new competitors in the global economy that demands the expansion of a set of skills that "hard" (technological) and "soft" (interpersonal and communication) in a balanced manner. This study uses the paradigm of knowledge management with the unit of analysis is the transformation of knowledge between the hierarchy in the organization of small-medium-based creative economy in Central Java. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the variables disciplinary learning organization (systemic thinking, personal mastery, mental models, shared vision and team learning) with style of transformational leadership variable as a intervening variable. The benefits of this research is to develop a model of knowledge transformation path quality as one strategy to manage change within the SME-based creative economy. Methods of data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. In the method of inferential analysis using path analysis. Location of the study is taken Copper Carving Crafts Tumang Boyolali, Pekalongan Batik, Ceramics Klampok Banjarnegara and Services based on open source software in Tegal, with the total respondents were 200 people. The results showed that there are positive and significant influence between variable of personal mastery to the mental model variable, there are positive and significant influence between variable of personal mastery to the variable of a shared vision, there are positive and significant influence between variable of personal mastery to the variable of systemic thinking, there are a positive influence and significant relationship between mental model variable to variable shared vision, there are positive and significant influence between the mental models variable to variable of systemic thinking, there are positive and significant influence between the variable of systemic thinking to variable of shared vision, there are positive and significant influence between the variable of mental models to learners team variable, there are positive and significant influence between the variable of systemic thinking to variable of learners teams, there are positive and significant influence between the variable of shared vision to a learners team variables, there are positive and significant influence indirectly between to intervening variable style of transformational leadership, there are a positive and significant influence between variable of personal mastery to the mental model variable without the intervening variable style of transformational leadership, and there are positive and significant influence indirectly between the variable of personal mastery to systemic thinking variable through the intervening variable style of transformational leadership. The advice can be given to the manager of creative economy industries are socialization vision, mission and corporate goals, team work training, briefings before and after work, and open discussion between management and employees on the sidelines doing the work.
