Curriculum Vitae Profile Arno Spauwen Consultancy is the company name below which Arno offers his services as an independent test manager/coördinator or project leader. He has started this company in 2007. Up to 2006 Arno has worked for Capgemini for a long time. Test management is its specialty. Arno has vast experience and expertise in this field. Past years he mainly worked for the government (taxes and Ministry of Agriculture), the financial sector (pensions and mortgages) and telecommunications industry. By these tasks consulted is Arno sleepiness the development of test trials and coaching/accompaniment of testcoördinatoren for the benefit of and testers. GPS is the message broker for the Tax and Customs Administration. The aim of GPS is to receive and deliver message to internal and external parties. GPS receives, validates, transforms and delivers. This concerns both papers and electronic media. Arno has carried out several tasks. He • has written test plans for several GPS releases established. • has done the coordination of the implementation of these plans done. Generally a large number of teams was involved (10-20). • was in charge of the test implementation of parts of releases themselves. Go/No decisions were based on the results of these test projects. As from July 2006 until January 2007 Arno Spauwen has worked as a test manager for Obvion. Obvion is a company that sells and manages mortgages via agents.

For all these projects several Obvion departments were involved. And generally it concerned several projects simultaneously. The project credit risk concerned the implementation of BASEL2 at Obvion. For this project Arno have established the test strategy. This implementation is based on the Rabobank EL-framework. Beside successful deliveries of the several projects Arno has conducted commitment on a working method which makes that as from now all IT projects are under the attention of test management. As from now on for all projects a user acceptance test is planned. Furthermore this has conducted to a more efficient commitment of resources.

He was assigned on the project with the objective to implement a new mid office application. In this project several internal and external parties were involved, each developing a part of the tool. From September 2005 up to March 2006 Arno Spauwen has worked as a project manager on the Capgemini outsourcing contract with Telfort. He was the linking pin between Capgemini and Telfort during the design phase of the Damocles project. This was a large project replacing the CRM and Billing system stack. The major part of this assignment was being a bid manager. The intake of change requests and the release of proposals were part of this job. In this period Arno Spauwen had participated in the time spending project (TBO2003), part of DBC2003 (Diagnose BehandelCombinatie). His role was project leader in the St Laurentius hospital Roermond. The questions to be answered during the TBO2003 are: Set up time spending profiles per medical specialism. The aim of this survey is to gather understanding of the number of patients related hours per day per medical specialist. The aim of the DBC2003 project is the implementation of the new declaration method by hospitals en medical specialists in the Netherlands based on the "Diagnose Behandeling Combinaties" (DBC’s). BNU/CANS makes it possible to adapt to new developments in pensions and social security. The business of ’charging’ prepaid-cards using so-called debit card is costly. Most important components in this cost are distribution of the cards and the margin for retailers. ’Charging callcredit’ using Rabofoon or credit cards should improve this, while at the same time give customers the opportunity to ’charge their credit’ in a more user-friendly way. New applications and adaptation of the existing applications were necessary to achieve this new service with Vodafone.Arno Spauwen successively fulfilled the role of Functional designer and Project manager. Positief. De afgelopen periode heeft veel van de flexibiliteit gevraagd van Arno. Enerzijds wordt veroorzaakt doordat de aanleverende teams vrijwel niet instaat zijn geweest om de planning te halen waardoor er telkens weer een oplossing gezocht diende te worden voor de uit te voeren werkzaamheden. Indien nodig zal Arno een tandje er bijzetten om als nog de afgesproken resultaten te behalen. Arno weet wat de politieke belangen zijn waarmee de afdeling Poort mee heeft te maken. Arno is een man die zorgvuldig en nauwgezet zijn werk uitvoert. Hij weet waar hij voor staat en zorgt er voor dat zijn werk af is
