P E R K I R A A N P A S A R H A R I I N I IHSG diperkirakan bergerak fluktuatif kecenderungan melemah

Perdagangan bursa US kemarin Dow ditutup ‐0.06% ke level 16,937 tertekan aksi profit taking dari penguatan bursa yang terjadi pekan lalu menyusul sentimen positif dari pernyataan Janet Yellen mengenai interest rate. Sementara Nasdaq +0.2% ke level 4,369 serta S&P500 ‐ 0.01% ke level 1,963. Data penjualan rumah baru US dilaporkan +4.9% per Mei 2014. Sementara Menteri Luar Negeri Us, John Kerry, terbang ke Baghdad guna mendorong pemerintahan Irak membentuk pertahanan yang lebih ketat untuk membendung pembenrontakan Sunni yang terjadi. Pada kawasan Eropa, FTSE London ‐0.35% DAX Frankfurt ‐0.66% CAC Paris ‐0.56%. Indeks PMI Zona Eropa tercatat 52.8 per Juni 2014, dibawah estimasi 53.5. Selain itu, pasar juga masih merespon ketegangan yang terjadi di Irak. Pada bursa Asia mayoritas melemah. Nikkei ‐0.69% HangSeng ‐1.68% dan Shanghai ‐0.13%. Perhatian tertuju pada Perdana Menteri Shinzo Abe yang akan mengadakan konferensi pers untuk mendiskusikan reformasi structural. Sementara data indeks manufaktur China naik menjadi 50.8 dari 49.4, di atas estimasi 49.7. Untuk IHSG, setelah menguat pada awal perdagangan, senin ditutup ‐0.1% ke level 4,842 dan net sell asing Rp231 miliar dengan penguatan terbesar pada sektor aneka industri +0.8% dan infrastruktur +0.2% sementara USD/IDR menyentuh 11,981 pada penutupan IHSG kemarin. Indeks masih akan bergerak fluktuatif menjelang pemilu 9 Juli mendatang. Aksi jual masih akan membayangi investor, di tengah ketidakpastian politik. Fokus investor berikutnya adalah penjualan rumah baru US, indeks konsumen US. Indeks hari ini diperkirakan akan bergerak pada rentang 4,850‐4,910 dengan saham pilihan BBNI UNTR ISAT INCO LSIP DOID. PT Gading Development Tbk (GAMA) akan mengoperasikan apartemen di Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan pada 2016. Proyek tersebut senilai Rp650 miliar dengan perkiraan revenue penjualan mencapai Rp950 miliar.

PT Dwi Aneka Jaya Kemasindo Tbk (DAJK) menyatakan komitmennya untuk tetap memiliki saham minimal 51%. Ini bila ada yang akan membeli saham perseroan.

•

PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) mendapat pinjaman sindikasi US$ 75 juta. Pinjaman tersebut berasal dari sejumlah bank dimana, Standard Chartered Bank bertindak sebagai mandated lead arranger. Sementara itu, BFIN juga dibantu PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) sebagai agen jaminan alias security agent.

•

PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk (SMAR) tak jadi menerbitkan obligasi berkelanjutan I tahap II. Nilai sisa penerbitan obligasi tersebut sebesar Rp 2 triliun.

PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) tengah menjajaki pinjaman dari dua bank asing. ISAT berharap menggenggam pinjaman itu kuartal III‐2014. Nantinya, dana pinjaman tersebut untuk belanja modal atau capital expenditure (capex). ISAT memang gencar modernisasi jaringan. ISAT menganggarkan 80% belanja modal 2014 untuk ekspansi tersebut. Tahun ini, ISAT menganggarkan capex Rp 8 triliun‐Rp 9 triliun. ISAT memodernisasi jaringan melalui tiga tahap.

Perusahaan properti, PT Wika Realty, anak usaha BUMN Karya PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) akan melanjutkan pembangunan dan pemasaran dua proyek perumahan sederhana yakni Tamansari Manglayang Regency dan Tamansari Pelabuhan Ratu. Langkah ini menunjukkan komitmen perusahaan properti itu terhadap pemenuhan rumah bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah.

•

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), emiten energi terpadu, mencatat penurunan kas pada tiga bulan pertama 2014. Kas perseroan turun 21,6% menjadi US$ 178,42 juta dibanding periode yang sama 2013 sebesar US$ 227,58 juta.

PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), emiten penyedia solusi supply chain terintegrasi, distributor bahan bakar minyak (BBM) dan bahan kimia dasar, memproyeksikan penjualan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) nonsubsidi hingga semester I 2014 turun 8%‐10% seiring penurunan permintaan dari sektor pertambangan.

•

PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (UNSP), emiten perkebunan sawit dan karet, menyiapkan tiga opsi untuk pengembangan bisnis hilir kelapa sawit yang dioperasikan anak usaha.
