Transkrip Tupperware AAS Medan-City Radio FM Medan Orang Tua dan Sekolah Dinilai harus Tambah Pendidikan Informal Tupperware ajarkan siswa SD idup sehat, Senin 29 September 2012 Pendengar, ada sekitar 4,4 persen makanan yang dijual di pinggir jalan mengandung boraks yang cukup berbahaya. Kandungan boraks ini ditemukan di makanan ketupat, mie instan kerupuk dan bakso. Kepala Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) Medan, Igd Nyoman Sugandi pada seminar Aku Anak Sehat Tupperware di Medan mengatakan dari 50 Sekolah Dasar yang dilakukan penelitian dengan 125 sampel makanan ditemukan sekitar 4,4 persen makanan yang mengandung boraks. Temuan makanan yang mengandung boraks ini ditemukan khususnya di kota Medan, maka dari itu pihaknya telah berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah kota untuk terus menindak dan melakukan penelitian mengenai makanan yang berbahaya di kota Medan. Menurut Igd Nyoman Sugandi Pihaknya juga akan fokus meneliti makanan yang mengandung Zat pewarna yang ditemukan di pasar tradisional. “mendapat anggaran untuk meneliti 50 SD tiap tahun, sedangkan sampel yang diambil ada 125 lebih, dari hasil yang kami dapatkan itu 4,4 persen yang mengandung bahan-bahan berbahaya seperti boraks dan zat pewarna. Selain ketupat, ada juga mie basah dan bakso, bakso yang paling banyak”
