Halaman ini yang pertama kali ditampilkan ketika masuk ke alamat untuk administrator, administrator sudah diberikan User ID dan Password masing-masing oleh database administrator. Jadi seorang administrator dapat langsung mengisikan user id serta passwordnya lalu menekan tombol Login atau enter yang akan masuk ke halaman menu. Tombol Reset digunakan apabila terjadi salah pengetikan sehingga perlu me-reset

Pada halaman ini, administrator dapat memasukkan nama product yang tergolong memiliki garansi sehingga akan terdaftar didalam sistem pelayanan purna jual Rinnai, administrator dapat memasukkan nomor indeks produk sebanyak 5 digit dengan P sebagai awalannya untuk indeks nomor seri (kode), seperti contoh berikut : P0001, P0002, P0234, dst. Berikutnya dapat mengisi Product Description yaitu keterangan
156 produk seperti nama barang lengkap dengan nomor seri (type) barangnya. Lalu Manufacturer dapat diisi pabrik yang memproduksinya, dalam hal ini Rinnai sudah memproduksi sendiri, sehingga dapat diisi dengan RINNAI. Lalu Unit Price dapat diisi harga barang tersebut sesuai price list. Kemudian Warranty Term dapat diisi berapa lama garansi barang tersebut sehingga teknisi dapat mengetahui apabila sudah tidak garansi. Lalu administrator dapat menekan Submit untuk mengisikan data tersebut kedalam database. Apabila terjadi kesalahan pengetikan pada form, administrator dapat menekan tombol reset untuk mengulang dari awal lagi. Tombol Back berfungsi untuk kembali ke halaman menu bila ditekan, kemudian tombol Logout dapat ditekan apabila administrator hendak keluar dari sistem ini.

Ketika pada popup menu Product muncul Delete Product yang kemudian ditekan maka akan muncul halaman seperti berikut ini. Dimana administrator dapat memasukkan kode produk yang hendak dihilangkan dari database, dengan memasukkan kode lalu menekan submit maka data pada database inventory otomatis akan hilang. Untuk tombol Back dan Logout dapat dilihat seperti diatas.

Pada halaman ini, administrator dapat memasukkan nama spare part yang tergolong memiliki garansi sehingga akan terdaftar didalam sistem pelayanan purna jual Rinnai, administrator dapat memasukkan nomor indeks spare part sebanyak 5 digit dengan R sebagai awalannya untuk indeks nomor seri (kode), seperti contoh berikut : R0001, R0002, R0234, dst. Berikutnya dapat mengisi Spare Part Description yaitu keterangan Spare Part seperti nama spare part lengkap dengan nomor seri (type) spare
160 partnya. Lalu Spare Part Price dapat diisi harga spare part tersebut sesuai price list. Kemudian Warranty Term dapat diisi berapa lama garansi spare part tersebut sehingga teknisi dapat mengetahui apabila sudah tidak garansi. Lalu administrator dapat menekan Submit untuk mengisikan data tersebut kedalam database. Apabila terjadi kesalahan pengetikan pada form, administrator dapat menekan tombol reset untuk mengulang dari awal lagi. Tombol Back berfungsi untuk kembali ke halaman menu bila ditekan, kemudian tombol Logout dapat ditekan apabila administrator hendak keluar dari sistem ini.

Lalu administrator dapat menekan Submit untuk mengisikan data tersebut kedalam database dan secara otomatis sistem akan memberikan nomor service quotation ketika muncul popup window. Apabila terjadi kesalahan pengetikan pada form, administrator dapat menekan tombol reset untuk mengulang dari awal lagi. Tombol
