All Global Movement
A way to conscious leadership and entrepreneurship
The Postma Prize The first copy, awarded on November 24, 2011 to Her Royal Highness Princess Máxima of the Netherlands
The Djed is an ancient Egyptian symbol. It represents durability, balance and stability. The Djed has been interpreted as the backbone of the Egyptian God Ptah (the creator), alternatively Osiris. It was used in raising consciousness and was considered necessary to aid in the transformation of the physical body into it’s spiritual form of consciousness and light.
All Global Movement Foundation All Global Movement is an internationally operating not for profit foundation. It will coordinate and structure on a continuing and evolutionary basis, the unique contents of a comprehensive package of training programs for conscious leadership and entrepreneurship tailored to local and social circumstances as required. Local centers of excellence will be structured with international and local partners excelling in the fields of business, academia and government and embedded in strong ethics, sustainable vision and social responsibility, creating an organic world wide network enhancing conscious leadership and entrepreneurship. ALL Global Movement intends to build 12 unique centers of excellence based on sacred geometry, that besides its pure energetic properties will act as the symbol for the movement on new leadership and entrepreneurship for which it globally structures and co-ordinates a comprehensive package of training programs. As a Movement, it is not linked to any organization or specific individual but drawing from best practices world wide.

Motivation In my childhood I felt very much connected with nature and studied every aspect of it. For me, as a young boy, the question of ‘why’ already existed. I had a great hunger to know everything and to sift through information. I started going through literature and popular science books for more information and found it there too. I slowly gained more and more knowledge and understanding of life itself. At the same time, my creativity was also developing and this was reflected in my short stories, drawings and the making of sculptures in clay. It was an outlet for all the knowledge that I was accumulating. As I grew older, around the age of 18, my interests grew towards Gustav Jung, Teilhard de Chardin and other famous philosophers. I devoured their works, so that my hunger for the essence of life became more and more satisfied. From this knowledge, I developed the artist in myself, in combination with a strong social conscience. In the 80’s there was a deepening of my inner self, which returned in the 90’s. I applied this in my coaching practise for small businesses and individuals. Based on this social consciousness, the idea was born to realize this insight within a structured plan. After years of research of different cultures, a concrete plan was born, the All Global Movement Project. I designed 12 centres, buildings and gardens for 12 different countries, each with its own cultural and social background. “Art and Architecture to me, are inextricably linked together.” All knowledge manifested itself naturally. I designed the buildings listening to the music of Schubert, which provided me with my focus. Through interviews with several entrepreneurs, Nyenrode emerged as an excellent launching platform for the All Global Movement Project. The philosophy that stands for Nyenrode, Head-Hands-Heart and the trinity of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Stewardship, integrates seamlessly with the spirit of All Global Movement Pieter Kortekaas

All- Global Movement Nyenrode is proud to be associated with the All Global Movement project. Because, faithful to the mission it received in 1946, Nyenrode still explicitly interconnects business and academe. Nyenrode is By Business, For Business and is – though fully state accredited - truly autonomous: legally, financially, morally. Because our values are reflected in the Nyenrode trinity of Leadership-EntrepreneurshipStewardship. Through this trinity business and enterprise can be a force for the good. These values are at the core of Nyenrode’s educational philosophy of Head-Hands-Heart: Knowledge and analytical skills need to be linked to action, experiential learning, a focus on results, solutions, impact; and most importantly: they need to be underpinned by personal passion, inner strength, trust in gut-feeling, solidarity and team focus thus contextual intelligence. From its foundation Nyenrode has been an explicitly international institution and we want Nyenrodians to be in essence global citizens. In the university’s original name (NOIB) the B stood for Abroad, because our founders understood that globalization would be the defining feature of economic success. Contrary to popular believe, Arts and Academe are birds of a feather, driven by curiosity, innovation, creativity, challenge of convention, a desire for beautiful solutions, All- Global Movement integrates Art, Academe and Business. In my perception, Nyenrode and All- Global Movement are two of a kind: All-Global Movement can be experienced as an artistic dimension to the Nyenrode values (the trinity of LES) and educational philosophy of Head-Hands-Heart and subsequently makes the connection between personal strength and global context. All-Global Movement, in summary, I personally interpret as an artistic impression and -as we hope in the near future - tangible reflection of those values, believes and insights that also have made Nyenrode unique in the world. I invite you to be seduced here by the powerful vision of Pieter Kortekaas. Let there be no room for doubt : his dream will come true. The 12 centers Unique buildings based on sacred geometry: a.o. the golden ratio and the Fibonacci numbers, as for example Le Corbusier used in his building designs and art. But also used in the Maya temples, the Borobudur, the temples of Karnak and Luxor in Egypt and the Parthenon in Greece. The buildings and gardens radiate the natural beauty and harmony in nature and are perfect mandalas. The centers will be built applying the most sustainable materials, making use of the components available in each country. Furthermore, the buildings will be energy neutral by using the latest energy generating and saving technologies.
