Paket Bronze s/d paket Diamond berlaku untuk loading pada hari-H ( maximal ) dimulai pada pk. 00.00 WIB
Khusus paket Sapphire, loading dimulai pada H-1 pagi
Spesifikasi paket-paket di atas hanya berlaku untuk venue indoor saja. Untuk outdoor silahkan hubungi Tim Marketing kami
Penambahan spesifikasi sound system & lighting akan dihitung sesuai dengan harga per unit
Kebutuhan genset dan solar akan ditambahkan ke biaya sewa ( lepas dari harga paket ) sesuai dengan kebutuhan listrik per event dan berlaku untuk 7 jam acara
Untuk penambahan LED Screen ( static / slider ) akan ditambahkan ke dalam biaya sewa per paket sesuai dengan permintaan klien
Untuk penambahan biaya sewa Rigging akan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan venue tempat event diadakan ( kondisi loading dock maupun tinggi venue )
Segala bentuk biaya administrasi resmi maupun tidak resmi yang dikenakan pihak venue / gedung ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh pihak EO / panitia penyelenggara event bersangkutan
Akan ada charge tambahan sebesar 15% dari biaya sewa jika event diadakan di gedung Empire Palace - Surabaya, Zhang Palace - Surabaya dan venue-venue lain dengan titik kesulitan tinggi saat loading barang
