This course is intended to integrate business function courses that have been given at the earlier semesters. The topics discussed include environmental analysis, industry and competition, company strategic resources, competitive strategies, cooperative and corporation, evaluation of strategic options and strategy implementation in the structure devices, system and organization culture. Case studies are given as integral parts of this course in order to sharpen student’s analytical skills.
