EXISTING CONDITIONS
• The Czech Republic needs quality and fast railway traffic conection with the other countries in EU • Existing lines have low technical parametres • Heavy terrain conditions and high density of human places complicate building of new lines • The building of new lines is very expensive and for the present is over finance possibility stateWe understand the modernized corridor lines as branch lines connecting to present and futur European high-speed network

MODERNIZATION OF CZECH CORRIDOR LINES • First step for substantial improvement of technical conditions and speed increase • Modernization of four corridor lines shoud provide higher quality conection of the Czech Republic to the European rail network • We understand the modernized corridor lines as branch lines connecting to present and futur European high-speed network
