Lampiran 1. Kurva Standar Protein Larutan Bardfrod Commasive blue ditimbang sebanyak 0,01 gram kemudian dilarutkan ke dalam 5 ml etanol 95% dan ditambah dengan 10 ml asam fosfor. Larutan selanjutnya disaring dengan menggunakan kertas saring dan disimpan dalam botol gelap pada suhu rendah. Sebelum digunakan, larutan harus diencerkan terlebih dahulu sebanyak lima kali (Bollag & Stuart, 1991) Pembuatan Kurva Standar Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) ditimbang sebanyak 100 mg kemudian dilarutkan ke dalam 100 ml ddH2O dan larutan tersebut dinamakan larutan stok BSA 1 mg/ml. Selanjutnya, larutan stok BSA dibuat seri pengenceran larutan standar dengan konsentrasi 0 mg/ml, 0,1 mg/ml, 0,2 mg/ml, 0,3 mg/ml, 0,4 mg/ml, 0,5 mg/ml, 0,6 mg/ml, 0,7 mg/ml, 0,8 mg/ml, 0,9 mg/ml, dan 1 mg/ml. Dari masing-masing konsentrasi larutan standar diambil sebanyak 0,1 ml, lalu ditambahkan 5 ml larutan Bradford. Setelah itu, larutan didiamkan selama 5 menit, dan diukur absorbansinya pada panjang gelombang 595 nm (Bradford, 1976).

Larutan Stok (Stock Solutions)
Bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan larutan stok adalah 2M Tris-HCl (pH 8,8) 100 ml, 1 Tris-HCl (pH 6,8) 100 ml, 10% SDS 100 ml, 50% gliserol 100 ml, dan 1% bromophenol blue 10 ml.
