Should we send sample of items on 6 March 2017 or before? For item "shampoo size 90ml", apparently it is no longer available in the market. Can we provide the item with different size? The requirement for material of the bag is canvas D420 or equivalent. Our understanding is that canvas is not D420. Please clarify. In the post-delivery kit, for item "blouse for breastfeeding", can we provide sample with color and/or pattern? English version of Annex II and III?

Answers Sample of each kit must include all items stated in the Annex III, although there are similar items. Items can be packed in a clear plastic bag and labeled with name of kit. Sample of all items can be sent before 6 March 2017 at 17.00WIB

Jawab Contoh setiap kit harus lengkap berisi semua barang yang tersebut pada Annex III, meskipun terdapat beberapa barang yang sama. Isi kit dapat dikemas dalam kantong plastik bening dan diberi label nama kit tersebut. Contoh barang dapat dikirimkan sebelum 6 Maret 2017 jam 17.00WIB.

Terdapat beberapa barang yang sama di tiap kit. Contoh: sikat gigi. Apakah boleh mengirimkan contoh barang hanya satu sikat gigi saja? Contoh barang sebaiknya dikirimkan pada 6 Maret 2017 atau sebelumnya? Untuk item "shampoo ukuran 90ml" sepertinya tidak tersedia di pasar. Apakah boleh mengirimkan dengan ukuran lain? Bahan untuk tas adalah "kanvas D420 atau setara". Mohon klarifikasi karena kedua bahan ini berbeda. Dalam paket ibu pasca melahirkan, untuk item "blus dengan kancing depan untuk menyusui", apakah boleh mengirimkan contoh barang dengan warna apa saja? Apakah boleh bercorak? Annex II dan III dalam Bahasa Inggris?

ANNEX II SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. Vendor must submit the proposal strictly in accordance with Price Quotation Form along with (i) sample of all items; (ii) sample material for bags, not later than Monday, 6 March 2017 at 17.00 WIB to Ms. Ira Novita, 7th Floor Menara Thamrin, Jl. MH Thamrin Kav.3, Jakarta 10250. Phone: +62-2129802300. 2. If selected, vendor must procure/provide goods based on the samples submitted. Failure to comply to this requirement will lead to cancellation of the contract. 3. Delivery: partial delivery is not allowed. 4.
