deterministic statistics that can’t cover the whole field of a complete analysis. The stochastic approach, to be used in this paper, offers far more information about the mechanical amount and can take into account the non-linearity of the signal, eventually, the mechanical amount itself. Moreover, starting from the analysis developed with this method, mathematical models, both in discrete and continuos time can be achieved.

Col. József RUSZ PhD Hungarian Defence Forces Vehicle Fleet Management Services, Budapest, Hungary Continuous participation in Peace Support Operations made necessary to the Hungarian Defence Forces to equip the Hungarian troops with modern, state-of-the-art vehicles with the requisite terrain capabilities, in addition to the soldiers’ appropriate personal kit and equipment. In order to this, the „Vehicle Procurement Program” started in 2003, and as a result the process of introducing new vehicles into service and distributing them to the units is ongoing. Although, number of vehicles received from the program — based on the funds made available — is lagging behind the original plans, it shows and represents the direction of reformation of our vehicle fleet, however for the troops it is still going to be a years-long task to operate and maintain a mixed pool composed of the existing old models and new procurements. ÚJ OKTATÁSTECHNIKAI ESZKÖZÖK ALKALMAZÁSA A GÉPJÁRMŰTECHNIKAI KÉPZÉSBEN APPLICATION OF NEW TEACHING AIDS IN PROCESS OF AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN TRAINING Eng. Maj. Róbert VÉG Bolyai János Military Technical Faculty, ZMNDU, Budapest, Hungary In order to reach educational goals, the followings should be taken into considerations: who teaches who, the subjects and the ways of teaching. The first part of the idea can be answered easily, because the most experienced and trained teacher should train the students having good scores in the process of admission and professional calling. The subjects must cover the recent marketable engineering knowledges, while students should be trained in field of military leadership.
