Klinik Drg. Edi M. yang berlokasi di Perumahan BanjarsariBojonegoro bergerak dalam pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Pada klinik ini setiap data dan transaksi disimpan dalam dokumen kertas. Sehingga proses pencarian data membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan sering tidak ditemukan. Pembuatanlaporan membutuhkan rekapan dan perhitungan kembali mengakibatkan laporan dengan informasi yang salah. Permasalahan lain yang ada pada klinik ini yaitu pendataan stok obat yang harus dilakukan setiap hari untuk menghindari kehabisan stok obat pada saat dibutuhkan.
Untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada di atas maka diperlukan langkahlangkah yaitu menganalisa sistem. mendesain sistem. mengimplementasi sistem, dan pembahasan terhadap implementasi sistem.Hasil pembuatan Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pada Kantor Dentist Dengan Menggunakan Metode Waterfall, diharapkan pelayanan dan proses transaksi akan semakin cepat dan akurat serta pemenuhan kebutuhan akan informasi semakin cepat tersedia. ABSTRACT
Drg. Edi M clinical practicelocated in Banjarsari Bojonegoro engaged in oral health care. At this clinic every transaction data and stored in paper documents. So that the data search process takes a long time and often can not be found. Preparing reports and recaps require recalculation resulted in a report with false information. Other problems that exist in this clinic that drug stocks data collection should be done every day to avoid running out of drug stocks in times of need.
To overcome the problems that exist above the required steps is to analyze the system. designing the system. implement the system, and the discussion on the implementation of the system.
