TAHAP PERSIAPAN : Sosialisasi dan Persamaan persepsi tim inti dan tim pengumpul data tingkat provinsi Panduan pengisian instrument dan template Penyusunan template dan instrument data Identifikasi struktur dan elemen data

Tahap pelaksanaan Pengumpulan data 1. Pengumpulan data dikoordinir oleh: Ketua PPNI Propinsi dan bekerjasama dengan pengurus asosiasi yang sudah ada didaerah (Propinsi)
2. Persamaan persepsi metode pengumpulan data dengan dasar template data yang sudah tersedia (Tgl 23-24 September 2011)
3. Poses pengumpulan data dilakukan Sampai dengan bulan Oktober minggu ke II (Tgl 15 Okt)
Proses pengumpulan data dibagi menjadi 2 : A Batas akhir collecting data Minggu ke II (15 Oktober 2011).

Template data yang sudah final di sebarkan kepada Institusi Pendidikan melalui PPNI Propinsi

Collecting data dilakukan denga cara : Dari institusi pendidikan data dikirim ke PPNI Propinsi, diteruskan ke Pokja 1 pusat

Ketua PPNI Propinsi berkoordinasi dengan Pengurus Asosiasi Institusi Pendidikan menyebarluaskan Template dan pandu an pengisianya kpd Institusipendidikan keperawatan di wilayahnya.
2. Tahap Finalisasi : Data yang sudah terkumpul di olah dengan menggunakan program computer
Dalam proses pengolahan data disesuaikan dengan tujuan awal Kebutuhan data yang diperlukan.
Proses pengolahan data melalui beberapa tahap: Entry data (bila diperlukan), Cleaning, Editing, Coding (bila diperlukan), dan Analisa data sesuai kebututuhan. feature 02
