Perhitungan Dosis Obat
Perhitungan Dosis Anthelmentik Albendazole 5%
= 5 gr/100 ml = 50 mg/ml
Dosis per ekor mencit = 10 mg/kg BB Dosis untuk mencit (BB = 20 gr)
= BB (kg) x Dosis (mg/kg BB) Konsentrasi (mg/ml) = 0,02 x 10 50 = 0,004 ml/ekor.
0,004 ml Albendazole diencerkan dengan menggunakan aquadest sebanyak 0,096 ml, maka dosis pemberian menjadi sebanyak 0,1 ml/ekor. Perhitungan Dosis Antibiotik Konsentrasi
= 125 mg/5 ml = 25 mg/ml
Dosis untuk anak-anak (BB = 25 kg) = 25 mg/kg BB Dosis untuk mencit (BB = 20 gr)
= BB (kg) x Dosis (mg/kg BB) Konsentrasi (mg/ml) = 0,02 x 25 25 = 0,02 ml/ekor/hari
Sebanyak 0,02 ml AB dengan konsentrasi 25 mg/ml diencerkan dengan menggunakan aquadest sebanyak 0,08 ml, maka dosis pemberian menjadi sebanyak 0,1 ml/ekor.

Dosis Preventif Manusia BB 50 kg 15 ml/hari = 0,3 ml/kgBB/hari x 2 sendok makan (sdm) Mencit BB 30 gr 30 gr x 0,6 ml x 3 kali/hari = 0,054 = 0,1 ml/hari 1000gr
Dosis Kuratif Asumsinya untuk pengobatan yaitu 2 kali dari dosis preventif, maka yang diberikan yaitu 0,2 ml.
Perhitungan Dosis Kombinasi Habbatussauda dengan Madu Madu untuk manusia dengan BB 50 kg 3 sdm/hari 1 sdm = 15 ml, 1 hari = 45 ml = dosis preventif. Kombinasi habbatussauda dengan madu diberikan sebanyak 0,3 ml karena perbandingan antara madu : habbatussauda = 20:1.
