If the delegate cancels after the booking has been accepted, the delegate will be liable for the following charges: • Cancellations notified over 14 days prior to the event will incur an administration fee of 10% of the full amount. • For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event, the full delegate rate must be paid and no refunds will be available.
