Catatan selama kegiatan: 1. Artworks/kursi yang berada di lokasi tidak diperkenankan untuk dipindah dan disentuh. Tidak diperkenankan memindahkan meja dan kursi di Art:1 2. Tidak diperkenankan untuk bersandar pada dinding/partisi di area galeri 3. Tidak diperkenankan duduk di tangga 4. Selama pemotretan tidak diperkenankan makan, minum, dan merokok di area indoor museum, art space, area basement (musholla, parkir kendaraan). 5. Diharapkan untuk menjaga kerapian, ketenangan, dan kebersihan di Art:1. 6. Tas dikumpulkan di dalam satu area yang rapi (lobi) 7. Art:1 akan membagikan kartu visitor kepada tamu, melalui koordinator. Kartu yang dibagikan sesuai dengan jumlah peserta, dengan menukarkan kartu tanda pelajar/mahasiswa/KTP yang berlaku. Setelah selesai, koordinator berkewajiban untuk mengembalikan seluruh kartu peserta ke meja resepsionis dan mengambil kembali kartu identitas. Jika terjadi kehilangan kartu, dikenakan denda Rp 10.000,00/kartu. 8. Pembayaran dilakukan sebelum kegiatan berlangsung. 9. Setiap kerusakan yang ditimbulkan akan dibebankan kepada pihak tamu (kerusakan karya/tembok/partisi/tangga dll).
