PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) menyadari bahwa penyelenggaraan kinerja operasi kebandarudaraan yang baik akan membawa pada peningkatan kinerja keuangan bagi Pemegang Saham secara berkesinambungan serta peningkatan citra Perseroan di mata masyarakat. Perseroan menyadari bahwa kinerja Perseroan tidak hanya diukur dari aspek ekonomi saja, akan tetapi juga kinerja sosial maupun lingkungan. Komitment Perseroan dalam implementasi strategi keberlanjutan adalah diwujudkan dengan memenuhi tanggung jawab Perseroan terhadap konsumen, terhadap karyawan, kepada negara, kepada pemasok dan terhadap masyarakat. Selain aspek keuangan, Perseroan juga memiliki capaian yang baik terkait dengan kepuasan konsumen. Selama tahun 2015, rata-rata skor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) yang berhasil direalisasikan Angkasa Pura Airports sebesar 3,85. Disamping itu, selama kurun waktu 2011 – 2015 Angkasa Pura Airports telah mengembangkan beberapa desa binaan diantaranya Desa Bobung di Jogjakarta, Desa Winetin di Manado, Desa Penujak, Tanak Awu, dan Ketara di Lombok serta Desa Baumata Utara di Kupang. Sustainability strategies in Angkasa Pura Airport is managed holistically in order to meet the corporate responsibility to all stakeholders. Sustainability strategies implemented on any relationship between the Company and its stakeholders. The company’s commitment in the implementation of sustainability strategy is realized by fulfilling the responsibilities of the Company to customers, to our employees, to the state, to suppliers and to the community. Besides the financial aspect, the Company also has a good performance related to consumer satisfaction. During 2015, the average score of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), which successfully realized by Angkasa Pura Airports is 3.85. In addition, during the period 2011 - 2015 Angkasa Pura Airports has developed several guided village including the Village Bobung in Jogjakarta, Village Winetin in Manado, Village Penujak, Tanak Awu, and Ketara in Lombok and village North Baumata in Kupang.

TINJAUAN INDUSTRI
INDUSTRY OVERVIEW
Sejalan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi global, pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia di tahun 2015 juga belum menunjukkan perbaikan secara signifikan. Perekonomian Indonesia tahun 2015 yang diukur berdasarkan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) atas dasar harga berlaku mencapai Rp11.540,8 triliun atau tumbuh sebesar 4,79% dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Pertumbuhan ekonomi tersebut melambat bila dibanding tahun 2014 yang sebesar 5,02%.

Bandara Adisutjipto - JOG (21 - 24 April 2015) dengan skor sebesar 3,56; d. Bandara Frans Keisepo – BIK (21 - 24 April 2015) dengan skor sebesar 3,51; e. Bandara El Tari - KOE (05 - 08 Mei 2015) dengan skor sebesar 3,81; f. Bandara Ahmad Yani - SRG (05 - 08 Mei 2015) dengan skor sebesar 3,88; g. Bandara Adisoemarmo - SOC (26 - 29 Mei 2015) dengan skor sebesar 4,00; h. Bandara Sam Ratulangi - MDC (26 - 29 Mei 2015) dengan skor sebesar 4,08.

It is encouraged by the progress of e-commerce, global supply chain development, and efforts to reduce the expensive administration expense and shorten order cycle time. Although the volume of goods transported via air freight is still relatively small, but the value of goods transported increased from year to year, both for delivery within the country and abroad. Further potential possessed by Indonesia at this time is, Indonesia passed by 2 International flight path (Major Air Traffic Flow) that provide opportunities in the development of the air transportation market share ahead particularly with respect to the ASEAN Open Sky.

Sebagai wujud kebebasan berserikat, Angkasa Pura Airports memiliki 2 organisasi serikat pekerja, yaitu Serikat Pekerja Angkasa Pura I (SP) dan Asosiasi Karyawan Angkasa PuraI (AKA). Baik dari SP maupun AKA mewakili kepentingan karyawan dalam ketenagakerjaan, termasuk perundingan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) dengan pihak manajemen. Saat ini, PKB yang berlaku adalah PKB Periode 2014-2016 dengan Nomor: SP.137/HK.06/2014-DU, SP.AP.I.01/PKB/VI/2014, dan 012/DPP-AKA/VI/2014. Seluruh karyawan atau 100% karyawan telah menandatangani dan dilindungi oleh PKB.
As a form of freedom of association, Angkasa Pura Airports have two trade union organizations, ie Angkasa Pura I Unions (SP) and the Angkasa Pura I Employees Association (AKA). Both of SP and AKA represents the interests of employees in employment, including negotiating the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) with management. Currently, the prevailing CLA is CLA period 2014-2016 with No. SP.137/HK.06/2014DU, SP.AP.I.01/PKB/VI/2014 and 012/DPP-AKA/VI/2014. All employees or 100% of employees have signed and protected by collective agreements.

PT Angkasa Pura Airport sustainability report 2015 is a second sustainability report. Previously, the first report that is the Sustainability Report 2013, published on the website of the Company on 10 November 2014. This report uses a guide Sustainability Reporting Guideline (SRG) G4 version published by Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI G4). Disclosure of material aspects in this sustainability report, reported by referring to the ‘in-accordace core’, because there are still limitations disclosures in this report. Enterprise performance information presented is the performance during the period of 1 January 2015-31 December 2015. Assurance has not been done on PT Angkasa Pura Airport sustainability report in 2015. (G4-28, G4-29, G4-30, G4-32, G4- 33).

Tahap pertama adalah melakukan proses identifikasi aspekaspek keberlanjutan dan identifikasi topik penting yang akan diungkapkan. Proses identifikasi ini didasarkan pada prinsip konteks keberlanjutan dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan. Setiap aspek yang material ditentukan batasan ruang lingkupnya (boundary).
The first stage is the process of identifying the aspects of sustainability and the identification of important topics that will be disclosed. This identification process is based on the context of the principle of sustainability and stakeholder engagement. Every aspect of the material specified its boundary.
Tahap kedua adalah penentuan prioritas atas aspekaspek keberlanjutan yang material dan akan dilaporakan berdasarkan identifikasi di tahap pertama. Tahap prioritasisasi didasarkan pada prinsip materialitas dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan.

Apek material ditentukan melalui diskusi dengan pihak Pusat Manajemen dan Departemen Operasi Angkasa Pura Airport. Isu-isu yang dianggap material tinggi, yaitu kinerja ekonomi, masyarakat lokal, dampak ekonomi tak langsung, serta produk dan jasa. Informasi ‘kinerja ekonomi’ merupakan hal terpenting bagi Perseroan, karena melalui kinerja inilah perseroan dapat menyalurkan dana untuk mendukung kegiatan sosial dan lingkungan. Informasi terkait dengan ’masyarakat lokal’ dianggap penting, karena persepsi masyarakat dapat mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan, khususnya terkait keberadaan bandar udara milik Angkasa Pura Airport. ‘Dampak ekonomi tak langsung’ juga masuk sebagai aspek material level tinggi, hal dianggap material karena Angkasa Pura Airport ingin memantapkan komitmennya untuk menjadi Perusahaan yang memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Aspek material level tinggi yang terakhir yaitu, ‘produk dan jasa’, hal ini terkait kepuasan pelanggan terhadap jasa kebandarudaraan yang diberikan Angkasa Pura Airport. Perseroan berusaha senantiasa meningkatkan kualitas, keamanan, kenyamanan dan kemudahan bagi pelanggan, dengan demikian indeks kepuasan pelanggan menjadi penting.

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 40 tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas (UU PT), Organ Perseroan terdiri dari Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS), Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi. Sistem kepengurusan menganut sistem dua badan (two tier system), yaitu Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi, yang memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab yang jelas sesuai fungsinya masingmasing sebagaimana diamanahkan dalam anggaran dasar dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Namun demikian, keduanya mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk memelihara kesinambungan usaha Perseroan dalam jangka panjang. Oleh karena itu, Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi harus memiliki kesamaan persepsi terhadap visi, misi, dan nilai-nilai Perseroan.
Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Company (Company Law), Organ Company consists of a General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors. Management system adopts two bodies (two-tier system), the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, which has the clearly authority and responsibility in accordance with their respective functions as mandated by the statute and regulations. However, they have a responsibility to maintain the continuity of the Company’s business in the long term. Therefore, the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors shall have the same perception of the vision, mission, and values of the Company.
Dalam melaksanakan kepengurusan Angkasa Pura Airports, Direksi didukung oleh struktur manajemen yang efektif. Adapun dalam melaksanakan fungsi pengawasan dan kepenasehatan, Dewan Komisaris didukung oleh organ penunjang seperti Sekretaris Dewan Komisaris, Komite Audit, Komite Risiko Usaha dan Good Corporate Governance.

Perusahaan juga memiliki Badan Pertimbangan Kepegawaian (BPK) dan Panitia Pembinaan dan Pemeriksaan Pelanggaran Disiplin Pegawai (P4DP) yang berfungsi untuk melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap pelanggaran disiplin human capital Perusahaan. Perseroan melindungi dan menjamin kerahasiaan pelapor.

Secara umum Fungsi Manajemen Risiko Kantor Pusat bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan dan melakukan tindak lanjut terhadap laporan manajemen risiko, melakukan pemantauan profil risiko Perseroan termasuk rencana penanganannya, memberikan rekomendasi kepada Risk Management Committee, mengevaluasi kebijakan strategis, memantau pelaksanaan manajemen risiko, serta bersama-sama dengan pengelola risiko di lingkungan Kantor Pusat untuk melaksanakan proses Manajemen Risiko.

Kinerja ekonomi merupakan salah satu aspek yang material bagi Angkasa Pura Airports karena digunakan sebagai landasan untuk melaksanakan seluruh kegiatan usaha. Direktur Keuangan bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi dan mengelola kegiatan operasional dalam rangka menghasilkan kinerja ekonomi yang sehat. Pengelolaan ini dipantau dan diawasi oleh seorang Dewan Komisaris. Kinerja ekonomi Angkasa Pura Airports disusun berdasarkan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan yaitu PSAK dan IFRS, serta Peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia seperti POJK, BAPEPEAM, dan IDX. Pada tahun 2015, Kinerja Keuangan Angkasa Pura Airports di audit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik Hadori Sugiarto Adi dan Rekan dengan mendapat opini wajar.

The economic value generated during 2015 amounted Rp5,249.63 billion, an increase compared to 2014 which amounted Rp4,583.54 billion. Moreover, the economic value distributed for 2015 also increased compared to the previous year. Increased growth in economic value distributed and increasing revenues, indirectly also enjoyed by the society as stakeholders. Through operational and sinking fund profits, the Company may execute the Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL), as well as conducting corporate social responsibility or CSR.

Indirectly Economic Impact (G4-EC8)
Dampak ekonomi tidak langsung diupayakan oleh Perseroan melalui Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL). Program Kemitraan yang diberikan Angkasa Pura Airports bersifat non komersial. Mekanisme penyalurannya dilakukan berdasarkan evaluasi atas persyaratan dan angsuran yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan usaha, serta kebutuhan pembinaan yang diperlukan oleh para usaha kecil.
Indirect economic impacts pursued by the Company through the Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL). Partnership Program provided by Angkasa Pura Airports is non commercial. The delivery mechanism is based on an evaluation of the terms and installments are adjusted to the ability of businesses, as well as training needs required by small businesses.
Secara umum, efektivitas kinerja Program Kemitraan tahun 2015 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 46,03% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Selama tahun 2015, nilai penyaluran pinjaman kemitraan mencapai Rp30.778.500.000 kepada 823 Usaha Kecil dan Menengah. Sedangkan pada tahun 2014, nilai penyaluran pinjaman kemitraan hanya sebesar Rp21.077.000.000 kepada 633 Mitra Binaan. Adapun Usaha Kecil dan Menengah yang menerima pinjaman dana Program Kemitraan (yang selanjutnya disebut Mitra Binaan) dikelompokkan dalam 8 (delapan) sektor usaha, yaitu: 1. Industri; 2. Perdagangan; 3. Pertanian; 4. Peternakan; 5. Perkebunan; 6. Perikanan; 7. Jasa 8. sektor Lainnya.

Bantuan beasiswa untuk siswa siswi yang bersekolah disekitar wilayah kerja bandara yang telah dilaksanakan di berbagai Kantor Cabang.

Perhatian Perseroan terhadap peningkatan sarana dan prasara umum juga menjadi bagian dari kegiatan–kegiatan dalam Program Bina Lingkungan. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka mendukung program Kementerian BUMN dalam membangun desa. Sampai dengan tahun 2015 bantuan untuk sektor ini adalah sebesar Rp25.201.404.936,-, sedangkan untuk tahun 2015 bantuan yang telah disalurkan adalah senilai Rp1.467.475.906,-. Bantuan program bina lingkungan bidang pengembangan sarana dan prasarana umum selama tahun 2015 antara lain berupa: 1. Pembangunan instlasi pipa air bersih di desa Hative Ambon, instalasi tersebut dibangun untuk menyalurkan air bersih langsung ke rumah warga sehingga memudahkan warga desa untuk mengambil air bersih tanpa harus mendatangi sumber air bersih yang jaraknya cukup jauh dari pemukiman warga; 2. Pembangunan Bale Gede Banjar Segara Kuta yang digunakan warga sebagai tempat pertemuan warga; 3. Dan pemberian bantuan 4 (empat) motor sampah untuk Desa Adat Tuban dan kelurahan Tuban masing – masing sebanyak 2 motor sampah.

Program pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada mitra binaan dilaksanakan bekerjasama baik dengan perguruan tinggi maupun lembaga lain yang memiliki kompetensi dalam hal mengembangkan ilmu kewirausahaan dan motivasi berwirausaha.

CONSERVATION PROGRAM
Disamping mendukung Program Pemerintah di Bidang Pelestarian Alam, PT Angkasa Pura I juga berkomitmen menjadikan lingkungan sekitar Bandara menjadi lebih hijau sejalan dengan misi Perseroan dalam mengembangkan bandara yang ramah lingkungan. Selain penghijauan di area sekitar Bandara dan dilingkungan masyarakat sekitar wilayah usaha, Perseroan juga berperan aktif dalam pelestarian alam di daerah-daerah penyangga lainnya serta menjadi koordinator BUMN Peduli Penghijauan untuk Wilayah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Sampai dengan tahun 2015, Perseroan telah berpartisipasi dalam bidang pelestarian alam dengan nilai total mencapai Rp4.436.411.209,-. Sedangkan selama tahun 2015 dana yang telah disalurkan untuk bidang ini adalah sebesar Rp177.560.000. Hal-hal yang telah dilaksanakan selama tahun 2015 adalah sebagai berikut.

Pemeliharaan tanaman BUMN Peduli di Nusa Tenggara Timur yang merupakan kelanjutan dari program penghijauan BUMN Peduli tahun 2012 yang dilaksanakan di 2 tempat yaitu di Kotamadya Kupang dan Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan, program ini bekerjasama dengan beberapa BUMN dan juga Perum Perhutani dimana dari awal pelaksanakan sampai dengan Oktober 2014 pekerjaan diserahkan kepada Perum Perhutani, namun pada bulan November tahun 2014 pekerjaan untuk pemeliharaan diserahkan ke PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Jenis tanaman yang ditanam adalah: • Kotamadya Kupang : Pohon Cendana, Jambu Mete dan Kemiri; • Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan : Pohon Cendana, Jambu Mete dan Kemiri. Pemeliharaan tanaman Taman Hutan Raya Sultan Adam Banjarmasin yang merupakan kelanjutan program penanaman pohon tahun 2014, sehingga pada tahun 2015 masih dibutuhkan dana untuk pemeliharaan dari tanaman tersebut; Penangkaran kupu-kupu di SMPN 3 biak yang bertujuan untuk program pembelajaran bagi siswa siswi di sekolah tersebut; Penanaman bibit pohon Sengon dan Pule sebanyak 11.000 bibit untuk desa bobung Yogyakarta.

Saat ini pengrajin batik kayu tidak hanya terpusat di Dusun Bobung saja, tetapi juga berkembang di dusun sekitarnya meliputi dusun Batur dan Gumawang. Sehingga wilayah pembinaan desa binaan saat ini menjadi Desa Putat dan sekitarnya.

Sebagian besar dari mereka yaitu sebanyak 46 gengrajin bergerak di bidang industri, yaitu batik kayu, namun terdapat beberapa MB yang berusaha di bidang jasa, peternakan, perikanan dan perdagangan. Total pinjaman kemitraan yang telah disalurkan mencapai Rp2.210.000.000,-.

Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan yang di lakukan oleh PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) meliputi pemberian pinjaman dengan jasa administrasi rendah sebesar 6% pertahun bagi masyarakat dengan usaha kecil. Program Bina Lingkungan yang telah dilakukan antara lain memberikan bantuan melalui program pembangunan sarana ibadah, sarana dan prasarana umum, peningkatan kesehatan, peningkatan pendidikan, pelestarian alam dan bantuan sosial bagi masyarakat 3 (tiga) desa lingkar Bandar Udara Internasional Lombok praya.

Pemberian bantuan bagi masyarakat lingkar bandara dalam pembangunan sarana ibadah antara lain pembangunan atau renovasi masjid dan mushola. Pemberian dana untuk sarana dan prasarana umum meliputi membangunan jembatan, pembangunan fasilitas umum bagi masyarakat sekitar dan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana desa. Pemberian bantuan dalam peningkatan kesehatan meliputi program puskesmas keliling, pembangunan poskesdes dan pembangunan STBM bagi masyarakat lingkar bandara. Pemberian bantuan dalam peningkatan pendidikan yaitu pemberian beasiswa bagi siswa kurang mampu. Pemberian bantuan sosial meliputi program pemberian sembako gratis bagi masyarakat kurang mampu saat mendekati hari raya.

DESA WUSA, WINETIN, PATOKAAN, KIMA BAJO (G4-SO1) Program BUMN Membangun Desa yang yang dilaksanakan oleh Bandara Sam Ratulangi Manado dimulai pada tahun 2011, dengan memfasilitasi 1 (satu) unit bangunan MCK yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) bilik mandi, dan 2 (dua) bilik kakus di wilayah Desa Kima Bajo, Kecamatan Wori, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara.
3. DESA WUSA, WINETIN, PATOKAAN, KIMA BAJO (G4-SO1) SOE Village Building Program which is implemented by the Sam Ratulangi Airport in Manado started in 2011, by facilitating the one (1) unit of toilet consisting of 2 (two) shower cubicle, and two (2) cubicle latrines in the village of Kima Bajo, District Wori, North Minahasa regency.
Pada saat itu pembangunan MCK di Desa Kima Bajo, Kecamatan Wori, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, didasarkan atas permohonan warga dengan pertimbangan bahwa wilayah Desa Kima Bajo merupakan daerah pesisir pantai, yang warganya banyak yang belum memiliki fasilitas jamban keluarga. Disamping itu wilayah udara Desa Kima Bajo pada saat itu merupakan jalur pesawat yang akan mendarat di Bandara Sam Ratulangi Manado. Tahun 2015, Bandara Sam Ratulangi Manado melanjutkan Program BUMN Membangun Desa, dengan memberikan bantuan sebagai berikut. 1. Desa Winetin, Fasilitas Posyandu berupa 5 (lima) meja pelayanan warga dan 50 (lima puluh) kursi warga untuk mendukung Program Pelayanan Kesehatan Keliling, serta 2 (dua) buah tenda sebagai tempat warga untuk menunggu pada saat kegiatan Posyandu dilaksanakan. 2. Desa Wusa, Fasilitas Posyandu berupa 5 (lima) meja pelayanan warga dan 50 (lima puluh) kursi warga untuk mendukung Program Pelayanan Kesehatan Keliling. Program BUMN Membangun Desa yang dilaksanakan Bandara Sam Ratulangi Manado, disamping Program Pembangunan Fisik dan Fasilitas seperti tersebut diatas, diberikan juga bantuan-bantuan untuk masing-masing Desa Binaan sebagai berikut. 1. Paket Ramadhan Karim, berupa paket bahan pokok gratis yang terdiri dari beras, minyak goreng dalam kemasan, gula pasir, dan bahan pelengkap lannya sejak tahun 2013 sampai dengan 2015; 2. Paket Berbagi Kasih, berupa paket bahan pokok gratis yang terdiri dari beras, minyak goreng dalam kemasan, gula pasir, dan bahan pelengkap lannya pada tahun 2013.

Sebagai salah satu desa binaan yang sudah digarap oleh PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) sejak tahun 2013 beragam program binaan sudah dilaksanakan di desa ini diantaranya, di bidang pendidikan, kesejahteraan sosial, dan sarana prasarana umum.

Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Salah satu bentuk komitmen dari PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Tahun 2015 bantuan yang telah diberikan antara lain untuk sektor sosial pengentasan kemiskinan berupa pembagian paket sembako Ramadhan Karim senilai Rp28.680.000,- serta bantuan sektor pendidikan berupa pembagian perlengkapan sekolah senilai Rp13.500.000,. Untuk rencana di tahun 2016 PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) berencana akan memberikan bantuan berupa penampungan air bagi warga dan pelayanan kesehatan keliling dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kualitas ekonomi dan sosial di Desa Baumata Utara.

Kebijakan terkait kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) tercantum dalam Keputusan Direksi Nomor: KEP.143/KP.10.43/2012 tanggal 13 Desember 2012 tentang Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero).

PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN UNTUK PEKERJA (G4-LA10)
Development Program for Employees (G4-LA10)
Sebagai program pengembangan karyawan, Angkasa Pura Airports melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan pelatihan. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kebututuhan karyawan dan pengembangan bisnis Perseroan. Seluruh karyawan dalam level organisasi memiliki kesempatan yang sama dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan karyawan. Di tahun 2015, anggaran biaya diklat personil Perseroan naik 61,67% atau mencapai sekitar Rp44,77 miliar dibanding tahun 2014 yang mencapai Rp27,69 miliar. Jumlah karyawan yang mengikuti pelatihan pada tahun 2015 mengalami peningkatan dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Program pelatihan yang dilaksanakan juga sangat beragam mengikuti kebutuhan unit-unit terkait di Perseroan. Selama tahun 2015, program diklat yang dilaksanakan Perseroan mencakup 218 jenis program.

In 2015, the budget cost of training of personnel of the Company rose 61.67% or approximately Rp44.77 billion compared to 2014, which reached Rp27.69 billion. The number of employees who attend training in 2015 increased compared to the previous year. Training programs were conducted also very diverse follow requirements related units in the Company. During 2015, the Company implemented training program that includes 218 types of programs.

Perseroan menerapkan Performance Management System (PMS) berdasarkan Keputusan Direksi No. KEP 70/OM. 02.05/2013 tanggal 1 Juli 2013. Performance Management System (PMS) adalah sistem pengelolaan kinerja individu dalam jangka waktu tertentu sebagai upaya memastikan agar unit kerja dan individu dapat bekerjasama secara optimal dalam pencapaian target Perseroan melalui perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan evaluasi kinerja karyawan. Performance Management System (PMS) dilaksanakan setiap 6 (enam) bulan sekali atau per semester.
The Company has been implemented Performance Management System (PMS) by Decree No. KEP 70/OM. 02:05/2013 dated July 1, 2013. Performance Management System (PMS) is a system of management of individual performance in a given period of time in an effort to ensure that work units and individuals can work together optimally in the achievement of the Company through planning, organizing and evaluating employee performance. Performance Management System (PMS) is conducted every six (6) months or once per semester.
Seluruh karyawan (100%) baik laki-laki maupun perempuan telah menerima hasil penilaian kinerja. Banyaknya karyawan laki-laki yang telah menerima penilaian kinerja sebanyak 2.424 orang dan karyawan perempuan sebanyak 711 orang.

Dalam mencegah terjadinya kecurangan (fraud) Perseroan menerapkan Sistem Pengendalian Internal yang merupakan aspek penting dalam manajemen Perusahaan yang sehat dan aman. Sistem Pengendalian Internal meliputi pengendalian keuangan dan operasional. Pengendalian keuangan merupakan upaya yang dilakukan agar investasi, alokasi biaya, dan perolehan laba berjalan sesuai dengan rencana Perseroan. Sedangkan pengendalian Operasional adalah proses penempatan agar kegiatan operasional dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien.
In preventing fraud, The Company adopts the Internal Control System which is an important aspect in the management of the sound Company. Internal Control Systems include the financial and operational control. Financial control is the effort made to keep investment, cost allocation, and profit of the Company’s achievement according to plan. While Operational control is the process to assure that operational activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Angkasa Pura Airports memiliki Unit Audit Internal yang berfungsi membantu President Director dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan terhadap efektifitas sistem pengendalian internal dan pelaksanaan GCG di Perseroan. Unit Internal Audit bertanggung jawab langsung kepada President Director.

Konsumsi energi terbesar di dalam perusahaan yaitu listrik, yang digunakan untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional Angkasa Pura Airport. Konsumsi Energi listrik Angkasa Pura Airports selama tahun 2015 tercatat sebesar Rp278,86 miliar. Saat ini, Perseroan belum dapat menyajikan konsumsi energi listrik dalam satuan kilowatt per jam, dikarenakan keterbatasan data. Namun demikian, upaya untuk melakukan efisien tetap dilaksanakan oleh Perseroan. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan diantaranya, mematikan aliran listrik usai jam kerja, dan memberikan himbauan kepada pekerja untuk mematikan peralatan usai digunakan. (G4-EN3, G4-EN6)

Angkasa Pura Airports sebagai salah satu pengelola bandar udara di Indonesia telah membentuk Kebijakan Keselamatan Bandar Udara untuk diterapkan di seluruh bandar udara di bawah pengawasan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Pembentukan dan persiapan kebijakan keselamatan bandar udara telah memenuhi peraturan-peraturan nasional dan standar-standar internasional. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memastikan kepada pengguna jasa bandar udara tentang penyediaan pelayanan keselamatan dengan kualitas tertinggi di setiap bandar udara.
Angkasa Pura Airports, as one of the operators of airports in Indonesia, has established the Airport Safety Policy to be implemented in all airports under the supervision of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Formation and preparation of aerodrome safety policies in compliance with the national laws and international standards. It aims to ensure the airport service users about the provision of safety services with the highest quality in every airport.

Mengembangkan standar Keselamatan Bandar Udara dan Manajemen yang sejalan dengan perkembangan industri perhubungan udara sesuai dengan standar dan rekomendasi ICAO. b. Mendorong semua staf di bandar udara untuk menyadari akan tanggung jawab dan akuntabilitas mereka sehubungan dengan segala kegiatan Keselamatan Bandar Udara dan bekerjasama penuh untuk hal terkait dengan keselamatan.

c. Memastikan seluruh Pejabat memiliki tugas untuk mengawasi pelaksanaan Keselamatan Bandar Udara agar sesuai dengan peraturan dan standar keselamatan yang berlaku. d. Mempromosikan budaya keselamatan guna mendorong semua pihak yang terkait agar selalu memenuhi peraturan dan standar Keselamatan Bandar Udara dan juga menerapkannya ke dalam budaya perusahaan. f. Mengawasi dan mengevaluasi secara konsisten seluruh kebijakan agar dapat diterapkan dan berkembang secara berkelanjutan.

Survei Needs and Wants Customer Telah dilakukan survei Needs and Wants Customer di 5 (lima bandara) PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) dengan realisasi pelaksanaan sebagai berikut. a. 1. Survey of Customer Needs and Wants Has conducted a survey on Customer Needs and Wants of 5 (five airports) PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) with the following realization: a. Syamsuddin Noor Airport - BDJ: 21-23 December 2015. b. Adisutjipto Airport- JOG: 21-23 December 2015. c. Sultan Hasanuddin Airports - UPG: 21-23 December 2015. d. Lombok International Airport - LOP: 28-30 December 2015. e. Ahmad Yani Airport - SRG: 29-31 December 2015.
2. Survei tingkat pelayanan CIP Lounge a. Telah dilaksanakan rangkaian program dengan mitrakerja CIP Lounge yang diantaranya: Aspiration and Sharing Knowledge di Jakarta pada tanggal 14 – 15 Desember 2015. b. Akan dilaksanakan benchmark pola bisnis CIP Lounge oleh PT AP Solusi (Anak Perusahaan PT Angkasa Pura II – Persero) pada Januari 2016 yang akan dilanjutkan benchmark ke Bandara Kualanamu Medan. c. A series of programs have been implemented with CIP Lounge partners, which include: Aspiration and Sharing Knowledge in Jakarta on 14 to 15 December 2015. b. Will be held benchmark business patterns CIP Lounge by PT AP Solutions (Subsidiary PT Angkasa Pura II - Limited) in January 2016, which will be followed benchmark to Kualanamu Medan. c.
