Waar staan we met zijn allen Bedrijven en organisaties moeten zich verstaanbaar maken in een kakofonie van merk/product uitingen en aanbiedingen. Daarbij wordt gebruik gemaakt van steeds meer kanalen, die direct klantcontact mogelijk moeten maken. Nieuwe kanalen komen, de oude kunnen niet overboord gezet worden.
