Peserta Lelang 2.1. Badan usaha yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT). 2.2. Penyedia Barang yang dibuktikan dengan Surat lzin Usaha dengan kualifikasi Menengah/Besar untuk bidang usaha pengadaan barang elektrical/mechanicalyang masih berlaku. 2.3. Memiliki kemampuan dan pengalaman sebagai Pelaksana Pengadaan Barang dalam pekerjaan sejenis (Pengadaan Circuit Breaker) yang dibuktikan dengan memiliki pengalaman paling sedikit 1 (satu) kali menyediakan barang/jasa sejenis, dalam kurun waktu selama 4 (empat) tahun terakhir, termasuk pengalaman Sub Kontrak dengan hasil baik, kecuali untuk Penyedia yang baru berdiri kurang dari 3 (tiga) tahun tidak diwajibkan memiliki pengalaman. 2.4. Penyedia Barang/Jasa tidak sedang menjalani sanksi Blacklist di lingkungan PT PLN (Persero) Group.

Pendaftaran dan Pengambilan Dokumen Pengadaan dapat diwakilkan dengan membawa surat tugas daridirektur utama/pimpinan perusahaan/kepala cabang dan kartu pengenal perusahaan.
5. Seseorang
dilarang mewakili lebih dari 1 (satu) perusahaan dalam mendaftar dan mengambil Dokumen
Pengadaan.
6.
Penyedia yang mendaftar untuk ikut pelelangan namun tidak memasukkan Dokumen Penawaran tanpa alasan yang profesional akan dikenakan sanksi Blacklist selama 6 (enam) bulan.
Pengumuman ini bukan merupakan ikatan yang mengakibatkan kewajiban finansial kepada PT. PJB.
