PRODUCTION PROCESS

BLOWING Merupakan proses pertama dalam pembuatan benang, gumpalan-gumpalan serat dibuka dan terjadi pemisahan dalam serat. Untuk pembuatan benang TR, pada proses ini juga terjadi pencampuran antara serat polyester dengan serat rayon. Blowing is the first step in yarn production processes. It is followed with fiber clump opening and separation. In TR yarn production this process involves a mixing between polyester fiber and rayon one.

DRAWING BREAKER

ROVING

Sliver carding diubah menjadi sliver drawing breaker, di mana terjadi proses perangkapan dan penyejajaran serat. Besarnya perbandingan antara berat dengan panjang sliver drawing breaker ini akan berpengaruh pada nomer benang yang dihasilkan.

Bentuk sliver diubah menjadi memanjang dan lebih kecil, dinamakan roving yang kemudian digulung dalam bobbin roving. Roving serat akan mengalami pensejajaran dan peregangan kembali. Adapun besarnya perbandingan antara berat dan panjang roving akan berpengaruh pada nomer benang yang dihasilkan.

The silver carding is then transformed into silver drawing breaker where the fibers are doubled and aligned. The ratio between the weight and length of the silver drawing breaker will affect the amount of yarns yielded.

The silver is converted into narrow and elongated shape called roving and then rolled in roving bobbin. The roving fibers will be aligned and re-stretched. The ratio between the weight and the length of the roving will affect the amount of the yarn produced.

CARDING

DRAWING FINISHER

Gumpalan serat yang telah dibuka diubah menjadi bentuk memanjang yang disebut sliver carding. Dalam proses ini pertama kalinya terjadi pelurusan, perenggangan serat, serta terjadi pemisahan serat pendek dengan serat panjang. Tujuan pemisahan tersebut untuk menjaga agar benang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Drawing Finisher memiliki fungsi yang sama dengan drawing breaker. Hasil dari mesin drawing finisher disebut sliver drawing finisher, serat-serat yang ada di dalamnya lebih lurus serta lebih rata berat maupun campurannya (T/R)

The opened fiber clumps are then modified into an elongated shape called silver carding. In this process, the fibers are straightened and stretched. Next, the long fibers are separated from the short ones in order to assure the generation of required quality of yarns.

The drawing finisher functions similarly as the drawing breaker doe and yields straighter fibers with more uniform weight and composition.


WINDING

TFO (TWO FOR ONE TWISTER)

Mesin ini berfungsi untuk memindahkan gulungan benang dari cop ke cone sekaligus menghilangkan bagian-bagian benang yang terlalu tebal atau terlalu tipis dalam panjang/berat tertentu dalam cone (bisa berupa paper cone atau plastic cone) untuk kemudian siap dikemas atau masuk ke proses selanjutnya. This machine transfers the spinning bobbins called cops on to larger packages called cones and serves to catch thick places or slubs in certain length/weight of cones (either in paper cones or plastic ones) before they are further packed or processed.

Benang dari mesin doubling diberi antihan/twist dan gulungannya dipindahkan kembali ke cone (bisa berupa paper cone atau plastic cone) untuk kemudian siap dikemas. The yarn twists and rolls are transferred on to the cones (either paper cones or plastic ones) and ready to be packed.

Untuk menjadi benang, roving mengalami proses perenggangan, pemberian antihan/twist, dan penggulungan. Benang yang dihasilkan lalu digulung pada cop yang dibedakan warnanya untuk menghindari kekeliruan pada proses selanjutnya. Untuk menghindari berhentinya mesin dalam waktu yang cukup lama, pada mesin ini biasanya ada beberapa petugas yang ditugaskan mengambil hasil proses (doffing)

Proses doubling berfungsi untuk merangkap benang dari benang single menjadi benang double, dan gulungannya dipindah ke bobbin silinder dengan ukuran yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan.

Proses pengepakan benang ke dalam karung atau dus, baik benang single yang dihasilkan dari mesin winding, atau benang double yang dihasilkan dari mesin TFO. Pada proses ini, benang harus benar-benar dipisahkan menurut jenis nomornya agar terhindar dari komplain konsumen.

During the transformation process into yarn, the roving is stretched and twisted and rolled. The resulted yarn is then rolled on cops in proper colors in order to prevent any possible errors in further processes. To anticipate pretty long stoppage of the machines, some personnel are assigned to pick the results of the process (doffing).

The doubling process binds single yarn into double one and transfers the resulted rolls on to bobbin cylinders in pre-set sizes.

The yarns, either single yarns resulted from the winding machines or the double ones resulted from the TFO machines, are packed into sacks or boxes. In this process, each of the yarns is to be separated strictly based on its proper size number in order to prevent any possible complaints from customers.

VALUES ON ROLLS Product Range Hasil produksi PT Pisma Putra Textile berupa benang Polyester 100%, Rayon 100% dan benang T/R yang merupakan campuran serat Polyester/Rayon dan Tetoron dengan komposisi produk: 26% dipakai sendiri, 37% untuk pasar ekspor, dan 37% untuk pasar lokal. Dan benang yang dihasilkan dapat berupa benang single dan benang double. Adapun jenis benang tersebut antara lain : PT Pisma Putra Textile produces 100% Polyester, 100% Rayon and T/R yarn. The later is a mix of polyester fiber, rayon fiber and Tetoron. The composition of the product markets are 26% for internal usage, 37% for export and the rest 37% for domestic market. CUTTING

Proses pertama adalah membuat desain sesuai dengan permintaan pelanggan.

Melakukan cutting manual dan bordir (jika ada).

The first step in the production process is preparing designs based on customer’s order.

The third step is to cut patterns manually and embroider them (if necessary). SEWING Proses penjahitan sesuai dengan pola yang telah ditentukan. The fifth step is to properly sew the pre-set patterns.

NUMBERING Menentukan kapasitas jumlah produksi sesuai pesanan. The fourth step is setting the number of product units based on work order. CAD/DESIGN Membuat pola, printing, dan cutting berdasarkan sketsa dari pelanggan. The second step is to prepare, printing and cutting patterns based on customer’s sketch.

Proses finishing meliputi: trimming, press machine, pasang kancing, folding, dan needle detector.

Sebelum barang dikirim, dilakukan final inspection untuk memastikan tidak ada barang yang cacat produksi.

Next, the finishing process includes, trimming machine pressing, button pairing, folding and needle detecting.

At last, the products are subject to final inspection to assure that there is no defect product.
