ABSTRAK Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Pekanbaru merupakan suatu instansi pemerintahan yang bergerak dalam meningkatkan prekonomian masyarakat Pekanbaru. Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Pekanbaru belum menggunakan sistem informasi untuk mendukung proses pendaftaran dan promosi. Salah satu upaya untuk untuk mendukung proses pelayanan pada Dinas Koperasi dan UKM adalah dengan menerapkan sistem informasi UKM berbasis website. Melalui sistem informasi UKM berbasis website ini dapat meningkatkan pelayanan Dinas dalam proses pendaftaran serta promosi terhadap UKM dan masyarakat yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual, sehingga pelayanan serta informasi menjadi lambat sampai ke UKM serta masyarakat. Sistem informasi UKM berbasis web yang terdiri dari berbagai modul aplikasi yang berfungsi untuk membantu Dinas Koperasi dan UKM dalam memberikan informasi dan memberikan layanan yang lebih baik. Dalam sistem ini terdapat modul pendaftaran sebagai anggota baru, modul promosi yang dapat memperluas jangkaan pasar UKM, modul berita yang berfungsi sebagai informasi tentang kegiatan serta perkembangan UKM, modul kategori produk untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam mencari produk UKM Kata kunci: Dinas Koperasi dan UKM, Sistem Informasi UKM, Web

ABSTRACT Co-operation department and UKM of Pekanbaru City is a Government istance that is movement in improving the economy of society in Pekanbaru. Co-operationt and UKM of Pekanbaru City has not used information system yet for supporting the process of registration and promotin. One of offorts to support service process at Co-operation Department and UKM is by applying web base information system. Through this system can improve the service of Department in registration process, and the promotion to ward UKM and society which has done manual, so that service and information become late to the like UKM’s society. Web base information system consists of some application modul which have function to help Co-operation and UKM in giving better information and service. In this system has registration modul as new member, promotion modul which can reach UKM market larger, new modul which has function as information about activities and UKM’s development, product category modul for giving easy to the society in looking for the UKM’s product.
