One Central location. Including Battery Isolation, Emergency Stop, Starter Motor Isolation and Any other emergency function such as Fire Suppression Activation or Pressure Release Systems.

Starter Motor Isolation refers to the isolation of the machine starting circuit only. This provides power to the machines electrical systems to enable the live testing of electrical circuits and systems. This form of isolation is used during scheduled or any other services.

Emergency Stop refers to instant shutdown of an operating machine in an emergency situation such as fire, rollover, collision where the operator of the machine may be incapacitated or unaware of a developing emergency situation.

Battery Isolation refers to compelete isolation of all power from the batteries to the electrical systems on the machine. This isolation is generally required during maintenance services such as welding, major component replacement and or major component repairs.

EIS can be configured to comply with all national and or internasional safety protocols and procedures all. Harnesses are routed with fully sealed glands and harness protection, deutsch connectors, chassis clamps and electrical anti corrosion grease.

This Alternating Operation both extends the life of the Air Conditioning System Components by reducing each systems total operating hours and ensures that correct regular lubrication of the system components is conducted.

Speed Limit Protection System

The Intellex Speed Limit Protection System is an additional system that can be applied to the mobile unit with a maximum speed that can be adjusted in accordance with the request of the customer . The main function is to limit the speed and maintain maximum speed on the unit. Speed limit works when a speed sensor is already reading the maximum limit (ex. 5 km/h) by means of the sensor provides a signal to the solenoid cut off to reduce the supply of fuel to the injection pump so that the rotation rpm will drop in the idle position . Speed limits will also provide an alarm/ warning at a predetermined maximum speed .
