PT DAHANA (Persero) atau “DAHANA” adalah badan usaha milik negara terdepan yang melayani kebutuhan negara dan komersial dalam bidang bahan berenergi tinggi baik di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri khususnya di ASEAN.

Sejarah DAHANA sebagai pionir di industri ini berawal dari proyek yang dipelopori oleh Angkatan Udara Republik Indonesia (AURI) pada tahun 1966 yang dikenal dengan Proyek Menang, berlokasi di Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat.
DAHANA history as a pioneer in this industry is originated from a project that was spearheaded by the Indonesian Air Force (AURI) in 1966 that was known as Winning Project, located in Tasikmalaya, West Java.
Kemudian, pada tahun 1973 secara resmi berubah menjadi Perusahaan Umum DAHANA berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 36/1973. Terakhir, ditetapkan sebagai Perusahaan Perseroan pada tahun 1991.
Then, in 1973 it was officially changed into Public Company DAHANA based on Government Regulation no. 36/1973. Finally, it was set up as a Limited Liability Company in 1991.
Sejak berdiri sampai tahun 2012, DAHANA telah teruji dan terbukti mampu menyediakan jasa peledakan menyeluruh untuk berbagai kebutuhan dan kondisi secara memuaskan, termasuk bench blasting, trench blasting dan underwater blasting yang cukup kompleks. DAHANA mampu menangani proses peledakan secara menyeluruh mulai dari perancangan, kalkulasi, persiapan drill hole, konfigurasi peledakan, penyediaan bahan peledak, pelaksanaan peledakan, hingga pengamanan operasional. Inovasi menjadi kata inti DAHANA untuk terus berkembang baik dari segi inovasi produk maupun proses manajemen yang menjadi pendukung. DAHANA telah berhasil mendirikan Pabrik DANFO,

Since its establishment until this 2012, DAHANA has been tested and proven able to provide a thorough blasting services for various needs and conditions satisfactionally, including bench blasting, trench blasting and underwater blasting that is quite complex. DAHANA is able to handle the whole process of blasting from design, calculations, preparation of drill hole, blasting configuration, providing explosives, blasting implementation, to operational security. Innovation is the main word of DAHANA to continue growing both well in terms of product innovation and management process as supports. DAHANA has been successful in establishing the DANFO Factory, Bulk Emulsion Factory, On-site Plant,

Commercial explosives manufactured by DAHANA have specifications that have been customized for each market segment of the user so that the operation quality and easiness can be reliable. DAHANA products have prime quality and are locally produced so it gives advantages in shortening the time of procurement with the more competitive prices. In addition to the production at our manufacturing facility in Subang and Tasikmalaya, DAHANA also provides production facilities directly in the operational area of our clients by using the On-Site Plant (OSP) technology. 1966 Proyek dinamit berbasis NG dengan lisensi dari Hispano-Suizza oleh TNI-AU (Proyek Menang) di Tasikmalaya. The development of dynamite factory based on the NG with a license from Hispano-Suizza by TNI-AU (Winning the Project) in Tasikmalaya.

Tahun 2012 pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia sangat baik, bahkan menjadi salah satu yang terbaik di dunia diangka 5,3%. Demikian juga 2013 mendatang, pertumbuhan ekonomi ini bahkan diprediksi berlanjut dengan kecenderungan semakin baik yakni di kisaran 5,6-6%. Hal ini sungguh menjadi momentum yang menguntungkan yang harus bisa ditangkap menjadi peluang untuk bertumbuh bagi perusahaan.
Indonesia’s economic growth in 2012 is very good; even it is one of the best in the world with the growth of 5.3%. Similarly, in 2013, economic growth is going to be predicted to continue with the trend that is even better in the range of 5.6 to 6%. Kesemua teknologi dan fasilitas tersebut membutuhkan orang-orang yang mumpuni di bidangnya masing-masing sehingga dapat memuaskan pelanggan dalam berbagai aspek termasuk keamanan (safety) yang menjadi prioritas. Dengan kinerja Direksi DAHANA yang cukup baik pada tahun 2012 ini, Dewan Komisaris menyampaikan penghargaan dan apresiasi kepada Direksi dan seluruh karyawan untuk kerja keras dan dedikasinya. With a pretty good Dahana Directors performance in this 2012, the Board of Commissioners expressed gratitude and appreciation to the Board and all employees for their hard work and dedication. yang terdiri dari: redefinisi usaha menjadi service provider, perluasan pasar untuk produk-produk jasa drilling & blasting, aliansi strategis dengan pemasok dan atau pelanggan, serta diversifikasi usaha dalam lingkup kompetensi inti. Setelah tahapan “turn-around” tersebut, sejak tahun 2006 perusahaan memasuki tahap pertumbuhan yang cukup menggembirakan. Seiring dengan amanat Pemerintah untuk menguatkan industri Pertahanan dan Keamanan Nasional, DAHANA mengambil peran dengan menambah fokus bisnis pada penyediaan kebutuhan bahan peledak militer. Sehingga, saat ini DAHANA mulai melayani kepentingan negara dengan lebih baik (serving the nation better). Pencapaian 2012 Alhamdulillah, DAHANA mencatat peningkatan pendapatan sebesar 27,48% pada tahun 2012, walaupun masih banyak proyek-proyek yang belum tuntas. Transformasi DAHANA kami yakini akan menjadi sumber pertumbuhan di masa yang akan datang meskipun dalam jangka pendek menyebabkan tertekannya laba usaha. Sektor pertambangan terutama batubara melambat pertumbuhannya. Demikian juga kegiatan eksplorasi di sektor migas. Menurunnya aktivitas sektor batubara domestik karena China dan India menurunkan permintaannya. Sedangkan menurunnya kegiatan migas akibat tidak ada insentif untuk sektor migas sehingga menyebabkan berkurangnya kegiatan eksplorasi dan hanya mengandalkan pada eksploitasi pada sumur yang ada. Kemajuan DAHANA dalam menjalani proses transformasinya selama ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari dukungan dan kerja keras seluruh karyawan, dan ini tentunya menjadi modal yang sangat berarti bagi perusahaan yang kita cintai ini untuk semakin dapat bersaing menghadapi perkembangan era global. Especially in coal mining sector, its growth is slowed. Similarly, the exploration activities in the natural oil and gas sector are also slowed. The decreasing in domestic coal sector activity is caused by the lower demand in China and India. While the decreasing in natural oil and gas activities is caused by there is no incentive for the natural oil and gas sector so it leads to the reduced exploration activities and only rely on the exploitation of the existing wells. DAHANA progress in undergoing the process of transformation during this time, can not be released from the support and hard work of all employees, and it is certainly a very significant capital for companies that we love to be able to compete to face of the developed global era. Tingkat pengangguran dan tindakan kriminalitas pun meningkat. Surat Keputusan Bersama 4 Menteri mengenai UMR memunculkan berbagai gejolak di masyarakat, terutama kaum pekerja. Demonstrasi-demonstrasi ramai dilakukan karena adanya ketidakpuasan ataupun aspirasi yang tidak ditanggapi. Pembangunan infrastruktur dan sarana umum oleh pemerintah terus digalakkan meskipun hasilnya masih dinilai kurang. Masyarakat semakin menuntut dan pintar dalam memilih dan semakin peduli terhadap dampak dari pemanasan global. Faktor keselamatan (safety) dalam segala hal bahkan sempat menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam setiap kegiatan.

In the social aspect, natural disasters remains a frightening specter for the people. Public health level is still low. The evoking global crisis causes many people lost their jobs for the termination. Many UKM industries are out business. The levels of poverty have been declining significantly. The level of unemployment and the crime action are increased. Joint Decree of 4 Ministries on the minimum wage led to upheavals in society, especially the workers. Crowded demonstrations are conducted because of the dissatisfaction or aspirations that are not addressed. The development of infrastructure and public facilities by the government continue to be encouraged even though the result is still considered less. The public is increasingly demanding and smart in choosing and increasingly concerned about the impact of global warming. Factor of safety (safety) in all respects even had time to be a primary consideration in all activities. Technology Globalization has made the world getting narrower and without limits. The current information looks flowing profusely from around the world. With the internet facility, the information in other places can be known only in minutes even today the information can be run in real time. It is certainly beneficial for the company that runs its operations spread in remote areas, because the information flow can run smoothly. PENGEMBANGAN FASILITAS PRODUKSI DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTION FACILITIES Sebelum menutup pabrik bahan peledak NG-based, DAHANA membangun Pabrik Cartridge Emulsion di Tasikmalaya pada 1991, yang dilanjutkan dengan Pabrik Shaped Charges empat tahun kemudian (1995). Beberapa tahun kemudian DAHANA melanjutkan pengembangan dengan pembangunan pabrik DANFO masih di Tasikmalaya. Sesuai dengan perkembangan situasi usaha dan tingkat persaingan yang semakin terbuka pasca reformasi 1998, maka dalam rangka memberikan layanan yang lebih baik dan lengkap kepada pelanggannya, DAHANA melakukan redefinisi usaha dan mengembangkan usaha termasuk memperkuat produksinya dengan berbagai pembangunan pabrik yang bersifat strategis.
Before closing the explosive factories based on NG, DAHANA build Cartridge Emulsion Factory in Tasikmalaya in 1991, followed by Shaped Charges Factory four years later (1995). Several years later DAHANA proceed with the development of the DANFO factory still in Tasikmalaya. In accordance with the development of the business situation and the level of competition that is open after the 1998 reformation, in order to provide better and complete service to its customers, DAHANA do the business redefinition and business development, including strengthening its production with the development of various strategic factories.

Produk yang dihasilkan dari pabrik ini antara lain, Plain Detonator, Instaneous Detonator, dan Non Seismic Detonator. Seiring dengan perkembangannya saat ini Pabrik Eldeto telah mengembangkan Seismic Electric Detonator. Hingga kini berbagai inovasi telah lahir dari pabrik ini, antara lain pengembangan “Squib” untuk roket Lapan, detonator granat untuk Pindad, serta adanya upaya peningkatan produksi yang berkesinambungan.
Products produced from this factory including, Plain Detonator, Instaneous Detonator, and Non-Seismic Detonator. Along with the current developments, Eldeto factory has developed Seismic Electric Detonator. Until now, various innovations have been born from this factory, such as the development of “Squib” for Lapan rocket, grenade detonator for PINDAD, as well as the ongoing efforts to increase production.
2. Gudang Berikat (2007) | Bonded Warehouse (2007)
DAHANA juga memberikan pelayanan berupa jasa drilling & blasting, dan jasa terkait lainnya diantaranya jasa pergudangan. Kini, setelah melakukan usaha dan kerja keras DAHANA telah mendapatkan ijin sebagai Penyelenggara Gudang Berikat (PGB) dan merangkap Pengusaha Pada Gudang Berikat (PPBG) berdasarkan pada Keputusan Menteri Keuangan No. 376/KM4/2008 tanggal 19 Februari 2008. Gudang Berikat milik DAHANA berlokasi di Desa Sadawarna, Kecamatan Cibogo, Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat, dan memiliki luas 3.600m2 yang terdiri atas tiga buah gudang berikat masing-masing untuk bahan peledak Amonium Nitrat, detonator, dan asesories.

DAHANA Bonded warehouses are located in the Sadawarna village, Cibogo Sun-District, Subang regency, West Java, and has an area of 3.600m2 that consisting of three bonded warehouses each for ammonium nitrate explosives, detonators, and accessories.

Non-Electric Detonator (Nonel) merupakan salah satu accessories yang saat ini makin diminati oleh pertambangan-pertambangan besar seperti batubara, emas dan sebagainya, karena dapat mengurangi dampak peledakan yang berupa getaran pada lingkungan disekitarnya. Disamping

Seiring dengan relokasi pabrik ke Subang, DAHANA membangun Pabrik DANFO dan Bulk Emulsion di Subang, Jawa Barat. Pendirian pabrik baru dengan kapasitas lebih besar dari sebelumnya ini sebagai jawaban atas tantangan pasar yang terus meningkat, baik untuk konsumsi ANFO dan terutama untuk Emulsion yang saat ini memasuki tren pasar yang meningkat.

DAHANA bekerjasama dengan perusahaan nasional PT Black Bear Resources Indonesia (BBRI) dalam bentuk Joint Operation, pada tahun 2010 memulai pembangunan Pabrik Emulsion Grade Ammonium Nitrate yang berlokasi di Lhoktuan Bontang. Pembangunan pabrik EGAN didasari atas kondisi

Setelah menyelesaikan pembangunan Energetic Material Center (EMC ) yang terbentang di atas lahan seluas 600 Ha, pada 2012 DAHANA menyelesaikan pabrik terbaru yaitu BOOSTER & NITRATION plant. Booster Plant yang merupakan pabrik PERTAMA di Indonesia ini bertujuan untuk mensubstitusi impor handak sejenis untuk kegiatan di sektor pertambangan, baik di pertambangan umum, kuari maupun migas. Dengan kapasitas yang dapat dikembangkan sesuai permintaan pasar, maka diharapkan akan dapat dihemat devisa yang selama ini dihamburkan keluar negeri untuk mendukung sektor tersebut diatas. Booster yang diberi merk DAYAPRIME merupakan bahan peledak yang peka terhadap detonator yang digunakan sebagai primer untuk kegiatan peledakan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan tambang yang telah menggunakan produk emulsion. Seperti diketahui Dahana telah melakukan ekspansi usaha dengan produk emulsion yang diberi merk DABEX (Dahana Bulk Emulsion Explosives) yang diproduksi di On Site Plant (OSP) dan Mobile Mixing Unit (MMU) hasil rancang bangun dan rekayasa dan dipatenkan oleh para insinyur DAHANA.

Booster Plant which is the FIRST plant in Indonesia is intended to substitute import of explosives similar to activity in the mining sector, both in the mining, quarrying and oil and gas. With a capacity that can be developed according to the market demand, it is expected to save foreign exchange that has been dissipated to foreign country to support the above mentioned sectors. Booster that is given a brand of DAYAPRIME is sensitive explosives to detonator used as primers for the blasting activities by the mining companies that have used the product emulsion. As it is known, Dahana has expanded its bussines with the emulsion product branded as DABEX (Dahana Bulk Emulsion Explosives) which is produced in the On Site Plant (OSP) and Mobile Mixing Unit (MMU) results of design and engineering and patented by the Dahana engineers.

DAHANA CAMPUS is part of a project of PT DAHANA (Persero) Energetic Material Center (EMC) which includes as a center for research and development, production and warehousing of high-energy materials that are the most complete in ASEAN, both for commercial and defense needs.

RUPS can run its right in accordance with the article of association and regulations, but it can not intervene against the duties, functions and powers of the Board of Commissioners and Directors. Decisions that are taken in RUPS are based on the interests of the Company and has always been conducted in a fair and transparent to ensure the continuity of Company business in long term. The company upholds the principle of openness and transparency, and consistently ensure the disclosure of relevant information on time and accurately, in accordance with the legislation in force.

Hubungan Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris saling menghormati tugas, tanggung jawab dan wewenang masingmasing sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan dan anggaran dasar. Dewan Komisaris memperoleh akses atas informasi Perseroan secara tepat waktu dan lengkap. Masing-masing anggota Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi dapat melakukan hubungan kerja yang bersifat informal; namun tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum sebelum diputuskan melalui mekanisme yang sah sesuai dengan peraturan perundangundangan dan anggaran dasar Perseroan.
Relations between Directors and Board of Commissioners Directors and Board of Commissioners respect eac other on duties, responsibilities and authority in accordance with the regulations and article of association. The Board of Commissioners get the access on the Limited Company information on time and completely. Each member of the Board of Commissioners and Directors may conduct informal working relationships; however the do not have the force of law before it was decided through a legal mechanism in accordance with the laws and regulations and the articles of association of the Company.
Komite Audit Pembentukan Komite Audit merupakan komitmen Perseroan dalam melaksanakan prinsip keterbukaan dalam penerapan GCG seperti yang termuat di dalam keputusan Direksi No. Kep/069/X/2010 tentang Pedoman Penerapan Praktik Good Corporate Governance PT DAHANA (Persero). Komite Audit diangkat berdasarkan surat keputusan Dewan Komisaris No. Skep/01/Kom/ DHN/IV/2007 tanggal 2 April 2007, yang diikuti dengan penandatanganan Piagam Komite Audit pada tanggal 4 Juli 2007. Pembentukan Komite Audit mengacu pada Undang-Undang No. 19 tahun 2003 tentang BUMN pasal 70 yang menyebutkan bahwa Komisaris dan Dewan Pengawas BUMN wajib membentuk Komite Audit. Selain itu, Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2006 (yang merupakan perubahan dari Keputusan Menteri BUMN No. 103 tahun 2002, serta keputusan sebelumnya yaitu Keputusan Menteri Negara BUMN No. KEP-133/M-PBUMN) dan Keputusan Menteri BUMN No. KEP-117/MMBU/2002 tentang penerapan praktik Good Corporate Governance pada BUMN yang juga mengatur tentang Komite Audit.

Audit Committee Establishment of an Audit Committee of the Company’s commitment in implementing the principles of openness in the implementation of GCG as contained in the Board’s decision No. Kep/069/X/2010 on Guidelines for the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance Practices of PT DAHANA (Persero). The Audit Committee is appointed based on the decree of the Board of Commissioners No. Skep/01/Kom/DHN/IV/2007 April 2, 200t that was followed by the signing of the Charter of the Audit Committee on July 4, 2007. The establishment of Audit Committee refers to Law No.19 of 2003 on BUMN article 70 which states that the Commissioner and the Board of Supervisor of BUMN shall establish an Audit Committee. In addition, the State Owned Enterprises Minister regulation No. PER-05/ MBU/2006 (which is the change of State Owned Enterprises Ministerial Decree No. 103 of 2002, as well as the previous Decree of the Minister of State Owned Enterprises No. KEP-133/MPBUMN) and Decree No. SOE. KEP-117/MMBU/2002 on implementing of good corporate governance practices on BUMN that also regulates the Audit Committee.

Audit internal membantu pelaksanaan manajemen Perseroan yang baik dengan cara mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen risiko, pengendalian, dan proses tata kelola perusahaan.
Internal Audit helps the implementation of good Limited Company by evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and process of corporate governance.
Audit internal dilaksanakan oleh Satuan Pengawasan Internal yang melapor dan bertanggung jawab kepada Direktur Utama, dan juga melaporkan hasil pemeriksaannya kepada Dewan Komisaris.
Internal audit is conducted by the Internal Audit Unit that reports and is responsible to the Director, and also reported the results of its investigation to the Board of Commissioners.

Pedoman Perilaku terhadap Etika dan Hukum yang disahkan oleh Direksi pada tanggal 20 Januari 2011 berfungsi sebagai pedoman dasar dan standar etika bagi seluruh karyawan DAHANA dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan dalam melaksanakan semua kegiatan bisnis Perusahaan.
Code of conduct on Ethics and Law which was are authorized by the Board of Directors on January 20, 2011 serve as basic guidelines and ethical standards for all employees of DAHANA in completing the work and in carrying out all the business activities of the Company.

The DAHANA CSR activities focus on the development of UKM partnerships, education, health, and religious fields, as well as providing assistance in disaster stricken areas. These activities are managed effectively, focused and independently through the Partnership Program and Community Development (PKBL) by a special team that does not hold structural positions. PKBL program is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of State Owned Enterprises No.05/ MBU/2007 April 27, 2007 on BUMN Partnership Program with the Small Business and Social Responsibility Program.
Kegiatan-kegiatan ini dikelola secara efektif, terfokus dan mandiri melalui Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) oleh tim khusus yang tidak merangkap jabatan struktural. Program PKBL sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN No.05/MBU/2007 tanggal 27 April 2007 tentang Program Kemitraan BUMN dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial. Prosedur penyaluran atau pemberian bantuan PKBL mengacu pada peraturan yang ada yaitu Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN No. PER-05/ MBU/2007 dan Pedoman Operasional Unit PKBL PT DAHANA (Persero).
PKBL Aid providing and disbursement procedures refer to the existing regulations namely Minister of State Owned Enterprises regulation No. PER05/MBU/2007 and Unit Operational Guidelines of PT DAHANA (Persero) PKBL.
DAHANA juga memberikan bantuan pinjaman dana dan hibah untuk kegiatan usaha kecil dan koperasi sebagai modal kerja. Sedangkan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme mitra binaan, tim PKBL DAHANA juga menyediakan layanan konsultasi pengetahuan manajemen usaha dan membangun komunikasi yang harmonis dengan mitra-mitra binaan.

Community Development field that is selected by DAHANA is the Natural Disaster, Education & Training, Public Health, Infrastructure and Public Facilities, Religious Facilities, and Environmental Conservation. While the coverage area is limited to Tasikmalaya regency, Tasikmalaya City, Ciamis Regency and Subang Regency.
Tahun ini, total dana telah tersalur sebesar Rp. 564,52 juta untuk program Bina Lingkungan dengan alokasi terbesar untuk BUMN Peduli dan sarana ibadah.

DAHANA memberikan bantuan di bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam bentuk: • Beasiswa Bantuan beasiswa diberikan kepada p a r a pelajar berprestrasi dan tidak mampu dengan dilengkapi keterangan dari pihak sekolah, orang tua dan RT/RW setempat; • Fasilitas pendidikan dan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah (umum, pesantren, madrasah) berupa perbaikan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan serta usaha-usaha dalam proses penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan masyarakat; • Pelatihan kepada warga sekitar guna menambah keterampilan dan kompetensi masyarakat, seperti pelatihan mengemudi, kursus komputer, dan kursus membatik.
