Gifford Pinchot (1999): Intrapreneurship (intra-corporate entrepreneurship) adalah proses mengambil tanggungjawab untuk menciptakan inovasi dalam berbagai hal di dalam suatu organisasi, serta menunjukkan bagaimana mengubah suatu ide ke dalam profit yang nyata.
