Selama 5 tahun terakhir, OpenGov secara konsisten telah mengumpulkan 150 sampai 200 orang pengambil keputusan dari Indonesia dan pemerintahan pad a pertemuan internasional yang membahasan isu-isu tentang Smart, Safer and Future Cities 3. "Indonesia OpenGov Leadership Forum 2016" dijadwalkan pada tanggal 25 Februari 2016 bertempat di JW Marriott, Jakarta. Dengan menghadirkan pembicara dari internasional yang akan berbagi pengalaman dengan para peserta. 4. OpenGov mengharapkan kehadiran Bapak Gubernur sebagai Keynote Speaker untuk menyampaikan mengenai arah dan pandangan kota Jakarta pad a tahun 2016 sebagai salah satu kota terbesar di ASEAN. 5. Berkaitan dengan undangan tersebut, sebelum terselenggaranya "Indonesia OpenGov Leadership Forum 2016" pihak OpenGov meminta kesediaan Bapak Gubernur untuk dapat berdiskusi melalui telepon atau bertemu langsung dengan menyesuaikan jadwal Bapak Gubernur. PetaJakarta.org adalah sebuah proyek penelitian terapan yang dipimpin oleh Fasilitas Infrastruktur SMART, bekerjasama dengan BPBO OKI Jakarta dan Twitter Inc. PetaJakarta.org memanfaatkan kekuatan media sosial dengan mengumpulkan, memilah, dan menyajikan informasi terkait banjir untuk warga Jakarta secara real time. Platform ini menggunakan perangkat lunak open source bernama CogniCity, sebuah kerangka Pengetahuan GeoSosial, yang memungkinkan pengumpulan dan penyebaran oleh anggota masyarakat melalui perangkat seluler bergeolokasi. Kami dengan ini memohon akses untuk menggunakan data terkait banjir milik Smart City Jakarta. Sebaliknya, data PetaJakarata.org dalam bentuk data poin juga dapat digunakan oleh Smart City Jakarta. Oengan berbagi API, pengguna Smart City Jakarta dapat mengakses data dari PetaJakarta.org secara simultan sebagai sumber informasi banjir selama musim hujan. Selain itu, integrasi API dari berbagai sumber, termasuk Twitter Power Track API, BPBO Jakarta, Smart City Jakarta, KoboColiect (UN OCHA), Oetik.com, serta sumber lainnya, melalui modul CogniCity diharapkan dapat menjadi alat bantu pengambilan keputusan yang krusial bagi BPBD DKI Jakarta.
