MENU Welcome to Dignita. The Dutch word ‘Aardewerk’ (Earthworks) underpins everything we do at Dignita. We believe that the best food is made from scratch to let the true flavours standout. We work with local suppliers like Lindenhoff and Slagerij de Wit to ensure that our products meet the best quality and freshness standards. We source products which are ethically and sustainably produced and we also work alongside social programmes in the Netherlands to support local initiatives. Dignita restaurant is a special place in the heart of Amsterdam. During the day we serve delicious brunch with an international and seasonal flair. But in case you miss brunch – don’t worry! In the evenings we have a changing specials menu with seasonal dishes, comfort food, soups, salads and plenty of inventive bar snacks.
