Door het hoge niveau van engineering in zowel 2D als 3D en het vakmanschap binnen ons bedrijf, slagen we daar steeds opnieuw in: we weten welke voorzieningen noodzakelijk zijn aan boord en houden daar rekening mee, van ontwerp tot en met de installatie ter plaatse op de werf. For this reason Van der Meijden is a leading name in the industry. Designing and fitting the interiors of large yachts requires a customised approach by definition. Not one yacht is the same as the next, and this applies equally to our customers and their wishes. It therefore remains our challenge to arrange our work as flexible as possible. And thanks to our company’s high level of engineering, in both 2D and 3D, as well as to our craftsmanship, we succeed every time. We know the requirements needed on board and take these into account at every step, from design to actual installation at the shipyard. Throughout the process we keep close contact with our customers, so you can be sure to have a yacht with an interior that is fully built to your specifications. Voorbereiding is alles Preparation is paramount Op onze afbouwlocatie gaan ambacht en hightech hand in hand. Bij het vervaardigen van onze prefab interieurs wordt met uiteenlopende materialen gewerkt, zodat met alle eisen rekening gehouden kan worden, ook op het gebied van gewichtsbeperking. Wij ontwerpen, produceren en leveren alle onderdelen desgewenst in verschillende stadia: van alleen fronten tot complete meubelstukken, in elke gewenste afwerking of kleur. Ook elektra en sanitair behoren daartoe. Als klant plukt u de vruchten van het feit dat we werken met een van tevoren vakkundig ingericht plan, waardoor inzichtelijk is hoe het interieur eruit komt te zien. Daarbij wordt rekening gehouden met de positionering van apparatuur en zijn onaangename verrassingen achteraf uitgesloten.

To create our prefab interiors we use a variety of materials, so all demands can be taken into account, also in terms of weight efficiency. We design, produce and supply all components to whatever desired stage: from panels to entire pieces of furniture, in every colour and required finishing. This includes electrical installations and sanitary facilities. As our customer, you benefit from the fact we work according an in advance expertly prepared plan that shows exactly how the interior will look, taking into account the positioning of the equipement so any unpleasant surprises afterwards are ruled out.

Vakkundige inbouw Expert fitting Onze inbouwploeg installeert uw op maat gemaakte interieur op locatie in Nederland, maar ook daarbuiten. Snel, efficiënt en flexibel. Onze vakmensen denken mee met de elektricien, de loodgieter en de diverse andere disciplines op de werf, wat ertoe bijdraagt dat de werkzaamheden in de meest logische volgorde worden uitgevoerd. Daardoor zijn de doorlooptijd en kwaliteit gewaarborgd. Van der Meijden gaat door waar anderen stoppen: van het ombouwen van een tender-garage tot beachclub of sauna, tot het (her)betimmeren van het voorschip, waar afwijkende hoeken de norm zijn. Wij hebben de expertise in huis die hoort bij het hoge serviceniveau dat wij nastreven!

Our experts are happy to consult with the electrician, the plumber and the various other disciplines in the shipyard to ensure our work is carried out in the most sensible order. This guarantees both the quality and the delivery time. Where others draw a line, Van der Meijden presses on: from converting a tender garage into a beach club or sauna, to the panelling or repanelling of the bow, where irregular angles are standard. We have the expertise in-house that is appropriate to the high service levels we aspire to!
