Coil coating
Coil coating of “voorlakken” is het productieproces waarbij metalen coils (aluminium, staal, RVS, koper etc.) worden gelakt in een continue, geautomatiseerd proces, vóórdat het metaal vervormd wordt tot de eindtoepassing. Proces stappen: 1. coil voorraad 2. “decoilen” / afrollen 3. accumulator 4. chemische voorbehandeling 5. lak 6. lakapplicatie middels rollen 7. primer en topcoat ovens 8. continue proces controle 9. optische controle 10. folie applicatie (op aanvraag) 11. eindproduct 12. transport
