pengembangan teknologi budidaya dan pengolahan hasil pertanian ; 2. Kerjasama bidang pemasaran hasil pertanian. B. Lingkungan Hidup 1. Pertukaran informasi lingkungan hidup; 2. Pertukaran tenaga ahli pengelolaan lingkungan hidup; 3. Pertukaran tenaga magang dan ahli teknologi. C. Pekerjaan Umum 1. Pertukaran informasi dan tenaga ahli; 2. Partisipasi dalam workshop untuk pengelolaan infrastruktur (salurnn air bersih, jasa transportasi, sumber daya air, dan manajemen persampahan); 3. Partisipasi dalam mendukung

V. Ketentuan Kcuangan
Kecuali secara khusus disepakati, pihak peng irim akan menanggung semua biaya yang timbul untuk pertukaran berdasarkan Pengaturan ini,

biaya perjalanan dan biaya yang terkait, akomodasi lokal, konsumsi, transportasi lokal, biaya dan asuransi kesehst:m serta interpreter.
VI. Jangka waktu kegiatan-kegiatan maupun jumlah dan kualifikasi orang serta lamanya terlibat dalam kegiatan-kegiatan Pengaturan ini ditentukan oleh kedua pihak melalui prosedur dan sa luran yang tepat. VII. Pengaturan ini berlaku pada tanggal penandatangan terakhir dan berlaku selama 3 (tiga) tahun. DIBUAT dalam rangkap dua di Denpasar dan di Honolulu, dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa lnggris, seluruh naskah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang sama. Dalam hal terdapat perbedaan penafsiran atas Memorandum Saling Pengertian ini, maka naskah Bahasa lnggris yang berlaku.

ARRANGEMENT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF BALl OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE STATE OF HAWAII OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SISTER PROVINCE-STATE PARTNERSHIP AND COOPERATION
I.
Tourism and Culture A. Tourism
1. Exchange of information on tourism destination; 2. Exchange of tourist guides; 3. Exchange on tourism promotion. B. Culture 1. Exchange of information and introduction to cultural site; 2. Exchange of art performance; 3. Exchange of artist music in the field of traditional music/karawitan and dance; 4. Exchange of technology in art (lighting and sound systems); 5. Exchange of information on museum cooperation.
II.
Trade and Investment A. Trade
1. Exchange of information on trade; 2. Display of product and informational materials at designated offices in Hawaii or Bali; 3. Sustainable promotion and direct visit.
B. Investment 1. Exchange of investment opportunity information; 2. Conducting direct investment promotion.
Ill.
Agriculture, Environment, and Public Works A. Agriculture 1. Exchange of information, officials and business societies for the development
of
cultivation
technology
and
processing
of
agricultural products; 2. Cooperation in the field of marketing of agricultural products. B. Environment 1. Exchange of information on the environment; 2. Exchange of expert on environmental management; 3. Exchange of internship and experts on technology. C. Public Works 1. Exchange of information and experts; 2. Participation in workshops for infrastructure management (clean water drainage, transportation infrastructure, water resources, and waste management); 3. Participation in supporting cooperation project including joint research and coastal management.
IV.
Education, Youth and Sports A. Education 1. Exchange of information on education; 2. Exchange of students and teachers; 3. Exchange of information on life skill program for children. B. Youth and Sports 1. Student exchange programs.
V.
Financial Provisions
Except as otherwise specifically agreed, the sending party shall bear all the expenses of exchanges under this Arrangement, including travel and expenses
relating
to
travel,
local
accommodations,
meals,
local
transportation, medical insurance and expenses and interpretation.
VI.
The duration of activities as well as number and qualification of the people and duration engaged in this Arrangement activity will be determined by both parties through proper channel and procedure.
VII. This Arrangement shall enter into force on the date of last signing and shall be valid for 3 (three) years.
SIGNED in duplicate at Denpasar and at Honolulu, in the Indonesian and English languages, both texts being equally authentic. In case of any divergence of interpretation of this Arrangement, the English text shall prevail.
