ABSTRAK
Sistem informasi dapat digunakan untuk menyediakan informasi secara cepat, dapat digunakan manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan dan juga untuk menjalankan operasional rumah sakit. Kegiatan manual seperti contohnya mencari data pasien akan memakan waktu yang lama dan tempat untuk penyimpanan berkas. Perancangan Sistem informasi Rumah Sakit Modul Front Office dibangun dengan tujuan agar dapat dikembangkan untuk menunjang bisnis proses dalam rumah sakit. Rancangan diharapkan dapat menggantikan seluruh kegiatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual di bagian Front Office Rumah Sakit. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem adalah Metode TAS (Total Architecture Synthesis). Motode TAS dibagi menjadi lima tahap perancangan. Lima tahap perancangan tersebut adalah menentukan lingkup penelitian atau batasan masalah, menentukan kebutuhan, mendesain arsitektur bisnis proses, mendisain sistem, dan evaluasi. Rancangan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit Modul Front Office terdiri dari enam proses utama yaitu Manajemen Master Data, Registrasi, Informasi, Marketing, Kasir, dan Pelaporan. Perancangan sistem dibuat terintegrasi dengan enam modul lainnya. Enam modul yang terintegrasi dengan Modul Front Office adalah Modul Layanan, Farmasi, Sarana & Prasarana, Human Resource Development, Payroll, dan Akunting & Keuangan. Hasil dari perancangan sistem ini adalah berupa rancangan Diagram Berjenjang, Diagram Konteks, Diagram Alir Data, Database, dan Graphical User Interface. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit, Modul Front Office, Metode TAS.

ABSTRACT
Information systems can be used to provide information quickly. It also can be used by management to make a decisions and to run the hospital operations. One of the manual activity that will take a lot of time is for example, searching the data of the patient. It will also waste a lot of space for the file storage. Blueprint of the Front Office module of Information System in Hospital was made to support the business processes in the hospital. It also made to replace all the activities that were still done manually in the Front Office Departement. The Method that used to make the system design is TAS (Total Arachitecture Synthesis). This method is devided into five steps. The steps are determine the intial scope, determine the needs of design, designing business process, designing system, and for evalutaion. The Design of Front Office Module of Hospital Information System consist of six main processes Master Data Management, Registration, Information, Marketing, Payment, and Reporting. The design of the system is integrated with six other modules. The six modules that integrated with Front Office Module are Hospital Service, Pharmacy, Infrastructure, Human Resource Development, Payroll, Accounting & Financial. Result of this system design is a design of Hierarchy Chart, Data Flow Diagram, Context Diagram, Database, and Graphical User Interface.
