Opening Ceremony Invitation 1.1.
Request for Opening Ceremony Invitation shall be made in writing by filling the Opening Ceremony Form 12, and shall be submitted at the latest February 12, 2010. The Opening Ceremony Invitations are only valid for entering the Opening Ceremony and entering the Exhibition area on March 12, 2010.

Public Days / Regular Invitation 2.1.
Exhibitors will be given Regular Invitation to invite visitors. Visitors with Invitation will be freed from admission fee. Request for additional Regular Invitation shall be made in writing by filling Form 16, and shall be submitted at the latest February 12, 2010.

Delivery and Removal of Exhibits
Authorized Exhibition Passes 1.1.
Exhibitor Pass 1.1.1. Each Exhibitor is eligible for Exhibitor Pass(es), for every: 4–8 sqm = 1 pass 9 – 14 sqm = 2 passes 15 – 17 sqm = 3 passes 18 – 35 sqm = 4 passes 36 – 54 sqm = 5 passes 55 sqm & above = 6 passes 1.1.2. Request for additional Exhibitor Pass shall be made in writing by filling Exhibitor Pass Form 14 and shall be submitted at the latest February 12, 2010. 1.1.3. Additional pass(es) will be charged for Rp. 30.000,(Thirty thousand Rupiah) per-pass. 1.1.4. Exhibitor Pass shall not be exchanged with or lent to other party.

Contractor Pass 1.2.1. Free Contractor Pass will be given as needed. 1.2.2. Contractor Pass is only valid on set up and dismantling days.

Any violation regarding delivery and removal of goods schedule will be charged a penalty for every delay in delivery and removal of goods as well as booth construction and demolition (see point 2.1.2. Extended Working Hour). Any materials that are not removed by 12 am, March 15, 2010, will be disposed of by the Organizer at the Exhibitor’s expenses.
2.1.2. Extended Working Hour Every delay in delivery and removal process subject to the exhibitors, the exhibitors will be charged extra cost. 2.2.
Product Display (Form 15) Each Exhibitor must submit to the Organizer a detailed statement of exhibits describing each item (name, quantity, model, etc.) on the designated form by February 12, 2010. The Organizer will consider these statements as official descriptions of the exhibits. If there are any changes to the list, please advise the Organizer promptly.
2.3.
Notification of Stand Contractor (Form 3) 2.3.1. Exhibitors are suggested to use the Official Contractor. Other contractor beside the Official Contractor shall be charged with consultation and administration fees of Rp. 25.000,- per-sqm, such fee shall be applicable only to such booth with size of 50 sqm or more. 2.3.2. Exhibitors and contractors are required to arrive on time and to work in accordance with the schedule stipulated by the Organizer. 2.3.3. A written notification regarding contractors performing decoration work along with its’ specification such as sizes, materials, etc must be submitted to the Organizer before February 12, 2010. 4

Exhibition of Bonded Cargo Exhibits, decoration materials, and equipment that will be returned to the country of origin immediately after the termination of the show may be used in the exhibition as bonded cargo, without customs clearance on arrival in Indonesia.
2.5.
Official Freight Forwarder When bringing bonded cargo into the show site, exhibitors may hire any customs broker or forwarder. However, the exhibitor must hire one of the following customs brokers to perform temporary custom clearance inside the show site. 2.5.1. Chapter 4. 1.
Constructions Works
Materials for Exhibition Facilities 1.1. 1.2. 1.3.
Materials used for exhibition facilities must be incombustible, semi-incombustible, or flame-retardant and must comply with building regulations and fire-safety regulations. The materials must neither drip on burning nor emit toxic gases and vapors on becoming hot. Materials, which can explode or burn explosively, are not permitted. The edges of glass panes must be machined or protected as such so that there is no risk of injury.

The use of existing ceilings, walls, grills, piping, or wiring as a support is prohibited. The direct work upon the ceilings, walls, pillars, doors, windows, glasses, beams, moveable partitions, grills or pits is also prohibited. Exhibits or decorations must not obstruct the visibility of firefighting and prevention equipment, such as fire-hydrants, fireextinguisher, fire-alarms, water hoses, smoke detectors, and evacuation signs Exhibits or decorations must not cover the intake and exhaust openings of air conditioning systems.
Exhibitor shall submit the design of booth to Organizer upon constructing the booth for obtaining the design legalization and approval statement that refers to the construction rules. The submission of design should be made latest by February 12, 2010. The Organizer will have the full rights on the concept; construction and other matters related to booth design and shall have the right to modify booth design if it does not in conformity with the provision mentioned before.
Design Guidelines 4.1.
Booth Partition 4.1.1. Minimum distance between walls of the building to the partition of booth wall is 0.5 meter. 4.1.2. Every wall or partition shall not obstruct the view to other booths. 4.1.3. Every backside of wall or partition should be covered and painted neatly. 4.1.4. Maximum height of standard partition is 2.5 meter.
4.2.
Tower 4.2.1.
Tower shall not be fixed to the wall or partition of other booth, or the minimum distance between the tower with the wall or partition of other booth shall be 0.5 meter. •

Maximum Height of Tower Hall B : 8 Meter Pre Function Hall B : 5 Meter
Stage and Leveling 4.3.1. Maximum height of stage is 60 cm from the building floor. 4.3.2. Maximum height of booth leveling is 15 cm from the building floor.

5.
Regulations for use of Utilities 5.1.
Electricity 5.1.1. General lighting is provided in the Exhibition Hall. 5.1.2.
Application for use of Electricity 5.1.2.1. If Company wishes to have electricity to exhibition booths, the prescribed electricity installation (Form 8) must be submitted to the Organizer by February 12, 2010. 5.1.2.2. Delay of the submission will be charged with the amount of which will be determined by the Organizer.
5.1.3. Electricity Supply Conditions 5.1.3.1. All electrical sources shall come from JCC building and Organizer shall only make the installation from main panel to booth, while each booth contractor makes the installation inside the booth 5.1.3.2. The expense for laying main electricity-supply cables used by exhibitors will be borne by the exhibitors. 5.1.3.3. Organizer shall be responsible for electricity installation from the main panel to the booths and the contractor shall be responsible for installation inside the booths. 5.1.3.4. Any violation made by exhibitors against these electricity installation rules shall give the rights to Organizer to disconnect the electricity to the booth if the exhibitor keeps on unheeding the warning given by Organizer. 5.1.4.
5.2.
Protective Devices The Organizer is not responsible in any way for damage done to exhibition items used for demonstrations due to any irregularities in power supply or to a blackout or voltage drop. Exhibitors should install protective devices to prevent such damage.
Communication Services 5.2.1. Exhibitors who need telephone line ready at the stand, may fill telephone installation form (Form 11) and should be submitted latest by February 12, 2010. Price Function
: Rp. 4.500.000,: Calls can be made for Local, National, International and Cellular Calls, Fax, Internet Connection, and Credit and Debt Card Verification. Call back is not available. Installation costs Rp. 1.500.000,- and call 7
credit deposit costs Rp. 3.000.000,(refundable). Usage of over call credit deposit, will be charged based on tariff of PT.Telkom. 5.2.2. 5.2.3. 5.2.4. 5.3.
The equipments will be installed in the booths on Thursday, March 11, 2010. The Exhibitors must return the equipment to the Organizer’s office in each exhibition hall in the presence of Organizer staff. Exhibitors are responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged equipment.
Internet Connection 5.3.1. Should a participant require a dedicated internet connection, Form 10 is required to be submitted latest by February 12, 2010. For any special inquiries, please address the Organizer.
Chapter 5.

Promotional Regulation 2.1.
Demonstration of Exhibits 2.1.1. Exhibitors may demonstrate their exhibits within their stands but must take all possible measures to prevent fire, injury, and damage to property, and obstruction of passageways. 2.1.2. The Organizer will have the right to limit or discontinue any demonstrations, if such demonstrations are deemed to hinder the protection of the venue, the maintenance of order, or the safety of the public or to have any detrimental effects on other exhibitors.
2.2.
Stand Personnel 2.2.1. All personnel must be present at their stand during exhibition hours. It is not permitted to close the stand before closing time. 2.2.2. Each member of the exhibitor’s staff must wear a badge (Exhibitor Pass). 8
3.
Security 3.1.
General Provisions The following acts are prohibited in the exhibition hall : 3.1.1. Smoking was not allowed in the exhibition area. Smoking only allowed in the outdoor area. 3.1.2. Use of naked flames. 3.1.3. Entry of Hazardous Materials.
3.2.
Protection of Visitors and Maintenance of Exhibit 3.2.1. While the Organizer will take various measures to protect visitors and to keep the exhibition facilities in good order, such as by deploying management staff and security guards, exhibitors must ensure the presence of their personnel throughout the opening hours, to provide good services for visitors. 3.2.2. The Organizer shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any losses in the event of theft, fire, or damage. Exhibitors should take necessary precautions, such as ensuring that the items are locked up, and that they have subscribed to damage and accident insurance. 3.2.3. In the case of a problem occurring in a display stand, the exhibitor must make a report immediately to the Organizer. 3.2.4. During the exhibition period, including during the delivery and removal of exhibits, exhibitors are advised to subscribe to an insurance policy covering accidents and damage to the exhibits or other properties in the exhibitors stand.
Chapter 6.
Exhibition Facility
1.
Musholla The Organizer provides a musholla in Hall B for Exhibitors and Visitors that intend to do praying.
2.
Smoking Area It is prohibited to smoke within the exhibition area. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area.
3.
Ambulance and Medical Room The Organizer provides paramedics in compliance with the safety and health assistance during the exhibition. It is available for every exhibitors and visitors that need first aid medical support.
4.
Snack Bar A place runs by the Jakarta Convention Center for visitors and exhibitors to have a meal, available within the exhibition area.

Bab 2. Undangan Pameran 1.
Undangan upacara pembukaan 1.1. Undangan upacara pembukaan akan diberikan kepada seluruh peserta pameran yang telah mengisi formulir 12 dan dikembalikan kepada panitia selambat-lambatnya tanggal 12 Februari 2010. 1.2. Undangan ini hanya berlaku pada tanggal 12 Maret 2010 yaitu pada pelaksanaan upacara pembukaan.

Undangan Harian / Regular Invitation 2.1. Peserta pameran akan mendapatkan Undangan Harian / Regular Invitation untuk mengundang pengunjung. 2.2. Permintaan tambahan untuk Undangan Harian / Regular Invitation, dapat disampaikan kepada panitia dengan mengisi formulir 16 selambat-lambatnya tanggal 12 Februari 2010.

Exhibitor Pass (Tanda masuk peserta pameran) 1.1.1. Setiap peserta berhak memperoleh exhibitor pass untuk setiap: 4–8 m2 = 1 pass 9 – 14 m2 = 2 pass 15 – 17 m2 = 3 pass 18 – 35 m2 = 4 pass 36 – 54 m2 = 5 pass 55 m2 – dst. = 6 pass 1.1.2. Permintaan tambahan untuk exhibitor pass, dapat disampaikan kepada panitia dengan mengisi formulir 14 selambat-lambatnya tanggal 12 Februari 2010. 1.1.3. Biaya tambahan untuk 1 (satu) buah exhibitor pass adalah sebesar Rp. 30.000,-. 1.1.4. Tidak diperkenankan untuk meminjamkan ataupun menukar exhibitor pass kepada orang lain.

Keterangan : • Keterlambatan yang disebabkan oleh peserta dan atau kontraktornya masing-masing, akan dikenakan biaya perpanjangan waktu sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku (lihat point 2.1.2. Perpanjangan Waktu Kerja).

Peralatan yang belum dipindahkan hingga Senin (15 Maret 2010) pukul 00.00 WIB, maka penyelenggara akan mengeluarkan barang tersebut dengan segala tanggung jawab dan biaya yang terjadi ditanggung oleh peserta.
2.1.2. Perpanjangan Waktu Kerja Setiap Keterlambatan dalam proses pembangunan dan pembongkaran stand akan menjadi tanggung jawab peserta pameran. Peserta pameran akan dikenakan biaya penambahan waktu kerja. 2.2.
Display Produk (Form 15) Peserta pameran wajib mengisi Form 15 yang berisikan spesifikasi mendetail terkait dengan setiap barang yang akan didisplay selama pameran (seperti nama, jumlah, model dan sebagainya) sebelum tanggal 12 Februari 2010. Pihak penyelenggara menganggap Form 15 sebagai pernyataan resmi yang mendeskripsikan barang display. Segala perubahan dalam daftar produk display harus segera diinformasikan kepada pihak penyelenggara.
2.3.
Pemberitahuan mengenai Kontraktor Stand (Form 3) 2.3.1. Peserta pameran sebaiknya memilih kontraktor stand yang ditunjuk penyelenggara. Kontraktor selain kontraktor yang ditunjuk yang membangun stand dengan luas melebihi 50 m2 akan dikenakan biaya konsultasi dan administrasi sebesar Rp. 25.000,- / m2. 2.3.2. Jadwal pembangunan stand, pemasukan dan pengeluaran barang display harus sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditentukan oleh penyelenggara. 2.3.3. Disain stand peserta beserta spesifikasi material dan ukurannya harus diserahkan kepada pihak penyelenggara sebelum tanggal 12 Februari 2010.
2.4.
Bonded Cargo Pameran Barang-barang display, dekorasi dan peralatan yang harus dikirimkan kembali ke Negara asalnya setelah pameran berakhir dianggap sebagai bonded cargo, tidak dikenakan pajak masuk barang ke Indonesia.
2.5.
Official Freight Forwarder Dalam mengirimkan bonded cargo ke lokasi pameran, peserta pameran disarankan menyewa salah satu freight forwarder (untuk mengurus perizinan temporer agar produk display pameran tidak dikenakan pajak) yang tertera berikut ini:

Bab 4. Konstruksi Stand Pameran 1.

Seluruh material yang dipergunakan untuk konstruksi serta dekorasi stand harus sesuai dengan ketentuan pembangunan stand serta ketentuan keamanan dari kebakaran. Dilarang menggunakan materi yang menghasilkan gas beracun, menetes ketika terbakar ataupun berasap dan material-material yang dapat meledak ataupun mudah terbakar selama pameran. Ujung / sudut kaca harus tumpul dan terlindungi.
Pengerjaan terkait dengan struktur Hall 2.1.

Dilarang menggunakan langit-langit Hall, tembok-tembok, pipa ataupun kabel dari Hall sebagai penyangga. Dilarang melakukan pengerjaan langsung pada langit-langit, tembok, pilar, pintu, jendela, kaca, partisi, lampu, lantai Hall. Segala dekorasi dan konstruksi stand tidak boleh mengganggu akses-akses evakuasi dan keamanan seperti hydrant air, gas penyemprot api, semprotan air, alarm kebakaran, detektor asap dan tanda-tanda evakuasi tidak boleh tertutup oleh dekorasi ataupun konstruksi peserta pameran. Akses perputaran AC tidak boleh tertutup oleh dekorasi ataupun stand peserta pameran. 5

Izin Pembangunan Stand 3.1. 3.2. 3.3.

Setiap peserta wajib mengumpulkan disain stand dan mendapatkan persetujuan dari penyelenggara terlebih dahulu. Disain stand harus sudah diterima oleh penyelenggara paling lambat tanggal 12 Februari 2010. Penyelenggara berhak penuh untuk mengatur konsep disain, konstruksi dan hal-hal yang terkait dengan disain stand serta berhak memodifikasi disain stand jika melanggar ketentuan tersebut diatas.
Ketentuan Disain 4.1.
Partisi Stand 4.1.1. Jarak minimum dari dinding Hall ke partisi stand adalah 0.5 meter. 4.1.2. Setiap dinding ataupun partisi tidak boleh menutupi / membloking stand lain. 4.1.3. Bagian belakang setiap dinding stand harus ditutupi ataupun dicat dengan rapih. 4.1.4. Tinggi maksimum partisi standar adalah 2.5 meter (dua setengah meter).

Tower 4.2.1.
Dilarang membangun tower menempel pada partisi atau dinding stand lain. Jarak minimum tower dengan partisi / dinding stand lain adalah 0.5 meter. •

Panggung dan Leveling 4.3.1. Tinggi maksimum untuk panggung adalah 60cm dari lantai gedung. 4.3.2. Tinggi maksimum untuk leveling stand adalah 15cm dari lantai gedung.

Pencahayaan standar tersedia di dalam Hall Pameran Permohonan Penggunaan / Penambahan Daya Listrik 5.1.2.1. Apabila perusahaan menginginkan penambahan listrik di dalam stand, maka perusahaan dapat mengisi form instalasi listrik (Form 8) dan menyerahkannya sebelum tanggal 12 Februari 2010.

Keterlambatan penyerahan formulir tersebut akan dikenakan denda sesuai dengan besaran yang ditentukan penyelenggara kemudian.
Syarat & Kondisi pengadaan / pemasangan Listrik 5.1.3.1. Keseluruhan sumber listrik yang dipergunakan harus berasal dari gedung Jakarta Convention Center. 5.1.3.2. Biaya pemasangan kabel-kabel listrik yang dipergunakan oleh peserta akan dibebankan kepada peserta sesuai yang dibutuhkan. 5.1.3.3. Pemasangan listrik dari panel utama ke setiap stand hanya boleh dilakukan oleh penyelenggara, dan pemasangan di setiap stand dilakukan oleh kontraktor yang ditunjuk oleh peserta. 5.1.3.4. Penyelenggara akan memberikan sanksi pemutusan sambungan listrik apabila peserta tidak mengindahkan peraturan dan teguran berkenaan dengan pelanggaran peraturan pemasangan instalasi listrik yang dilakukan oleh peserta. Peralatan-peralatan keamanan / keselamatan Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap segala kerusakan pada display pameran dikarenakan ke-tidak stabilan suplai power, pemadaman ataupun voltase yang turun akibat kecelakaan. Karenanya peserta pameran disarankan untuk menghindari adanya kerusakan tersebut dengan memasang peralatan pengaman.
Pelayanan Komunikasi 5.2.1. Bagi peserta pameran yang membutuhkan pemasangan telepon pada stand-nya dapat mengisi Form 11 dan mengirimkannya kepada penyelenggara sebelum tanggal 12 Februari 2010. Harga Fungsi

: Rp. 4.500.000,: Telepon dapat dipergunakan untuk sambungan Lokal, SLJJ, SLI, dan Handphone serta alat Merchant. Biaya pemasangan sebesar Rp. 1.500.000,- dan deposit pulsa sebesar Rp. 3.000.000,-. Penggunaan melebihi deposit pulsa, akan dikenakan biaya sesuai tarif dari PT.Telkom.
Telepon akan dipasang pada stand peserta pada hari Kamis tanggal 11 Maret 2010. Perangkat telepon harus dikembalikan kepada penyelengara pada masing-masing Hall. 7

Segala pencurian, kehilangan, ataupun kerusakan terhadap perangkat telepon adalah menjadi tanggung jawab peserta pameran untuk menggantinya. Dihimbau peserta menjaga terhadap segala kemungkinan ini.
Koneksi Internet 5.3.1. Bagi peserta yang hendak memasang koneksi internet pada standnya, harap mengisi dan mengajukan form pemasangan dan pengaksesan internet (Form 10) kepada pihak penyelenggara sebelum tanggal 12 Februari 2010. Untuk setiap permintaan khusus harap diinformasikan kepada penyelenggara.

Peraturan Aktifitas Promosi 2.1.
Demonstrasi Produk 2.1.1. Peserta diperkenankan melakukan demo produk di dalam area stand-nya masing-masing, serta bertanggung jawab terhadap segala kemungkinan kesalahan yang terjadi (seperti kebakaran, kecelakaan, dan kerusakan akibat demonstrasi tersebut). 2.1.2. Penyelenggara berhak untuk melakukan tindakantindakan yang dianggap perlu apabila sebuah demo produk dianggap membahayakan keamanan area pameran, mengganggu kenyamanan pengunjung, dan menyalahi aturan yang berlaku.
2.2.
Penjaga Stand 2.2.1. Keseluruhan personil stand & penjaga stand, harus selalu hadir sesuai dengan jam buka pameran. Peserta tidak diperkenankan menutup stand sebelum jam pameran berakhir. 2.2.2. Setiap anggota personil stand diharuskan memakai tanda pengenal (Exhibitor Pass) mereka masing-masing.

Keamanan 3.1.
Pengawasan Umum Berikut adalah tindakan yang dilarang didalam hall pameran : 3.1.1. Merokok di semua area pameran. 3.1.2. Penggunaan api yang dapat membahayakan dan mengganggu kenyamanan pengunjung dalam lingkungan pameran. 3.1.3. Membawa masuk benda-benda tajam dan berbahaya kedalam area pameran.
3.2.
Perlindungan terhadap pengunjung serta penjagaan terhadap barang-barang yang dipamerkan 3.2.1. Penyelenggara akan melakukan berbagai tindakan untuk melindungi pengunjung serta menjamin segala fasilitas pameran dalam kondisi baik, antara lain dengan menempatkan staf-staf manajemen dan petugas keamanan. Peserta pameran harus memastikan bahwa stand mereka telah disupervisi / dijaga dengan baik oleh personel masing-masing selama jam operasional pameran guna pelayanan yang baik bagi pengunjung. 3.2.2. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala kehilangan akibat pencurian, kebakaran ataupun kerusakan yang terjadi selama masa pameran (jam operasional). Peserta pameran dihimbau agar mempersiapkan langkah-langkah pencegahan seperti memastikan bahwa barang tersebut terkunci, terantai dengan baik dan telah diasuransikan untuk kasus kerusakan, kehilangan, ataupun kebakaran. 3.2.3. Jika terjadi kasus tersebut diatas selama masa pameran berlangsung, peserta dihimbau untuk segera melaporkan ke kantor penyelenggara. 3.2.4. Selama masa pameran, termasuk didalamnya adalah masa persiapan dan pembongkaran stand, setiap peserta pameran disarankan mengasuransikan barang displaynya terhadap segala kemungkinan baik kecelakaan maupun kerusakan yang timbul selama berpameran.
Bab 6. Fasilitas Pameran 1.
Musholla Bagi peserta dan pengunjung pameran yang akan menjalankan ibadah shalat tersedia musholla di Hall B.

Area Merokok Jakarta Convention Center merupakan tempat pameran yang bebas rokok. Oleh karena itu segala aktifitas merokok hanya dapat dilakukan diluar area pameran. 9

Ruang Medis Penyelenggara menyediakan tenaga medis yang dapat dipergunakan seluruh peserta dan pengunjung apabila membutuhkan pertolongan pertama keselamatan dan kesehatan.

Snack Bar Tempat makan dan minum yang dikelola oleh pihak Jakarta Convention Center tersedia di seputaran area pameran.
