S ní získáte komplexní informace o stavu automobilu a funkcích systémů.

The European Coordinated Teacher Education Project Gets Under Way f Education has started in a new Bosch training centre in Prague – Libuš f During the next three years, Bosch and Škoda Auto will train 28 tutors from 14 technical colleges within six week-long educational readings. These tutors will later train more teachers in their regions. f At the same time, a new professional school training complex is being opened up in Prague – Libuš.
Representatives of the companies Robert Bosch and Škoda Auto and of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic signed a cooperation agreement as part of the European Coordinated Teacher Education Project on 13th December 2005 (see the relevant press release issued by Bosch and Škoda in December 2005).
In January 2006, the Project commenced with the initial series of a training courses in the modern Bosch training centre based in the newly inaugurated professional school complex in Prague – Libuš.
The inauguration of the new training centre taking place on 15th March 2006 was attended by some top executives of the companies involved: Martin Zettl, a representative of the Bosch Group in the Czech Republic, Pavel Adam, Head of Škoda Auto services, Milan Vorel, the headmaster of the Prague Professional School and Secondary Apprentice Training School; also present were representatives of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, regional authorities and vocational schools involved in the European Coordinated Teacher Education Project.
Those taking part in the education project speak highly of the system. “Appreciating any new training course, I try to attend as many courses as possible. Development has progressed very fast; I always learn something new, and it is better to test new things in the course of practical work,” says Jan Vrána of the Vocational School – Specialized Technical Training Centre in Kroměříž (SŠ – COPT). “In the past, we did just fine with a wrench set whereas today, it is just a tiny fraction of the whole activity. In order to be able to repair a car successfully, you need high-quality diagnostics. You will only achieve the objective using the proper equipment, whether this applies to chassis, control systems, etc.,” adds Ján Lacko of ISŠA Brno, another teacher involved in the project.
The project brings positive features not only to the Czech vocational education, but especially to service station customers. “Nowadays, diagnostics is the backbone. It gives you comprehensive information about the condition of car and system functions. We must transfer all experience and knowledge to our students so that professionally skilled workers may enter jobs,” continues Jan Vrána. “Our graduates must enter jobs capable of useful work not learning the stateof-the-art technologies only in service stations. They must have at least rudimentary knowledge of everything. Then it should be guaranteed that our students will settle down to their jobs quickly because of their general expert's grounding in the highly-sophisticated technology,” adds Ján Lacko.
Tight cooperation between the largest Czech car manufacturer, the world leader in the car industry supplier market, the European structures and the Czech educational system offers guarantee of further qualitative development of the automotive industry as a whole in the Czech Republic.
