Bearing in mind
a.
that with a view to imposing Reforestation Funds and Forest Product Fees on logs and/or chip materials produced by the holders of Forest Concessions /holders of Rights on the Collection of Forest Products/holders of Wood Processing Industry Licences and holders of other legal licences, it is necessary to classify the types of wood.
b.
that in conjunction with the above matter, it is necessary to stipulate a Decree of the Minister of Forestry on the Classification of types of Wood as the Basis for the Imposition of Forestry Fees.
