The Communications Specialist will lead the CTSP communications efforts from the strategy to the implementation/ production of materials. He/she will manage the development of a range of awareness materials, including but not limited to fact sheets, press releases, and brief reports. The Specialist will also be an integral part of the establishment and upkeep of the CTSP website. The Communications Specialist will also ensure there are clear lines of communication with key partners including USAID RDMA, USAID-Indonesia, the PI, NOAA, and Consortium organizations. The Communications Specialist reports to and receives technical guidance from the CTSP Regional Program Office Management Team, consisting of the Chief of Party, the Deputy Chief of Party, the Monitoring &Evaluation Manager, and the Finance and Administration Manager. That said, the Communications Specialist is expected to take the lead on any and all initiatives involving communications.
