A decent way to do business, I do not think so!
The Dutch bank, ING, have proved to be extremely prejudice towards the English, at first I thought it was just one manager, a Mr Cor Steijsiger, but I later discovered that the prejudice went right to the top. Firstly, you must understand that Mr Cor Steijsiger was only used to dealing with my late wife, she being Dutch, I never had contact with him. Early in 2006, we had decided to buy our company cars, instead of leasing them, at a cost of four cars for €80,000. Mr Cor Steijsiger offered us a loan of €50,000, I repeat he offered, we did not ask. We bought the four cars, and Mr Cor Steijsiger reneged on his offer of the €50,000 loan. So whereas we had budgeted on deposits and finance, we paid cash instead having accepted the offered (not asked for) €50,000 loan. This caused us considerable problems as €80,000 we spent, expecting the offered €50,000 loan meant we were suddenly short of cash to pay our employees. This treacherous turn around by Mr Cor Steijsiger cost us two valuable clients, and twenty employees, this is around a €1m in lost turnover, not to mention reputation. I applied for a PostBank account after having so many of our British and German employees complaining about the ING racial prejudice in refusing to open them bank accounts. So much for a united Europe! I endeavoured to open a bank account myself with the PostBank, which is fully owned by the ING Bank, and was also refused, as the PostBank stated openly that they did not open accounts for the English, as they were not to be trusted. On raising this with my ING company bank, in Dordrecht, where I had bank accounts for four of my Dutch companies, and the ING Bank realising the awkward situation they were in by granting me four company accounts, but refusing a private account, the ING bank wrote a letter of special dispensation for me to take to the PostBank, authorising them to open a bank account, which they did. I have kept a copy of the special dispensation letter that will serve to prove that the ING Bank is very racially prejudiced. It is very sad that the UK is made up of England, Scotland Wales and Ireland, but the Dutch tax authorities and the ING Bank all refer to us all as English, all being liars, thieves and not be trusted. When trying to write to the ING Bank, you either do not get a reply, and any reply always ends with:
1|Page
“At the same time, we would like to bring to your attention that all future communication, verbal or written will only be done in Dutch. You need to take care of the translations yourself” Dutch all read, write and speak English, English is the second language taught in Dutch schools, but when it suits them, they refuse to use English, and English is after all the world’s recognised commercial language. In 2006 I went to the ING Bank offices in Dordrecht, after being severely physically beaten by a Mr Alexander Khoo, my late wife’s half-brother, a few months after my heart bypass operation. The beating was for querying unofficial loans and pay rises taken Mr Alexander Khoo, and for demanding to see the accounts as I suspected other irregularities. I asked to see Mr Cor Steijsiger, the branch manager regarding the embezzlement etc. I sought the ING banks help by having the bank seek my approval all movements of money in and out of the accounts, I was after all one of the two directors, and 50% shareholder. Regrettably, the ING bank manager, Mr Cor Steijsiger refused to see me, stating via his account manager “he was busy, make an appointment”, a very unhelpful, dismissive and arrogant attitude. If Mr Cor Steijsiger had taken action at this point the losses would have almost been none existent, and the company demise avoided. As he would not see me, I wrote to Mr Cor Steijsiger pointing out what was happening, copy letter available, to which Mr Cor Steijsiger did not reply. The companies accounting programs had been changed from English to Dutch by Mr Alexander Khoo, so I could not understand them. Further being locked out of the company’s computer system by Mr Alexander Khoo, who had taken complete control of the finances, I was certain there were other misappropriation of company’s finances happening. The embezzlement not only continued, but escalated, and if the ING Bank, had taken the trouble to examine the transfers going through from the company, after my ignored warning, you would have seen numerous, lump sums of thousands of Euros being transferred into accounts of Mrs Poppeliers and Mr Alexander Khoo. So bad was the embezzlement that at the yearend 2006 I refused to sign the accounts, confirmed in writing to the companies accountants. Accountants advised accounts were signed, if so, not by me, a further forgery.
2|Page
I later discovered, that Mrs Poppeliers, had opened a Swiss bank account, with the Ames bank in Geneva, and probably others, these had been set up for Mrs Poppeliers by Mr Arum van Bunge of Ten Holter, the companies lawyers in Dordrecht. In 2007 we sold our house in Belgium, buying a new house in Spain, I asked my wife, Mrs Poppeliers, to inform all interested parties, bank, tax offices etc. as you would when moving house. She said she had. We moved to Spain, and later, in 2008 I discovered my wife, Mrs Poppeliers, had not informed the ING bank or the Dutch tax office of our move. In fact she had arranged for all mail being sent to our Belgium address, be forwarded to her brother, Mr Alexander Khoo’s home address, also in Belgium. Therefore not one item of correspondence addressed to me, from late 2007 that ever reached me, it had been intercepted and delivered to Mr Alexander Khoo. When I queried the lack of any correspondence, my wife said she rerouted all mail to Mr Alexander Khoo, so the bank and tax people would not find us. Her reply, “they are not going to grab my house”. Why I asked? To be told to mind my own business. Now at this time I was not attending the company’s offices, living in Spain, the offices being in Holland. In fact for many months prior to moving home I had not attended the offices, as I was locked out of all the computers by Mr Alexander Khoo, who solely now handled all the company’s finances. As I have said, all mail was re-routed to Mr Alexander Khoo, this included all bank statements, so I had no idea as to our finances, but not being overly concerned then, thinking my salary was being paid. All bank account access pin numbers were with my wife in Belgium where she was undergoing medical treatment for her Cancer; therefore I was unable to check. When I discovered my salary had not been paid at all in 2008, I was told, by my wife that I was mistaken and Mr Alexander Khoo emailed copies of my payslips to prove so. Sadly these payslips had my wrong home address on, and the wrong gross pay. Mr Alexander Khoo had hurriedly forged these payslips, but making serious errors in his haste. I have these forged payslips. When I finally obtained our personal bank statements from Fortis bank in Belgium, there were no credits of my salary at all.
3|Page
But my salary had been shown paid out on the bank statement I saw, paid elsewhere than to me. It was this that decided me to write to Mr Cor Steijsiger at the ING bank, withdrawing my guarantee for the company’s borrowings. To which I did not receive a reply, telephone call or email from Mr Cor Steijsiger. Realising that the embezzlement had increased, in September 2008 I wrote to the ING bank attention Mr Cor Steijsiger, advising them that I was not prepared to underwrite the companies’ borrowing under these circumstances. The ING Bank, Mr Cor Steijsiger, did not bother again to respond at all. This was not due to re-directed mail, as the letter had also been emailed. The next I knew was when in December 2008 I am telephone by a liquidator, a Mr Simonis, asking questions, this was the first I knew that ING Bank had filed for the companies bankruptcy. A wonderful attitude indeed, but one, I was not surprised at, as the ING Bank had proven very unhelpful; even after me pointing out the embezzlement going on. Normally when a company goes into administration, the liquidator asks if there are any proposals to rectify the situation, but not Holland, the ING Bank wanted the company gone, and the liquidator was happy to oblige. As I said, the liquidator was asking financial questions, and I advised him that any answers to financial matters he should ask Mrs Poppeliers, where upon he replied he could not as she was dead. In one, unexpected telephone call I informed my business was bankrupt and my wife dead, this was a considerable shock, one I am not yet over. Mr Alexander Khoo never informed me of either her death or funeral. I had been keeping in touch with my wife by text and email, and she was advising all was going well, the treatment was working and she soon be home. She even agreed to sell me her shares if she could open a restaurant in Spain, even sending me a photograph of a puppy she had bought. It now transpires that Mr Alexander Khoo kept up the emails and texts after she died and was cremated. This is something I still not have come to terms with either, and never shall, as to how people can be so cruel and sick, but then again Alexander Khoo is a very sick, evil person. It then materializes that whilst Mr Arum van Bunge whilst endeavouring to have my wife sell out to me, as we had agreed earlier in the year, he was at the same time however, attempting to negotiate with the Belgium authorities over their cancellation of the company’s licence to trade in Belgium. 4|Page
This licence is renewed annual, and has to be supported by payslips, to prove adherence to Belgium pay rates and conditions. Apparently, the company had not complied with the Belgium pay rates, and it now materialises that Mr Alexander Khoo had been re-running all the payrolls with phony Belgium pay rates, thus appearing to apparently complying. However the Belgium authorities in 2008 asked to see all the bank statements showing payroll payments to individuals. They immediately spotted the difference between the actual bank wage payments, and the forged payslips. When this was queried Mr Alexander Khoo had an answer, that the difference was due to various deductions, for equipment, lodgings etc. Again the Belgium authorities did not accept this, so they visited sites and interviewed our employees themselves, only to be presented with the true payslips, confirming non adherence to the Belgium pay rates. Plus they ascertained that there were no deductions for tools, equipment and lodgings. It had all been a lie. The Belgium authorities immediately cancelled the companies licence to trade in Belgium, therefore losing the company 95% of its business, effectively putting it out of business. This problem over the Belgium licence, Mr Arum van Bunge of Ten Holter Advocaten was endeavouring to resolve for the company, whilst at the same time endeavouring to have my wife sell to me her shares. Mr Arum van Bunge knew then the company had become worthless, but failed to advise me of this serious problem. In fact I found out from members of the staff who emailed me in Spain worried about his job. His email was contrary to my wife instructions to the staff I discovered, that had stated that she and Khoo ran the company, not me. Later I discover all that our personal bank accounts had been emptied, thus I was stranded in Spain without money. My daughter came out to collect me, paying all expenses to get me back to the UK. I left Spain on the 7th January 2009, and on the 15th January 2009 Mr Alexander Khoo and other members of his family, plus his Dutch lawyer, Mr Martijn Bressers, arrived in Spain, drilled out and changing the locks, and set about emptying my house of all its contents. My 50% jointly owned house and contents I must add. I have never returned to Spain, and by now the house has been repossessed by the local bank as I was unable to pay the mortgage.
5|Page
Regrettably, I hold the ING Bank fully responsible for this current situation, as their lack of action or support when matters were first pointed out to them, allowed the considerably embezzlement to happen. Upon re-settling back in the UK, I endeavoured to help the liquidator, but upon asking the ING Bank for copies of the bank statements, there was no response again. Using what information I could gather, I identified €209,000 embezzled from just one company, embezzled in large round lump sums of thousands or Euros at a time, openly shown as payments to either Mr Alexander Khoo or Helena Poppeliers. If ING Bank had supplied the other company’s bank statements as I requested, I could have no doubt identified more embezzlement. But again, no help from the ING Bank! The liquidator (Curator) finally wanted to pursue Mr Alexander Khoo, but he had fled back to the UK, and the legal costs were prohibitive, as there was little chance of recovering the embezzled fund as they were in a Swiss bank/s. Again, the ING Bank could have helped prevent all this. Now the ING Bank has produced what they consider to be my liability to them. Firstly, as I do not have any statements or correspondence I cannot verify one item they state. However I can state that; The Company, Intecs International bv was given overdraft facilities, shared out as required to the other three companies. For this one and only overdraft facility, we, my wife and I had to provide collateral of €50,000. However the ING Bank statement now shows a loan to Intecs bv of €198,000 and a loan to myself and my wife of €100,000, both total rubbish. There was a loan that was changed to an overdraft so if a personal loan of €100,000 exists, and then it must have been fraudulently obtained, as I never asked for, needed or was given a €100,000personal loan. No mention is made of the collateral of €50,000. That, the ING Bank grabbed, without any notification. Also the €7,000 credit balances in the other companies of mine that were not bankrupt, this the ING bank also grabbed. No mention of the proceeds of the sale of the office equipment supposedly achieving €14,000.
6|Page
Now the other items the Curator (Liquidator) overlooked; a) b) c) d) e) f) g) h)
The our company motor cars, gone missing €80,000 The Computers, Fileservers and Printers (taken by Khoo) €60,000 The Bank collateral, grabbed by ING Bank €50,000 The unpaid, collectable loans (Khoo & McMillan) €35,000 The office contents sold supposedly for €14,000 The clearly obvious embezzled funds (one company 2 years) €209,881 The money in other company’s taken by the ING Bank €7,000 The dramatic and unexpected loss in 2006, due to embezzlement €242,355 i) The false claim for lost credit card €9,000 j) The Life Insurance payout to the company of €24,576.67c As far as I am concerned, the difference between what was owed the ING Bank from the overdraft, and what was owed to the company from any unpaid invoices is the amount owed to the ING Bank. As I now seen the liquidator’s final reports, and consider it poor, lacking in real information, containing unverified statements. Not to put to finer point on it, the Liquidators final report is total rubbish. Asked to report the embezzlement of over €2m, to the police, the Liquidators reply was the police would not be interested. An amazing answer, you can steal over €2m in Holland and get away with it, in the Nederlands crime really does pay! As stated, sadly, the ING Bank are very much solely responsible for allowing it to happen, especially as in 2006 I pointed out what was happening, and indeed sought their assistance, but their Mr Cor Steijsiger would not listen or help. I refute fully the information provided by the ING Bank in 2011, their information is unsubstantiated, and clearly lacks the inclusion of known amounts. Further I hold the ING Bank fully responsible for all my losses, due to their failure to place credence, and act upon the information I gave them in 2005. Now the liquidator has advised that he did not, nor does he check statements from creditors, he accepts their claims, totally without justification, and he further admits that often numbers are grabbed out of the air, and it’s only when litigation is commenced against the creditors’ claims that the real figures have to be proved and become known. 7|Page
This includes the Belastingdienst who are well known for inventing sums owed to them that later prove to be total fiction. As I said earlier, directors of a company in administration are asked if they rectify the situation, I could and had arranged to do so. I wrote to the ING bank and the liquidator with my proposals, which was to pay off the debts with a new company, Alliance Partners international. Which was setup, and had backing of many old clients, and the support of two major companies. Guess what! No reply from the ING bank or the liquidator, but no real surprise! Copies of all letters and emails are available. Signed: John L. A. Page

ING Bank statements These are only for Intecs International BV, for only part of 2006, all of 2007 and 2008. When asked for the Bank Statements for earlier than 2006, and all the bank statements for Intecs bv, Intecs Projects bv and Intecs Services bv, the ING Bank refused to provide them. Following are just nine (9) samples of bank statement showing the large lump sum withdrawal’s made by Helena Poppeliers and Alexander Lee Khoo – clear evidence of embezzlement. There are too many other bank statements showing similar withdrawals to include them all here, and of course they are only a fraction of the bank statements of the four companies
Nine (9) sample bank statements from part of Intecs International bv only, there are dozens of other bank statements

Mr Steijsiger ING Bank Joh de Wittstraat 27 3300 AC Dordrecht
27th March 2006
Dear Mr Steijsiger, For the record I would wish to state the short falls in the services provided by ING bank. The actions by you at 15.00 hours (3.00pm) on Friday the 24th March 2006, had far reaching repercussions, not only did you not authorize payment of the wages to our employees, but you failed to discuss the matter prior to your actions, thus leaving us with no alternatives, or opportunities to resolve your perceived problems. We have a principle, that if a person has worked, he or she is entitled to their wages in an agreed time. Our contracted personnel are not highly paid, and work long hours doing very hard manual work. They are not always able to balance their budgets, and live often from week to week. Therefore the wages being paid on time is crucial to them. The consequences of your actions of the 24th March 2006, resulted in eight (8) persons working for Intecs at Kaeffer WKSB, in Antwerpen, walking of the site Monday 27th March 2006, and them presenting themselves in our offices on Tuesday the 28th March 2006, offering physical violence to members of our staff, and generally disrupting the whole office for in excess of five (5) hours, until we were able to show them their wages had finally been paid. These eight persons then immediately returned to German that evening, leaving us with a very irate client (Kaeffer WKSB) who had suddenly lost men they were relying on. This damaged the relationship between Kaeffer WKSB and Intecs, so much so that Intecs can no longer do business with Kaeffer WKSB. In addition to this, fourteen (14) men working in France for Balliauw also walked of the job because they had not been paid. This was so serious that Exxon, whose refinery they were working on, told Balliauw that they would be removed from their contract with Exxon, and never be allowed to work on any Exxon site in Europe. Thus, Intecs lost another very valuable client.

Page 2 The result therefore of your actions of Friday the 24th March 2006, lost Intecs two clients and twenty two (22) men working. These clients we will not get back and the twenty two men will never work for Intecs again. Now we hear that word is on the “grape vine” that Intecs cannot pay the wages, therefore other people, not effected by your actions of the 24th March 2006, will refuse to work for Intecs. Our reputation for Professionalism, honesty with all our employees and prompt payment of wages, has been severely damaged, with two clients permanently. There are other matters where ING bank fails. Our clients ask for liability insurance, we ask you to obtain quotations. Your insurance person, Mvr Kuijpers, tells us this sort of insurance cannot be had for our type of company. The result of this is a very large client of ours, Albuko nv, stopped dealing with Intecs. We now discover that this type of insurance is available, and we have been given various quotations based upon turnover etc. This is a very poor service from the ING Bank With regard to car leasing, ING Bank also fail, when we had new cars, the ING Bank were on the side of the garage, whereas they should have been on the side of their clients, Intecs, who were suffering with new cars breaking down. With car leasing, a client such as Intecs pays the monthly lease, which includes all running costs etc. and also makes a profit for ING car lease. At the end of the lease period, ING car lease have the cars back and sell them on. Thus, ING car lease earns even more money on a car; no credit is given to the car lease client. We therefore decided that car leasing was too expensive and far too restrictive, so we would buy our cars in future. The advantages being the cars appear as an asset of the balance sheet, being written down against tax. Also we would be able to change the cars when the kilometers got to high, or to suit changing circumstances and not suffer severe penalties that car leasing imposes. We bought four (4) cars, and you offered (we did not ask) to give us a loan to cover the costs of buying cars, this we agreed with, but whereas the cars had cost approximately €80,000 euros, we would have been pleased to have a €50,000 loan against these cars. Thus putting back into the company a large part of our working capital that we were obliged to spend on these cars to enable our staff to perform their duties. This loan never materialized, and the consequences being we are €80,000 Euros short on our working capital. If the loan had been arranged, as promised, we would not have been over the top of our overdraft facility on the 24th March 2006.

Page 3 It is worth mentioning that you agreed a €300,000 overdraft facility that you suddenly, without warning reduced to €280,000. Now on to your debt insurance, Messrs Atraduis, this is what can only be described as one big expensive joke. They do nothing for their fees they charge. They were given good information as to who owe money to a delinquent client, of Intecs (messrs Delatina bv), Atradius did nothing, whereas if they had acted in a timely manner, all the money that was with a company who were prepared to pay over the outstanding debt to Atradius, This lack of prompt action by Atradius cost Intecs a considerable lost. and to “add insult to injury”, Atradius send us a further charge for their services (or lack of) in this matter. Another case was Fabricom GTI, owed Intecs two invoices. They are renowned slow payers so we ask Atradius to collect. We instructed Atradius on a Friday, and by the following Tuesday we had received payment of one of the invoices. This meant that payment had been sent to Intecs before we instructed Atradius, as payments from Belgium take at least one week. Atradius have the audacity to charge us € 1,800 for the settlement of this invoice, for which they did nothing. The matter was discussed with Atradius, and a credit for the €1,800 was promised as they admitted they did nothing, payment was already on its way to Intecs before they were instructed. The credit was never received, and as of today Atradius continue to demand the €1,800, which we have no intention of paying. The agreement is that Atradius get their costs from the delinquent clients of their customers; therefore Atradius should charge Fabricom GTI if they feel they have a claim for €1,800 on an invoice paid before they were instructed. We pay large fees to Atradius, and they earn large fees collecting debts, which the agreement states should be past on to the delinquent party, then the insured, Intecs, should not lose further money for Atradius’s failure to collect their fees from delinquent parties. All in all, The ING Bank fail miserably in all their services, severely damaging their customers, with no regard for the ramifications of their unilateral actions, and failing to keep promises.
Yours sincerely Intecs International

Re: Intecs Banking From : John Page (
[email protected]) Sent : 11 July 2006 13:45:23 To :
[email protected] Attention Mr Steijsiger, Manager Dear Mr Steijsiger, I was a pity you refused to see me recently, so whereas I explained to your account manager the seriousness of what was happening within the Intecs companies, namely embezzlement, by Helena Poppeliers and Alexander Khoo. I advised that I was unable to keep a track of the companies banking, as I was locked out of the company’s computer accounting system by a password that both Helena Poppeliers and Alexander Khoo refused to give me. The 2005 accounts revealed, loans given to family members of Helena Poppeliers (€35,000) Removal costs refunded to Alexander Khoo (€9,000), increases in the salary of Alexander Khoo (€13,000), payment for pirated software to Alexander Khoo (€7,000), all without my knowledge or approval. I asked that you clear all payments with me prior to making the transfers, thus I can verify that the payments are genuine business expenses, not theft. Regrettably, you refused to see me, so hence this email, to confirm that I have advised you personally via your accounts manager and this email. It is my view that other money has been embezzled via the payrolls, which I cannot checked. Sorry you would not see me, but you are now informed. Kindest regards John Page
Email to Koen Hoogendoorn of Verstegen, the company accountant 20.10.2006
Dear Keon, Sorry for not responding to your lunch invite, but there have been other more pressing matters occupying my time, namely the accounting at Intecs. I hold Verstegen somewhat responsible for the following, because at year end you never discussed the various items on the accounts, items I have serious doubts about. All was discussed with Mrs Kalisheok and Mrs Poppeliers, and possibly Khoo. I was never told a thing, or had anything queried, Mrs Poppeliers word was believed. I am refused answers by Mrs Poppeliers to various questions I require answers to : Khoo was loaned my car (Jeep) for a year, Mrs Poppeliers would pay for his fuel (fuel) with the company credit card, I want to know how this was dealt with. Did the company just pay, thus it was additional income, did Khoo also claim kilometers, as well as having his fuel paid for. Mrs Poppeliers will not tell me Khoo was told by Verstegen that he could claim 6/7000 euros in removal expenses to move from the UK to Belgium to work at Intecs. Intecs had given him a loan which I assume, but do not know if, he was repaying. But suddenly the loan was cancelled due to the tax allowance. Did Khoo also claim the tax allowance from the tax office, or did Intecs adjust payments to the tax office to claim the tax allowance. I do not know, nor will Mrs Poppeliers advise me. I find out in February 2006, that Intecs had loaned Mrs Poppeliers son 15,000 euros to buy a car. I was told it was Mrs Poppeliers who had loaned the money personally, a lie. Hence Intecs had a hole in its working capital I did not know about. Mrs Poppeliers son was repaying the loan monthly, and the repayments were paid into Mrs Poppeliers postbank account, not Intecs bank account. At one point Mrs Poppeliers paid into Intecs 6,000 euros, to cover a short fall in the cash flow, she then attempted to claim this as a loan from her. It was Intecs money repaying the loan from her son, that she had pocketed, then tried to claim as an additional investment. Mrs Poppeliers, I discovered has or was in the process of opening a SWISS bank account, why I do not know, but when asked she says it was a surprise for me. How can I benefit from a Swiss bank account if I am not a signature etc. Total rubbish ! Khoo, installed software he stole via the internet, I need to know if he was paid by the company for this. When I discovered the software was stolen, it cost €6,000 euros to replace with legal software. I need to know just how much Mrs Poppeliers has paid out in expenses to her son and brother (Khoo), and I need to know their wages etc. I am refused this information.
In fact I am locked out of the accounts computers as Khoo has installed passwords to keep me out, so I can verify anything. I am one of the two directors, and I am 50% shareholder in Intecs, and Khoo, who is an employee only, can blocked my from my own company information, I do not think so. I suspect fraud and embezzlement, also ghost pay rolling (paying wages to non existent employees). The wages going to offshore accounts. Mrs Poppeliers bought for Intecs in 2005, four cars at a cost of 96,000 euros, money straight out of our working capital, When queried this expenditure I was told by Mrs Poppeliers that ING would be refinancing the cars, a lie, they knew nothing of this, and refused to refinance, hence another large hole in our working capital. I was not party to the car purchases at all, it was all Mrs Poppeliers and Khoo I want to know if you can give me an honest appraisal of the years 2004, 2005 and 2006, or do I need to bring in an independent account, or even the Belastingdeinst, because “I know where the bodies are buried” and if Mrs Poppeliers thinks she can rob the company, lining the pockets of herself and her dishonest brother (Khoo) she is mistaken. I expect your response within a few days. If you wish to discuss matters with Aram, do so, at your expense, but you will find him “sitting on the fence”. Finally, I am instructing you not to discuss any of the company matters with Alexander Khoo, under any circumstance. He is an employee only; he is not a director or shareholder. He is simply Mrs Poppeliers brother that is involved fully in the deceptions I know to be going on.

Dear Sir, Reference : Company funding Was you may be aware; I was a director of four companies banking with you through your Dordrecht office. These were Intecs International bv, Intecs bv, Intecs Services bv and Intecs Projects bv. Intecs International bv and Intecs bv are the subject of bankruptcy proceeding. Intecs Projects bv and Intecs Services bv are still viable, in fact with some money in their accounts, and client companies prepared to give them business. As you should also be aware; although a director, I was not involved in the day to day running of these two companies, in fact I was deliberately excluded from all financial information; hence the reason embezzlement was able to be carried out by my fellow director, my now late wife, and her brother whom she employed. I have owned and operated my own companies for forty eight years (48), never once until, Intecs having been involved in bankruptcy or any other misdeeds. To avoid any future risk of this occurring again, I would propose that all the financial affairs of the company be handled by an approved Dutch accountant, leaving myself and my colleagues to develop the business. I would not be able to offer collateral such as a private house, as my home is subject to a legal inheritance battle with the sole beneficiary of my late wife’s estate, her brother, the other person involved in the misappropriation of the company’s funds. I have re-started business with a new company, and the future success looks very encouraging, however we require a facility to enable weekly wages to be paid, pending monthly settlement by clients. We require nothing for overheads or other expenses at the moment, just a facility to cover employee wages, which as stated would be prepared and administer by an approve Dutch accountant.

Dear Mnr Put, I have today asked our accounts in Belgium, Messrs MGI Vanhuynegem Associates, to confirm the amount of the tax refund we shall be receiving, the amount is in the region of € 25,000. As explained, the tax refund is from our first purchase of our house two plus years ago through our company. We were then obliged to sell the house to ourselves personally in October 2002, having to pay taxes again. However the first taxes we paid are partly refundable and this is the amount referred to above. This money will be immediately paid over to you to place in a deposit account, that will be frozen, but earning interest. This deposit will represent collateral for the approved overdraft facility for this company of €100,000 as offered. Our bank, Fortis Bank, is unable to give bank guarantee for the € 40,000 as the equity between the new mortgage and the purchase price is insufficient, due to setting the figures to suit the companies selling price below the house value, to avoid profit tax on the sale for the company (Page International nv). Fortis are concern to give a much higher valuation so soon after the sale/purchase. As you are fully aware fully aware, we have achieved our target of € 2m turnover for 2002, and with a respectable profit. In fact we did far better than we expected, hence our need to exceed our overdraft, which you kindly permitted. We feel confident that we shall further increase our turnover again in 2003, producing better and more respectable profits, as taking your advice we have reduced payroll cost by a few cents down, and increased our charges by a few cents up. Your original offer was for an overdraft of € 160,000 with collateral of € 40,000 in a frozen deposit account. Regrettably, as explained we are unable to arrange this at this time, however by the time we need to exceed the € 100,000 we expect to be able to provide a further € 15,000 in collateral which will enable you to give us the € 160,000 facility. In fact should our business continue to grow, as we believe it will, I expect to require a facility of € 200,000, for this I assume you will require € 50,000 in collateral, this we will strive to achieve.

I think you would agree that the promises we have made, we have kept, and our clientele has proved to be quality companies, settling our account fairly constantly, with very little danger of bad debts. We now able to utilise some of your other services, taking out a pensions and car leasing recently, expecting to possibly spend more with yourselves in the future. We are a young company, a growing company, acting extremely professionally in all we do, with first class accountants, and the support of an excellent bank. We can only continue to achieve more sales and profit with your continued support, and that of our accountants. To be able to plan ahead we must have firm knowledge of an agreed overdraft, that is ongoing, and not subject to changes and end dates that will upset our trading, cash flow and payroll liabilities, to have € 160,000 facility, reduced to € 100,000, then reduced to € 45,000, without notice caused us problems, especially as the turnover is still consistent, and able to continue to profitably grow. We trust this letter has explained much, and we can count on your continued support. Yours sincerely Intecs bv

Dear Mr Steijsiger It is with considerable regret that I must advise you the the entire Intecs group, Intecs international bv, Intecs bv, Intecs Projects bv and Intecs Services bv, are insolvent, and should cease trading effective immediately. The companies turnover, income and profit margin are considerably less than the companies outgoings and liabilities, add to this the large tax demand of approximately €2/300,000 resulting from a tax audit, and you will appreciate there is no possiblity of the company’s meeting their liabilities. These debts are due to unapproved loans to family members of the other director, unapproved salary increases to family members of the other director, company cash transferred into bank accounts of the other director, over and above her salary , and upon which no taxes have been paid. Personal spending on the companies credit cards by both the other director, and her brother, the companies administration manager. I regret the delay in informing you, but the other director, aided by the brother, Mr Alexander Khoo, have systematically embezzelled from the companies, using the company’s money as their personal bank. I was unaware of all that has that has taken place, as I am locked out of the accounting records of the company by password they refuse to provide me with, add to this the whole office now only speaks Dutch, which I do not, and as you are aware the other director speaks, reads and writes English, he brother, Mr Khoo, also is well versed in the English language, having lived there for twenty of his twenty nine years. The speaking in Dutch was nothing more than to isolate me further. As one of the two directors, and fifty percent shareholder, I give you notice that I will not be held reponsible for the companies debts, as information was deliberately kept from me. Further I require that liquidators are appointed as soon as possible, to ascertain the full situation. Continued ;

ING Bank PostBus 1800 1000 BV Amsterdam The Nederlands Attention : Mr/Mrs O.Scheeper 14th February 2009 Dear Sir or Madam Thank you for your letter of the 23 December 2008. Firstly, I note the usual ING arrogance where you are refusing to correspond in English, even your Dutch Government departments will correspond in English. But I have come across this before, where your directors and managers, when it suits them refuse to use the English language. This attitude has led to the current situation, where I warned yourselves over three years ago of the embezzlement and misappropriation of funds taking place, but you did nothing. I put you on notice that I fully intend to commence legal action to recover the money of mine you have taken, plus damages and cost. I am instruction Dutch lawyers to handle matters on my behalf, unless you will then refuse to correspond in Dutch Your letter ask for proposals to clear the loan, but you failed to give me the information as to what you consider I owed, I am not a mind reader, nor have I been able to see bank statements for the last three years, so I have no idea as to whether I actually owe you money, but you certainly owe me. Your other sarcastic remark as to not knowing my whereabouts was to be expected, my correspondence address is as above, and has been since we moved from Belgium. Our address in Spain was not a secret, however, in spite of my insistence, my late wife and Mr Alexander Khoo refused to advise you of our move, this of course was due to the embezzlement etc, and the soon demise of Intecs, where they thought you could not claim on our Spanish home. Again, your staff let you down, not I. My lawyers will be in touch at a time that suits me. Yours sincerely John L.A.Page

Michel Tilman Esq Chairman of the Excutive Board ING Group Banking P.O.Box 810 1000 AV Amsterdam The Nederlands 7th November 2008 Dear Sir, I am writing to seek your assistance regarding the closure of my companies, the Intecs group, which banked with your office in Breda, which is under the management of Mr Cor Steijsiger, who regrettably has not had the courtesy to answer any of my correspondence regarding the companies situation. Copies enclosed. I withdrew my support to the companies borrowing due to financial irregularties carried out by the other director, Mrs Helena Poppeliers and her brother, Mr Alexander Khoo, employed as administration manager. Mr Cor Steijsiger did not reply to my letter, nor has explain the situation in any way, he has totally ignored me. Enclosed are the letter I wrote, plus the statement I made regarding the situation and my reasons. All I understand is that you have grabbed the cash we had as part collateral, approximately €48,000, cancelled the companies overdraft, and are likely to persue the sale of our house to cover any other of your losses. Sadly, your banks attitude has been one of prejudice towards myself, being English, the refusal to speak English, and the ignoring of my concerns voiced two years ago that there were problems. I demand, as one of the two directors of all four Intecs companies, and one of the two 50% shareholders that you have the courtesy to advise me fully of the situation and not continue to ignore me as you have done todate. I neither read, write nor speak Dutch, so it would also be a courtesy if you could correspond in English. Yours sincerely John L.A.Page

My understanding of the companies borrowings were that we had overdraft on Intecs International bv, of €300,000.00c reducing periodically, so your balance stated above of €237,160.28 I could possibly accept as having been the companies overdraft at bankruptcy. There were no loans, that I was aware of, or had I signed for the €198,000.00c to Intecv bv, and most certainly not a personal loan of €100,000.00c supposedly jointly to myself and/or Mrs H.C.E.M.Poppeliers. If such a loan was made, it was without my knowledge, and I can only speculate that the J L A Page and/or H C E M Poppeliers, should really read only H C E M Poppeliers, because I did not request, require or sign for a €100,000.00c loan, and your letter of the of the 15th June 2011 is the first I knew that such loan figured into the company finances. Again I can only speculate that this formed part of Mrs H C E M Poppeliers fraud, about which I advised your Dordrecht branch manager (Mr Cor Steijsiger) back in 2006 was happening within the company, and without his help I could not prevent. As I was locked out of the company computers, the accounts programs had been changed to Dutch, and I was denied access to the bank statements, copies of which you have always refused to supply me with. Further you state the total personal debt being € 96,480.46c, but you have not taken into account the collateral I had lodged with yourselves of approximately €50,000.00c, or the credit balances in both Intecs Projects bv and Intecs Services bv, of approximate €7,000.00c. Also I am at a lost to understand your item of €38,000.00 reservation for corporate security; this makes no sense at all, and refute this item fully. Allowing for your statement of a personal debt of €96,480.46c, which I refute, the collateral, using your figures of €41,519.54, and the other company’s credit balances of approximate €7,000.00c would actually show a personal debt of €47,960.92c, not the €96,480.46c you state, again which I would totally refute. The €41,519.54c I can reconcile as possibly representing the collateral, but I believed it to have been nearer to approximately €50,000.00c, so the apparent discrepancy of approximately €8,480.46c I am curious about as Mr Cor Steijsiger was adamant about wanting €50,000.00c in collateral, and that’s what was provided, so what happened to the €8,480.46c? Further, it is poor accounting when the Liquidator (bankruptcy trustee), Mr S. Tilman admits he took your figures and those of the Belastingdienst at face value, without requiring any form of proof or justification for you numbers. Sorry I cannot accept that the companies had liabilities to the Belastingdienst of €689,178.00c, this is unsubstantiated pure fiction! I find totally unbelievable, knowing the Belastingdienst and their general attitude I cannot accept that they would have allowed no taxes to be paid for a year or two, because that what the figure of €689,178.00c suggests. The Belastingdienst would have queried matters well before this amount of arrears was allowed to accumulate. Sorry I cannot accept that the companies had liabilities to the Belastingdienst of €689,178.00c, but this of course is nothing to do with the ING Bank, apart from emphasising that the Liquidator should have demanded verification of your claims.
Continued; 2|Page
The situation is as follows: 1. ING Bank, (Mr Cor Steijsiger) ignored all warnings and pleas to help I made in 2006, as to the embezzlement taking place within the companies.
2. ING Bank, (Mr Cor Steijsiger) totally refused to answer any of my letters or emails. 3. ING Bank, (Mr Cor Steijsiger) totally refused to answer any of my telephone calls. 4. ING Bank, (Mr Cor Steijsiger) refused to assist in preventing the embezzlement by clearing through me all and every deduction from any of the company’s bank accounts, this would have prevented the embezzlement. 5. ING Bank, (Mr Cor Steijsiger) refused to provide me with copy bank statements, in spite of numerous requests. 6. ING Bank, (Mr Cor Steijsiger) displayed considerable prejudice towards me, even noted by the companies lawyer, who attended one meeting I had with Mr Cor Steijsiger to translate as Mr Cor Steijsiger refused to use English. The Lawyers comment was “whew! Steijsiger really does not like you”
The solution is a follows: 1. ING Bank, accept that I, as well as themselves, were victims of the embezzlement and fraud conducted by Mrs H.C.E.M.Poppeliers and Mr Alexander Lee Khoo. 2. ING Bank, agree not to hold me personally responsible for the companies losses, as I think it has been clearly demonstrated, that I was not involved, and endeavouring to prevent same. 3. ING Bank, accept that their Mr Cor Steijsiger behaved, let’s say,” Unprofessionally” in deliberately allowing a situation to escalate, having been made fully aware in time to prevent the losses.
4. ING Bank, endeavour to recover the embezzled funds sent to the Swiss bank. 5. ING Bank, instigate criminal actions against Mr Alexander Lee Khoo the sole beneficiary of the embezzled funds. 6. ING Bank, make an offer of restitution for my personal losses, due solely by their failure to act when warned. I am not asking for my total losses, now in excess of €2m, as some of this is straight forward burglary and theft, currently in the hands of the Police. 7. I also will forego any claims for the loss of my business of 50 years. All I require is a token settlement of the collateral and credit balances in my other companies. 8. For this, I will desist from taking any further actions against ING Bank, and Mr Cor Steijsiger, considering matters closed, leaving it to the ING Bank to recover their money, which I am willing to assist if needs be. 9. Finally I will make no further reference to the racial prejudice shown by the PostBank. You are aware there were life insurances held by the company on Mrs Poppeliers, which the insurers have advised they were to pay to the company, did they? The Liquidator never mentioned this item, and if so, how much? Only it does not appear in the liquidator’s final report. This money went somewhere! Finally, I would reiterate that I have no wish for an on-going war with the ING Bank, or Mr Cor Steijsiger, all I wish is a reasonable end to this unfortunate matter, which sadly could have been avoided had the ING Bank, (Mr Cor Steijsiger) taken action at the time. I trust we can put this behind us, and you get on with your banking, and myself, with my retirement. Continued; 3|Page
