Pendahuluan Introduction
Amartha Microfinance (Amartha) yang beroperasi sebagai badan hukum Koperasi Amartha Indonesia merupakan institusi yang berorientasi pada bisnis sosial. Misi Amartha memfokuskan kepada pelayanan jasa keuangan terjangkau untuk masyarakat prasejahtera di pelosok pedesaan, sehingga mereka dapat mengejar kehidupan dengan tujuan yang lebih besar. Amartha memajukan misi sosialnya dalam mengurangi kemiskinan melalui layanan pendidikan keuangan dasar dan pengorganisasian masyarakat yang melengkapi pelayanan jasa keuangannya.
Amartha Microfinance (Amartha) is a social enterprise, legally operating as Koperasi Amartha Indonesia. Amartha’s mission is to empower low-income families in remote rural areas with affordable financial services and therefore enable them to pursue life for greater purposes.. Amartha promotes its social mission in reducing poverty through basic financial literacy and community organizing that complements its financial services.
Amartha menerapkan model bisnis pembiayaan kelompok serta dilengkapi dengan produk tabungan sukarela dengan prinsip syariah (Islamic Microfinance). Amartha memberikan pembiayaan dengan jangka waktu 50 minggu dengan mekanisme bagi hasil yang disepakati bersama di awal. Seluruh anggota Amartha adalah perempuan. Setiap kelompok terdiri dari lima anggota dan kemudian tiga atau maksimal lima kelompok membentuk satu majelis. Anggota membayar angsuran setiap minggu dengan didampingi oleh pendamping lapangan Amartha. Seluruh anggota Amartha memahami secara penuh prinsip tanggung renteng atau prinsip tanggung jawab bersama, di mana apabila ada anggota yang tidak mengangsur pada pertemuan mingguan, maka menjadi kewajiban bersama bagi seluruh anggota majelis untuk menanggung angsuran yang tidak terbayarkan tersebut.
Amartha provides a group-based lending and voluntary saving product according to the sharia principles (Islamic Microfinance). The groupbased lending provides financing with a 50 weektenor using a profit-sharing mechanism that is mutually agreed upon. All Amartha members are women. Five members form a group and then three to maximum five groups form a gathering group (Majelis). The members pay their installment every week to Amartha’s field officers. All Amartha members fully understand the collective responsibility principle or shared responsibility principle. This principle establishes that if there is default by any member on the weekly meetings the Majelis has the obligation to cover the unpaid installment.
Laporan ini menyajikan informasi operasional dan keuangan Amartha untuk kuartal kedua 2015 (April– Juni)/2K2015. Di triwulan kedua tahun 2015, menjangkau 6.713 anggota yang merupakan gabungan dari 6 cabang yang Amartha miliki di kabupaten Bogor dan Bandung. Amartha memiliki 6 cabang yaitu Ciseeng, Jasinga, Kemang, Bojong Gede, Tenjo di kabupaten Bogor; dan Cangkuang di Bandung. Tingkat Portofolio Beresiko atau tingkat keterlambatan pembayaran di atas 30 hari terhadap seluruh portofolio pembiayaan Amartha dapat dikelola pada angka 0%.
This report presents Amartha’s operational and financial information for the second quarter of 2015 (April-June)/2Q2015. By the end of 1Q2015, Amartha had reached 6.476 members which were spread over 6 branches in Bogor dan Bandung regencies. Amartha has 6 branch offices in Ciseeng, Jasinga, Kemang, Bojong Gede, Tenjo in Bogor regency; and Cangkuang in Bandung Regency. The Portfolio at Risk for more than 30 days of Amartha’s total outstanding portfolio had been maintained at a 0%.
Laporan kuartal ini merupakan laporan keuangan terakhir dan narasi yang menyeluruh terhadap perkembangan Amartha. Laporan dapat diakses melalui MIXMarket website (mixmarket.org).

878 anggota baru dan 37 majelis baru 878 new members joined Amartha and 37 new terbentuk selama 2K2015. majelis were formed during 2Q2015. Mayoritas dari 706 anggota keluar selama 2K2015 yang sebagian besar mengundurkan diri karena tidak dapat memenuhi tingkat kehadiran majelis yang telah ditentukan dan disepakati. Beberapa dari mereka juga mengundurkan diri karena memang sudah tidak tidak membutuhkan pembiayaan. 98 desa di Kabupaten Bogor dan Kabupaten Bandung telah menjadi daerah layanan Amartha hingga akhir 2K2015. Strategi perluasan jumlah anggota dilakukan dengan membuka pelayanan di desa baru dan memaksimalkan jumlah anggota di desa yang sudah dilayani dengan tetap menjaga kualitas pelayanan.

98 villages in Bogor Regency and Bandung Regency have become the service area of Amartha by the end of 1Q2015. Expansion strategy to grow the number of members had been continued by intensifying our work in the existing villages and maintaining the high quality of service.

Tanggung renteng tetap berjalan dengan baik hampir di seluruh majelis. Tanggung renteng dilakukan karena anggota tidak hadir pada saat pertemuan tanpa keterangan, anggota sedang sakit, atau usaha sedang macet.
Collective responsibility continued to run well in almost all Gathering groups (majelis). The collective responsibility is exercised whenever a member does not attend a gathering group meeting without giving any explanation, due to illness or when her business is not performing.

Selama 2K2015, Amartha telah menyalurkan: pembiayaan putaran pertama, yaitu maksimal Rp 1.5 juta, kepada 179 anggota; pembiayaan putaran kedua, yaitu maksimal Rp 2.5 juta, kepada 147 anggota; pembiayaan putaran ketiga, yaitu maksimal Rp 3.5 juta, kepada 55 anggota; pembiayaan putaran keempat, yaitu maksimal Rp 4.5 juta, kepada 48 anggota; pembiayaan putaran kelima, yaitu maksimal Rp 5.5 juta, kepada 23 anggota; dan putaran keenam, yaitu maksimal Rp 6.5 juta, kepada 1 anggota. Sektor Pembiayaan Januari- Maret 2015 Dari seluruh pembiayaan yang dicairkan kepada 1.982 anggota dari April hingga Juni 2015, persebaran sektor pembiayaan adalah sebagai berikut:

Social Projects
Project Sosial Amartha melengkapi pelayanan keuangannya dengan pendampingan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Beberapa kegiatan yang difokuskan pada triwulan kedua ini adalah Talkshow Inspiratif dan Berbagi Kacamata Gratis.
Social Project Amartha complements its financial services with empowerment program. In second quarter, Amartha plan to organize Inspirational Talk show and Delivering Free Eyeglasses.
Talkshow Inspiratif merupakan kegiatan yang mengundang anggota Amartha untuk berbagi pengalaman dan inspirasi perjalanan usaha. Program ini diharapkan untuk menumbuhkan semangat dan ilmu berwirausaha. Kegiatan ini dijalankan di cabang Bojong Gede dan Jasinga.
Inspirational Talk show Inspirational is an activity to promote knowledge-sharing between members. The program is expected to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship. This activity organizes in the Bojong Gede and Jasinga branch offices
Pemeriksaan dan Pembagian Kacamata gratis bagi 200 anggota dan 200 anak anggota yang memiliki keterbatasan penglihatan. Sebelum pelaksanaan, Amartha berencana mengadakan crowdfunding untuk mengajak publik berpartisipasi dalam memberikan kacamata gratis untuk 200 ibu-ibu anggota yang pengusaha.
Free Eyeglasses and Testing to 200 members and 200 children. Prior to the event, Amartha plans to create a crowd-funding campaign in order to promote public participation in providing free glasses to 200 women entrepreneur.
Literasi Keuangan. Pemahaman finansial sangat penting untuk masyarakat. Program literasi keuangan Program literasi keuangan ini diadakan di cabang Kemang bekerjasama dengan Bank Indonesia. Program ini meliputi pengetahuan untuk pengambilan keputusan seperti tabungan, pinjamana, asuransi, dll.
Financial Literacy. Knowledge and understanding of financial matters is a crucial aspect for everyone. Financial literacy program was being held in Kemang branch office. This program is devoted for Amartha’ s members to be able to manage and run a basic financial plan for their family. The program entails the knowledge of properly making decision related to certain personal finance areas like savings, loans, insurance, etc
