Revenue is income that a company receives from its normal business activities, usually from the sale of goods and services to customers. Some companies receive revenue from interest, dividends or royalties paid to them by other companies. FTE (Full-time Equivalent) is a way to measure a worker's involvement in a project. An FTE of 1.0 means that the person is equivalent to a full-time worker, while an FTE of 0.5 signals that the worker is only half-time. Operating Expenses (OPEX) is an ongoing cost for running a product, business, or system. In short, this is the money the business spends in order to turn inventory into throughput. Operating expenses also include depreciation of plants and machinery which are used in the production process. Compensation Cost is the total pay or financial compensation to pay people for their work within a corporation. Executive Compensation Cost is the total pay or financial compensation Board of Director (BOD) and Board of Commissaries (BOC) receive within a corporation. A normal executive would receive a basic salary, any and all bonuses, shares, options, and any other company benefit. Number of Executive is the number of people in BOD and BOC. All Management Level Compensation Cost is the total pay of financial compensation all management level receive within a corporation. The level of management is people who has subordinates, excluding BOD and BOC. Number of Management is the number of people in management level. Number of Employee Trained is the number of people who has been trained in a period time Training Cost is total cost incurred in conducting training in a period time.

Voluntary Separation is number of employees who left the company voluntarily. Involuntary Separation is number of employees who left the company involuntarily, such as retirement, layoff, retrenchment. Head-Count is number of people employed in a company.
