Setiap Universitas berhak mengirimkan maksimal 3 tim. 2. Satu tim terdiri dari maksimal 3 orang. 3. Peserta merupakan mahasiswa aktif Teknik Industri. 4. Mengisi formulir pendaftaran yang telah disediakan dengan huruf capital. 5. Membayar biaya pendaftaran sebesar Rp 2.500.000,- per tim via transfer melalui rekening berikut; BCA

7. Membawa fotocopy kartu mahasiswa dan bukti pembayaran saat registrasi ulang. 8. Setelah melakukan pembayaran berupa transfer harap segera melakukan konfirmasi kepada pihak panitia (contact person dibawah halaman). 9. Biaya Pendaftaran sudah termasuk biaya akomodasi selama mengikuti perlombaan, konsumsi (3x sehari + 2x snack), 2x seminar, sertifikat dan sebagainya. Biaya pendaftaran tidak termasuk transportasi dari/ke Universitas Pelita Harapan. 10. Pengembalian formulir pendaftaran beserta bukti pembayaran dan dokumen pendukung lainnya, diterima paling lambat tanggal 27 April 2017.

B. Peraturan Umum Selama acara berlangsung, peserta wajib: 1. Mengikuti rangkaian acara yang telah disusun panitia The 9th EFiCn. 2. Mengikuti segala peraturan yang dibuat panitia The 9th EfiCn. 3. Berpakaian rapi dan sopan, membawa kartu mahasiswa, memakai jas almamater dan sepatu selama acara berlangsung. Apabila dilanggar, tim yang bersangkutan akan dikenakan sanksi berupa pengurangan nilai sebesar 50 poin pada babak lomba yang akan atau sedang berlangsung. 4. Memakai name tag selama acara berlangsung. 5. Menjaga kebersihan dengan membuang sampah pada tempat yang telah disediakan. 6. Menjaga ketenangan selama acara berlangsung. 7. Bersikap sportif dan jujur selama perlombaan berlangsung. 8. Menon-aktifkan segala bentuk alat komunikasi. 9. Menerima keputusan juri, karena keputusan juri bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat. 10. Membawa alat tulis dan kalkulator. 11. Membawa 2 unit laptop yang disertai dengan software Microsoft Office untuk setiap kelompok (atau software lain yang disetujui panitia). 12. Mentaati peraturan-peraturan yang tertulis pada peraturan umum. Apabila peserta melanggar, peserta akan mendapatkan sanksi ataupun diskualifikasi. 13. Mentaati seluruh peraturan yang berlaku di UPH, segala pelanggaran akan dikenakan sanksi.
Selama acara berlangsung, peserta dilarang: 1. Keluar dari area UPH tanpa sepengetahuan atau izin dari pihak panitia. 2. Meninggalkan acara dengan alasan apapun kecuali sakit/dengan persetujuan panitia. 3. Merokok selama berada dalam area UPH. 4. Membawa minuman keras, senjata tajam, obat-obatan terlarang, dan segala benda yang tidak berhubungan dengan kepentingan The 9th EFiCn. 5. 6. Membawa pulang soal yang dipergunakan dalam lomba. Semua soal adalah milik panitia dan harus dikembalikan kepada panitia. 7. Berkomunikasi dengan kelompok lain pada saat perlombaan sedang berlangsung.
c. Materi Perlombaan Lomba akan terdiri 5 babak: 1. Babak 1 (Pilihan Ganda) 2. Babak 2 (Essay) 3. Babak 3 (Cerdas Cermat) 4. Babak 4 (Industrial Exploration) Pada babak ini, semua tim harus menyelesaikan semua pos yang telah dibuat oleh panitia. Setiap pos terdapat kasus-kasus yang harus diselesaikan oleh peserta The 9th EFiCn. 5. Babak Final (Study Case) Pada babak ini, semua tim yang lolos menjadi finalis The 9th EFiCn harus menyelesaikan permasalahan di lapangan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran Teknik Industri dalam penyelesaiannya.

Work Design Analysis
Work study, study of methods, motion study, measurement procedure of working time using direct measurement (stopwatch time study) and indirect measurement (MTM, PTSS, MOST), and wage payment.

11. Production Planning and Inventory Control
Forecasting techniques – causal and time series models, moving average, exponential smoothing, trend and seasonality; aggregate production planning; master production scheduling; MRP and MRP-II; order control and flow control; routing, scheduling and priority dispatching; push and pull production systems, concept of JIT manufacturing system; logistics, distribution, and supply chain management; Inventory – functions, costs, classifications, deterministic and probabilistic inventory models, quantity discount; perpetual and periodic inventory control systems.
