First on the rundown list was a chance for media to tap into their more artistic intelligence by dipping their hands (covered in rubber gloves) into a pail of green paint in attempt of coloring the famous TAUZIA oak tree 3D photo booth as a sign of event commencement. Next all media were entertained with the sudden occurrence of the "HARRIS Move" – a HARRIS brand signature dance staple usually performed by all HARRIS players (employees) daily in front of staying guests, followed by a digital presentation by TAUZIA President Director himself, Marc Steinmeyer. Next on the agenda was a Smoothie Competition whereby all media attendees were divided into 12 groups and each group was supposed to come up with an original creation of #deliciouslyhealthy Smoothie combining fresh fruits with fresh milk, soy milk, yogurt, honey & ice cream as garnish on top. The media were up for the time of their live with the extravagant dinner buffet presentation comprising of multiple food and beverage stations featuring different culinary varieties, such as Chinese Beetroot La Mian, Kue Cubit, signature Beef Brongkos, Baked Salmon Cheese Tarlette, Chocolate Truffle, Rib Soup, Rujak Bebeg, Pempek Palembang, Nasi Bakar, Steamboat , Jamu station, dessert and many more – while at the same time activity booths by YELLO & POP! hotel brands were open for the audience enjoyment. Media were coaxed to show off their dance move at YELLO GameZone (with support by a couple of 48‐inch Samsung SMART LED TV and a game console by GOGAME Center) and to be more eco‐friendly vigilant at POP! Vending Machine corner.

A mini planting kit was prepared as giveaways for those participating in HOW GREEN R YOU quiz. “We don’t want them to go back home empty‐handed and forget that every person plays a significant role in keeping the earth off global warming,” added Tanuwiria. Seluruh rekan‐rekan media yang hadir kemarin diajak untuk posting momen‐momen berharga mereka dengan hash tag #alwaystogetherjkt dan tepat pukul 8 malam tanggal 4 Agustus 2015 – menurut data yang diambil dari @trendinaliaID, hash tag tersebut masuk ke dalam list salah satu topik terpopuler jejaring sosial Twitter di Indonesia. And also based on TweetReach app, over 335,000 accounts were reached by the hash tag – with more than 579,000 impressions for the whole 50 tweets sent out during the event time.
