Perusahaan membutuhkan perencanaan strategi sistem dan teknologi informasi untuk : 1. Menyediakan pemahaman mengenai sistem dan teknologi infomasi. 2. Dapat mengkomunikasikan masa depan perusahaan kepada pihakpihak yang berada dalam perusahaan tersebut. 3. Membantu para manager tingkat tinggi dan para ahli dalam bidang teknologi informasi dalam membuat keputusan yang mendasar . 4. Perusahaan akan siap menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi. 5. Dapat membantu mengalokasikan sumber daya dan menentukan prioritas untuk proyek-proyek sistem dan teknologi informasi. 6. Analysing the business strategy that includes internal and external analysis of the company. 2. Planning strategies related to information technology systems and PT.Sevele Indonesia.
